Impressed with overall performance. This is my first air purifier, purchased at the suggestion of a friend. I am a heavy smoker, but don’t like the smell in my small apartment. I asked my friend how she manages to keep her place smelling clean, and she suggested an air purifier. I did a good amount of research before settling on this particular one, and I couldn’t be happier. Easy to use right out of the box, this unit also helps with the pet hair from my two dogs, and normal day to day dust. I have 720 sq feet in my place, and this purifier doesn’t have to struggle, keeping it set on the “medium” setting. I read the reviews of this before buying, they were very helpful. This is a very quite unit set on low or medium, somewhat like the sound of a fan set on high. It does put out some cooler air as it works, but this is very minimal, I had to move it from right next to my desk, when set on high. The medium setting works well for me, as I leave it on 24/7. A great machine, a great investment!

Exceeds my expectations. I live out in the country on a dusty road, have two dogs and two cats, and until a few days of using the germ guardian in my living room and bedroom, I was constantly stuffy and I just couldn’t seem to keep up with my dusting. Now, its been three days since I dusted my furniture and still no dust! My air smells clean and pet odor free, and I am no longer waking up with the sniffles. This is not only an amazing machine but an amazing value as well. I love it!!

Very Good. I bought this 3 weeks ago and it met my expectation. It is very good for my multi cats household. Quite in low settings make it easy for me to leave it while I am sleeping. I am thinking of buying another one to use it another room and in the living room.

I bought this less than a month ago to deal with second hand smoke caused by neighbours and allergens. I live in an apartment and have no control over the air I breathe being polluted by neighbours chain smoking, air vents never being cleaned, etc. I researched every air purifier on the market for over a year. Most are far more expensive. After 2 weeks with this unit, I went from poor sleep, daily asthma attacks, severe headaches and body numbing fatigue to no asthma attacks, no dust on my furniture and smoke removed from the air before it could be circulated around my apartment. I now sleep through the night and have my energy back! I have a big place so I will be buying another one but this machine is the best out there and the price made it affordable! I took a picture of the first filter after 2 weeks. WOW. I vacuumed it easily. I highly recommend this product!

Does as advertised, definitely worth the money. Set up was easy, just had to remove plastic wrap from filters. Plug in, I set air purifier to automatic, that was it, used in my bedroom, I noticed the difference in air quality after a few days. Lite hum, quieter than ceiling fan.

You wont be disappointed with Miko! If you are looking for a great air purifier without breaking the bank look no further. I bought the Miko Air Purifier for my son who has asthma and allergies. He had severe asthma attacks and woke up every morning with stuffy nose. Two days after setting up Miko his attacks stopped and his stuffy nose is gone. This product is amazing! You can tell the difference in the air quality in a few hours after plugging it in. We use it in our living room during the day and in his room at night. Cant smell the cat litter anymore and the smell after cooking is gone after about 15 minutes. I love coming home to a fresh smelling house. Using it on the highest setting during the day and on the middle one at night. You can add your favorite essential oil on top if you like. Price is very reasonable and the size is perfect. I have noticed the purifier has collected so much of the dust in the air. Im only having to dust weekly! Also the added bonus of having it defuse essential oil is awesome!

A new home essential that I never knew I needed. The price is 1000% worth the quality you get from this product. Its super easy to set up and my favorite part of the whole thing is the essential oil pad. The pad when used properly provides a perfect aroma, not overpowering but just enough to make the house smell fresh. Its been running in our house now for 3 days and I can definitely tell the difference in the air quality. I truly cannot wait to purchase more for the house this will be the only air purifiers I buy from now on and you should give them a try and see for yourself.

I did a full review of the Airdog X5 on my blog and its definitely five stars. I wanted to wait a few months so I could share the cleaning experience. It’s so simple to clean. It took no effort at all, just rinsing and removing dust. We’re very happy with the Airdog and glad that it is CARB certified (by the California Air Respouces Board). You won’t go wrong owning this great device – we’re so glad to know that our air a fresh and clean!

I can surely tell and feel the difference of our room air quality before and now. It is nice and quiet too and I have slept much better since purchasing it. I also use this in the living room where my daughter usually stay during daytime (remote learning) and it doesnt bother her during class coz its not noisy and you can adjust the level too! Its great to know your air is being purified and cleanse esp if you a child staying at home long time due to pandemic. Also at night I move it in the bedroom so we can use it too. Its like working for us for 24hrs! But i turn it off for 5-10 mins just to rest it. Overall, I am so happy of my purchased and oh Miko customer service is great! They even sent out complimentary filter! The best! Thank you! Highly recommemded!

Air purifier. Got this for about 3 weeks now, it control odors well. The first 2 weeks it runs whistling silent on all modes. Now it sound like a motor boat.

great little purifier. small for the countertop but big on performance. after just a few days, i saw lots of dust, etc. on the filter.

First time purifier user and it’s amazing. I have moderate to severe allergies and I live in a household that amplifies it. I’m talking watery, itchy AND dry eyes, sinus pressure, which makes it impossible to breathe and sleep, a cough and sore throat, I could go on. Medicine helps, as well as household cleaning, but I have pets, smokers in the house, old furniture… It’s just a disaster inside and outside with the pollen. Needless to say, this machine was desperately needed. Set up was easy peasy and it comes with everything. I was cautious about the radio wave disruptions, but when I researched it, they say just put it out of range if anything occurs. I didn’t have anything happen at all even when right next to it, though. After setup, it really was just the waiting game. I don’t know why it took me so long to get one, because this purifier is wonderful. It blows out all the cool, fresh air, and sucks up the bad stuff. Part of me can’t wait to see what it looks like when I change my filter, but I know it’ll probably be gross, lol. Needless to say, this machine was desperately needed. Set up was easy peasy and it comes with everything. I was cautious about the radio wave disruptions, but when I researched it, they say just put it out of range if anything occurs. I didn’t have anything happen at all even when right next to it, though. After setup, it really was just the waiting game. I don’t know why it took me so long to get one, because this purifier is wonderful. It blows out all the cool, fresh air, and sucks up the bad stuff. The actual unit is great however there was a lot of confusion about WiFi compatibility. There is only one X5 listed on the website and since the unit I got has a remote with a “WiFi” button on it, and the User Manual indicates where the WiFi Light is (which is visible on the unit), I was under the impression that the one I ordered was, in fact, compatible. It is not clear from the website and available resources which X5 are WiFi compatible and, if only one version of the X5 is available, why it is not compatible itself. It was also disheartening to have read that previous version of X5 WERE WiFi compatible while the unit I received is not. Please try to clarify this for any future customers as I’m sure there will be other people who find themselves in the same situation and spend time/effort trying to get their X5 to connect via WiFi.

As we all know, the threat of covid is constant no matter whether you received vaccination or not. The holidays, are the most precious times to be together with your family. Many families today are blended families. I wanted my family to be able to get together at least 20 of us and not have to be super worried about spreading covid. I took this unit into the house turned it on and it started at 197, and after an hour it walked itself all the way down to the eighties. There’s a fireplace in this house as well. Some smokers too. I let this run on level 3 the entire time and so far it’s been 6 days,
Nobody has covid.
My niece who runs her own business was so absolutely impressed with how good this unit worked in a 1000 ft² house, she bought 2 of them right then and there with her phone. One for her business and one for her house.
It truly eliminates all odors no matter what they are. Yes I would definitely buy another one. I’m very impressed
with its ease of maintenance.

The Air Purifier You Have Been Waiting For. This is my second Levoit air purifier that I bought just days after getting their H133. I was so amazed by the performance of the larger unit that I decided to get the 200S for my bedroom and it definitely lived up to my very high expectations of Levoit products. Let me highlight some of the strengths and weaknesses of the 200S.

Design (9/10): This little thing is the perfect size to set on a nightstand, countertop or bookshelf. Unlike most air purifiers, it is actually nice to look at too and almost looks like more of a piece of modern art than a machine. The top of the device contains the control pad, and also serves as the vent where the clean air comes out of. The control pad also houses the night light, which creates a warm glow when turned on. The bottom of the unit houses the filter and has small holes around the entire machine to allow air to enter the filter. The only thing I wish it had is some small indentions or handles on the side to make it easier to carry. You definitely don’t want to drop this thing.

Noise (10/10): As you can see, I have this unit right on my nightstand next to my bed. On sleep mode, you don’t even know the thing is on. On low, it is barely audible which is what I leave it on during the night. Medium and high are louder though but also that’s to be expected.

Performance (100/10): The rating is not a typo. Here is where this thing really shines. I use this purifier in conjunction with my H133 and my breathing at night has never been better. The purifier catches all kinds of dust and impurities that are easy to see when you take the filter out for regular cleaning. The air quality in my small, stuffy bedroom is now clean and since the fan is so effective, the air is no longer stuffy as well.

Features (9/10): 3 fan speeds, a timer, a night light and smart home integration. This purifier can be controlled from anywhere and has almost all the features you need. The only thing I would recommend for future models is an auto mode similar to what they have on their larger purifiers, where the machine can automatically detect changes in air quality and turn the fan up or down depending.

Ease of use/cleaning (10/10): Operating the unit is as simple as turning it on from the app or on the top of the unit itself. The timer feature can be set to 2 hour intervals on the device or any time you want on the app. Cleaning couldn’t be easier as you just slip the filter out of the bottom weekly and either wipe or vacuum the dust off the surface of the filter and put it back in.

Overall (9.8/10): Overall, this unit performs exactly as you’d expect a Levoit product to perform and that’s a lot to say. The only points taken off are for the lack of an “auto mode” and also needing some handles/grip tape to make it easier to pick up and move around. It is well built for easy operation and the aesthetically pleasing design allows you to put it just about anywhere as it is not an eyesore to look at in the slightest. The machine itself works incredibly well in purifying the air to where I can now sleep well through the night and wake up breathing easily instead of having congestion. Couple good performance with an easy to use interface and simple cleaning instructions, and you get one high-quality air purifier that will meet all your needs.

So far works great. I received the Homedics Air Purifier at the end of my family having COVID when we were cleaning our sheets, wiping the couches etc to try and remove left over virus. The air Purifier is very quiet, that I had to check if it was on, and has a place for essential oils to circulate the room if desired. The buttons on top are touch and not something you actually have to depress. My dog happened to use the bathroom in our kitchen so I used the air Purifier in the kitchen to help reduce the smell and it helped but it didn’t eliminate the odor.

Nice. I ordered this air purifier and was not disappointed. It does everything that it is advertised. I love how convenient it is to move around. It does remove the damp smell and the air does smell cleaner. I like that it came with a couple of filters. I haven’t ordered extra filters but will be doing so as needed.

HoMedics 5-in-1 Air Purifier. We have an old farmhouse so some of the closets leave a less than desirable odor on the clothes if they haven’t been worn for a while.
I’ve tried various laundry soaps, softener and dryer sheets but I couldn’t keep that fresh out of the dryer scent so I thought I would try a small air purifier.

I placed the air purifier at least 6 inches away from walls and 3 feet from heat sources. I have had the device turned on for about 2 weeks and I haven’t noticed that it is helping with his allergies. I checked the filter and it still looks brand new. I thought it would have some debris after that much time since we do have 5 cats and 2 dogs and live in the desert where the wind blows dust most days. Maybe it just needs more time? The Air Purifier has a tray where I can add essential oils to scent the room. It comes with (3) Essential Oil Pads. I have not used that yet but I think it’s nice. After shopping for filters and bulbs I find that they are found on the manufacture website and they are quite expensive. To replace the bulb and the filter cost as much as a new air purifier. Depending on how long the original lasts would be the deciding factor on whether I would recommend this product.

It’s an excellent filter for a smallish room. The filter is whisper quiet on the lower fan settings, but there is much more noise on the highest setting. It’s a bit more like a white noise machine on high. Not intrusive, but not whisper quiet. This machine definitely reduces odors. It’s probably the most effective machine we have had for odors. The buttons or controls are positive and work well and the light controls are a great touch. You can change between a night-light to just the controls buttons lit to a blacked out with no lights on. We didn’t try the essential oils function, but it looks simple to use. I will say that you should heed the room size specifications. This is such a nice air purifier! We have recently moved and have a cat. We’re keeping her in the bedroom until the house is more together. This purifier has been AMAZING. No smell, very quiet and conveniently has a timer. Highly recommend

It works well. It works quite well for the size of the room that it cleans. The air is cleared of smoke and food odors in a few minutes. And, i think it helps our many plants to stay and look crisp and healthy. I also like the color display that it offers.

Very good. Good for a small room. I find the noise very relaxing even on its highest level. It is quiet and soothing. I don’t use the blue light as it is too bright. It is a good product but is no match for dry heat in winter. You will need a humidifier for that.

Looks cheap! This air purifier is tiny. No way it can filter 300sqft. More like 50sqft for a closet size. Very disappointed.

I am completely blown away. When I first opened the unit I was immediately aware of how well constructed it is. It’s not some lightweight piece of junk like others sell. I unpacked everything and took all the plastic off I found the charger which is transported inside the air filter plugged it in turned it on and that’s it. It immediately cycled through the modes that it operates under determining the best most suitable mode to run in my home! That just blew my mind. No programming no setting anything It just knows what to do. You can however select the mode you would like to use and it does have a timer which I think would be wonderful to have. I no longer have to turn off air filter when I go to bed. I plan to use this in my home since this is being purchased as replacement for a Hamilton Beach unit that I’ve had for 3 years. Even on its highest fan setting It is incredibly quiet which is a definite improvement over other units I had looked at. The air filter is really easy to remove since it inserts from the bottom of the unit. Once I turned it on it defaulted to the blue color indicator signifying the air quality on my home is considered to be very good.. Love the fact that it has an auto mode for the fan and will adjust it according to what it senses in the air. That means through all four seasons I simply won’t have to worry about anything but cleaning the filter when necessary. That will be easily accomplished using my vacuum cleaner. Like any other HEPAA filter please make sure you do not wash the filter with water. Clean up should be a breeze on the outside by simply wiping down with a dry cloth.

Finally after plugging it in turning it on and learning everything about it I decided to look at the user’s manual which is clear, easy to read and understand. I doubt if I’ll ever need to look at it again but it’s nice to know it’s there! I could not possibly be happier with the quality of this machine. This thing is awesome!!! This thing is awesome for people with allergies! I’ve been sneezing for MONTHS. Finally had enough when I had a sneeze attack at 3am. Went and got this that day and I have not sneezed since. I set it to turn on from 8pm to 8am so it clears the air before I go to bed and while I sleep but you can leave it go all day. App is awesome! Tells you the filter life, and you can control it from the app. Also side note it has a plant tracker and will tell you when to water your plants as well which I found awesome! So glad I bought this. I feel 100% better. ZERO sneezing and coughing now due to allergies.

I was looking for something small and quiet to purify the air in my house from dust, dog dander (and smell), and other allergens, and this is the perfect device to do so. It has True HEPA H13 filtration so it can clear the air of particles as small as 0.3 microns. It has a sleek design with quite a few settings like automatic filtration, sleep function, and a turbo function for heavy duty cleaning. It is incredibly quite when on lower settings and even on “turbo” it is still more quiet than a box fan. In my opinion this is a fantastic unit for the money. I highly recommend it!

It’s ok can’t find a filter for it. It dose real good but there’s no name on the front that says what it is and I can’t find a filter for it
