Amazing Air Purifier. Our whole family had been sick with horrible colds for a month and no matter what we did we couldn’t get over them. So I decided that we needed something to help. I looked online and found this and it absolutely did the job. within about 4 days of running it constantly we are all a million times better. We also have 4 dogs and this takes care of pet dander too. It has a germ UV light that kills all kinds of germs and vireases. We will be buying another one for the hallway between our bedrooms for at night. This one we keep in the living room as that is where we are mostly. Impressed with overall performance. This is my first air purifier, purchased at the suggestion of a friend. I am a heavy smoker, but don’t like the smell in my small apartment. I asked my friend how she manages to keep her place smelling clean, and she suggested an air purifier. I did a good amount of research before settling on this particular one, and I couldn’t be happier. Easy to use right out of the box, this unit also helps with the pet hair from my two dogs, and normal day to day dust. I have 720 sq feet in my place, and this purifier doesn’t have to struggle, keeping it set on the “medium” setting. I read the reviews of this before buying, they were very helpful. This is a very quite unit set on low or medium, somewhat like the sound of a fan set on high. It does put out some cooler air as it works, but this is very minimal, I had to move it from right next to my desk, when set on high. The medium setting works well for me, as I leave it on 24/7. A great machine, a great investment!

Works Great So Far! I bought this mainly to combat my husband’s second hand smoke. I have it sitting right by him where he usually sits and turn it on at night when he is home. It seems to help somewhat on the low setting but it really works great on the medium setting. Only problem is that it is a little loud on medium. So the bottom line is it works for what I bought it for. I have not used the UV setting on it yet.

Exceeds my expectations. I live out in the country on a dusty road, have two dogs and two cats, and until a few days of using the germ guardian in my living room and bedroom, I was constantly stuffy and I just couldn’t seem to keep up with my dusting. Now, its been three days since I dusted my furniture and still no dust! My air smells clean and pet odor free, and I am no longer waking up with the sniffles. This is not only an amazing machine but an amazing value as well. I love it!!

Very Good. I bought this 3 weeks ago and it met my expectation. It is very good for my multi cats household. Quite in low settings make it easy for me to leave it while I am sleeping. I am thinking of buying another one to use it another room and in the living room.

Dust Buster. The machine does pull dust out of the air, and I have experienced easier breathing because of this. However, it does not pull odors out of the air as good as it advertises. On top of that, the air does not smell as fresh and clean as I expected. Despite this, it is a helpful machine if you have problems with allergies or asthma.

Life Changer! Great Machine!
I bought this less than a month ago to deal with second hand smoke caused by neighbours and allergens. I live in an apartment and have no control over the air I breathe being polluted by neighbours chain smoking, air vents never being cleaned, etc. I researched every air purifier on the market for over a year. Most are far more expensive. After 2 weeks with this unit, I went from poor sleep, daily asthma attacks, severe headaches and body numbing fatigue to no asthma attacks, no dust on my furniture and smoke removed from the air before it could be circulated around my apartment. I now sleep through the night and have my energy back! I have a big place so I will be buying another one but this machine is the best out there and the price made it affordable! I took a picture of the first filter after 2 weeks. WOW. I vacuumed it easily. I highly recommend this product!

Great purifier and good price. This air purifier works great especially for my wife who had a terrible cough before we installed this system. In the day we run on 2 and at night on 1. It is very quiet and doesn’t disturb our sleep

So far works great. I received the Homedics Air Purifier at the end of my family having COVID when we were cleaning our sheets, wiping the couches etc to try and remove left over virus. The air Purifier is very quiet, that I had to check if it was on, and has a place for essential oils to circulate the room if desired. The buttons on top are touch and not something you actually have to depress. My dog happened to use the bathroom in our kitchen so I used the air Purifier in the kitchen to help reduce the smell and it helped but it didn’t eliminate the odor.

My home did not smell like a restaurant anymore. Living in South Louisiana is a blessing when it comes to having fresh seafood. It also means that your home will often smell like a Seafood Restaurant. Well I put the HoMedics Air Purifier on the other day when I was cooking our favorite fried seafood dishes and my home did not smell like a restaurant at all. You really could not even tell that I had cooked anything. I put some scented oil on the pads they provide but for me I really can not say that I smell the scent very well but that is ok with me, maybe I just didn’t put enough on the pad. HoMedics 5-in-1 Air Purifier. We have an old farmhouse so some of the closets leave a less than desirable odor on the clothes if they haven’t been worn for a while.
I’ve tried various laundry soaps, softener and dryer sheets but I couldn’t keep that fresh out of the dryer scent so I thought I would try a small air purifier.
I love it! And it’s so quiet at night that I can fall asleep from the humming sound and also that I can put Essential oils in and it gives off a light sent which is not overwhelming but makes our clothes smell fresh and clean every morning regardless of how long they have sat in the closet.
We had originally ordered it just for the closet but after leaving the door open by accident a couple of times we have found it is powerful enough to clean and freshen the air in the bedroom as well
I love the fact that you can add your preference to the scent pad to make it as bold or light as you desire.
Then there is the built-in night light, no more stumbling to the closet in the morning trying not to wake my husband on the weekend.
Definitely two thumbs up!

Really nice HEPA. HEPA filters definitely work and really improve air quality. I can save you some reading and tell you up front that we are highly satisfied with this HoMedics total clean filter. It’s an excellent filter for a smallish room. The filter is whisper quiet on the lower fan settings, but there is much more noise on the highest setting. It’s a bit more like a white noise machine on high. Not intrusive, but not whisper quiet. This machine definitely reduces odors. It’s probably the most effective machine we have had for odors. The buttons or controls are positive and work well and the light controls are a great touch. You can change between a night-light to just the controls buttons lit to a blacked out with no lights on. We didn’t try the essential oils function, but it looks simple to use. I will say that you should heed the room size specifications. If I were to change anything about this filter, I would get a larger one. Not that there’s anything wrong with the filter, just my room is a bit larger than the recommended room size. This is a really nice filter and I do recommend it.

Awsome Product Less Noice easy setup. cleans the air, it seems. Every couple of weeks, I vacuum the filter to remove the dust. My dog’s snoring ceased once the doctor suggested we acquire a purifier for him. This stuff is awesome! Because of my allergies, I used it in my dorm room and kept it going round-the-clock. My allergies didn’t bother me nearly as much as usual because of how calm it was. My roommate was never vocal about it! 10/10 would advise! Every time I woke up with a congested nose, none of the nasal sprays he was using helped. I began waking up less and less congested after turning on the air purifier. I didn’t have one this morning. I’m really grateful for this stuff.

Compact, lightweight and efficient. I simply loved this air purifier. It is compact and lightweight. I have it in my children’s bedroom.
I use the night mode when they are sleeping. The night mode is so silent that I can not even tell if it is on. I can turn the light off so there’s no distracting lights that would keep my children from sleeping.
I will definitely bring it along with us in our next family vacation.

I am completely blown away. When I first opened the unit I was immediately aware of how well constructed it is. It’s not some lightweight piece of junk like others sell. I unpacked everything and took all the plastic off I found the charger which is transported inside the air filter plugged it in turned it on and that’s it. It immediately cycled through the modes that it operates under determining the best most suitable mode to run in my home! That just blew my mind. No programming no setting anything It just knows what to do. You can however select the mode you would like to use and it does have a timer which I think would be wonderful to have. I no longer have to turn off air filter when I go to bed. I plan to use this in my home since this is being purchased as replacement for a Hamilton Beach unit that I’ve had for 3 years. Even on its highest fan setting It is incredibly quiet which is a definite improvement over other units I had looked at. The air filter is really easy to remove since it inserts from the bottom of the unit. Once I turned it on it defaulted to the blue color indicator signifying the air quality on my home is considered to be very good.. Love the fact that it has an auto mode for the fan and will adjust it according to what it senses in the air. That means through all four seasons I simply won’t have to worry about anything but cleaning the filter when necessary. That will be easily accomplished using my vacuum cleaner. Like any other HEPAA filter please make sure you do not wash the filter with water. Clean up should be a breeze on the outside by simply wiping down with a dry cloth.

Finally after plugging it in turning it on and learning everything about it I decided to look at the user’s manual which is clear, easy to read and understand. I doubt if I’ll ever need to look at it again but it’s nice to know it’s there! I could not possibly be happier with the quality of this machine. I’m giving it five stars simply because I cannot give it six!

Good Air Purifier. I am so very happy with my Air Purifier and would recommend it . I am 83 years old have COPD. I do not have many problems with it. I want to keep it that way. Keeping the air pure is a major concern. This product has a sleek look and and runs very quiet. I am happy with having it in my home. It was also easy to set up and keep it running.

Good for the price. I bought this because I have terrible allergies and needed something to help as most pills don’t. I have had it on already for four hours and have definitely noticed a difference. I feel like I’m breathing better and the air just feels lighter.
Just to know the entire thing is plastic doesn’t seem like it’s heavy duty but for the price it works really well. I’d say it’s more like 200sq ft than 300 though as it is a small size but that was expected by pictures shown. Not noisy to me at all just sounds like a small fan is on. I plan on getting two more for my bedrooms.

Solid and works perfectly! So excited to get our Air Purifier with H13 True HEPA AIR Filter. First impressions was easy to set up, no complicated instructions. Just remove the plastic from the filter and reinsert it the bottom. Lock it in place then plug it in. The little red light came on as instructed. As I pushed to turn it on I found it super quiet. If I turn the fan up higher to 4 it does sound louder but no more than a regular fan. Now how does it do. It is digital settings so there are no knobs etc to switch. Just touch the touch screen. I put in master bedroom and so far is on blue which mean good air quality. I set the timer for 6 hours and it flashes from F1 to 6 back and forth. It is working, it is slowly counting down each hour. So that works. I moved to kitchen and it did work on eliminating the cooking smells. So that works. The size is 24 1/2 by 8 1/2 square. The hepa filter is a large 7 1/2 by 23 1/2 inches so really good size! This is a very well made machine. It is sturdy and lightweight . Clears dust and allergens up to 1290 sq. ft. I definitely recommend this unit. I love it and love how solid it is. Love how it tells you the air quality. Air purifier will help with allergies for us and our dog.

Attractive High Quality filter with added features. This is a very nice, attractive, filter with a lot of features.
When first powered up the air quality indicator flashes and cycles through the levels while sampling the current air quality of the room and the fans runs at high speed.
Once finished it then settles into Auto mode, as indicated as “A” on the display, and sets the appropriate levels automatically.
If desired you may also manually select fan speeds to low, medium, high or turbo.
There is also a timer which allows you to set the run time from 1 to 12 hours.
The “Sleep Mode” setting sets the unit to low fan speed and turns off all but one very dim display light.
A Filter Replace Indicator light notifies you of when the HEPA H13 Filter needs to be replaced (About 3000 hours under normal conditions).
There is also a pre-filter for catching the larger particles which helps give the HEPA a longer life.
The included manual explains all features and is easy to understand and follow.
The power adapter is shipped inside the filter of the unit which is easily removed.
Read and follow the directions and the manual before first use for the best experience.
The filter is heavy for it’s size and appears to be of high quality. They even added a tiny access door for cleaning the air sampler intake.
I like this filter a lot and have no doubt it will help keep the air in our home more pollution free. I do recommend it.

Quiet. The Dr. J Professional Air Purifier shipped out very quickly. It was packed well. I found the booklet and such in the bottom of the unit. The instructions were easy to follow. It takes up little space compared to the air purifier I had before, which I really like. I was pleased to find that after it ran through its startup cycle it classed the quality of the air in my home as very good with the blue light. What I like best of all is how quiet it is. I can barely hear it when it is running. I do believe if the air quality in my home was not so good, it might run louder as it cleans.

This air cleaning system is completely silent and it has two layers in the filter which eliminates odors and keeps the air clean in my home even with my two indoor dogs. Well worth having in any home!

Room GERM Sanitizer. Excellent room germ sanitizer! Runs nice and quiet with light up touch buttons. Used the manual to get it set up and kept the manual for the settings and replacement filter information. Brilliant to disinfect especially with COVID and FLU still prevalent.

Just before writing this, I decided to take a look at the filters and was amazed at just how much dust it has already collected in such a short amount of time! I love this item!!! It works as advertised!

It also has a UV-C feature which you can choose to turn on as needed when you would like to kill germs in the air. That’s a unique feature I don’t have on any of my other air filters. This also has a timer. You can choose to run the purifier for a certain preset amount of time. This has a night light feature which you can use to turn the air purifier into a night light, which is really cool. The air purifier runs as normal, and also emits a faint light. The controls on the top are touch screen. I like that the option to activate the child lock is included, that way children cannot easily mess with the touch buttons. I personally have cats that like to walk across my other touch screen air purifiers. I like that this prevents that problem. When this is put into night mode, the lights on the display turn off, and it gets even quieter than the lowest setting. It’s so quiet I can’t really hear it, and I like that feature.

I really wish this had a handle, because it would be easier to move around. But overall it’s a good filter with lots of options. I like that it is round so it pulls in air from all directions. My other filters just pull in air from the sides.

Small and mighty. I needed this to help with the dust our new kitty keeps stirred up!! It has cut my dusting duties in half, it’s quite when the fan is on low not so quite when on med or high it has a 2,4,or 8 hours running time that I find convenient, or you can just turn it on. I plan on purchasing another one for the back of the house so I don’t have to move this one back and forth. Cord is long enough to be able to set it in the middle of the room

It’s actually on the other side of the room, so I don’t if the very low sound that it makes would annoy other people that may keep it closer to them while sleeping, but I doubt it would. Time will tell on the build quality, but it has a nice modest and clean look, which I like.

Keeps pet cage smell down. This really helped keep the smell down from my kids rat cage. I was really regretting letting them have the rat because no matter how often the cage gets cleaned there is still a smell. We put this air purifier by the cage and can’t even smell it now.

Functional %26 Aesthetic. I love how this air purifier looks. It’s looks inconspicuous. I can put it on my countertop, on top of a table or on the floor and it looks great.
