Does not remove mascara. This product does not remove washable mascara like my usual product. They were out of my usual Equate 2 in 1 foaming face wash. People are correct, this product does not foam. i prefer the product below.

Poor packaging. The item was completely opened and leaked all over the entire bag of items, and you could tell that the bottom was open because top of the bottle wasn’t even screwed on

Forget the big box store cleansers. Buy this. I have blackhead issues due to my naturally higher testosterone levels. Out of all of the acne-prone skincare products I’ve tried, this entire kit has been the most effective at solving my issues without exacerbating acne through other means. The cleanser’s 1% salicylic acid (instead of the 2% in other products) along with additional ingredients didn’t dry out my skin, the water cream continues treatment while preventing drying, and the serum packed the biggest punch in getting blackheads out of my skin.

Face broke out in hives. I only started using this for a couple days, and each day I’ve used it, my face has broken out in hives.
I’m not usually sensitive to cremes and other types of facial items, but this one has given me hives 3 days straight.

Do not waste your money. Put a thin layer on my face before bed. Woke up to a red, swollen face. My skin is so dry now and incredibly itchy. I’ve never been sensitive to products. This was just way too harsh.

Terrible Shipping of a liquid item. Walmart shipped a liquid item inside an open bucket in bag instead of a box so the soap dispenser obviously got thrown around and spilled. The soap was inexpensive so it’s not worth the effort to return. Choose wisely the items you buy when you purchase liquid items from them. Never had an issue like this with Amazon.

perfect for young skin. My sister just started getting acne, so I got her this set. Super simple, basic skincare routine that helped her clear up her skin with little effort.

Please seal the pump. They generally seal the pump when I order shampoo, conditioner etc. Some tube products don’t need to be sealed. It’s only messy in the ziplock bag which is good because I ordered some snacks in the same cart.

Birthday Surprise. My daughter was out of her Originals skin care products and she said they were available at Ulta. I took the chance and found them online at Walmart. The product bundle was cheaper and arrived quickly for an extra birthday surprise!

I’m really happy with this acne treatment gel! It’s priced really well, especially considering how effective it is. Not a “foaming” product. This says “foaming” face cleanser. It is not. It is just plain old liquid soap. Sure it will “foam” or lather when you wet your hands and rub them together (like any soap product!) but it does not produce a foam out of the pump.

this stuff is literally the holy grail !!! it really dose help with your acne and acne scars it just takes time and you have to be consistent but not too much because it will dry your face out.

Works great for me. This works really well for random breakouts. I put it on at night after cleaning my face and then sleep with it on. It reduces size of acne and redness.

I have purchased the cleanser separately in store, but I thought I would buy the pack as I wanted the hyaluronic acid as well. When I went to use the cleanser, I opened the bottle and it started gushing out. I thought that was unusual but thought it might just have been pressure from the shipping process. But I have now had this set for a few weeks and every time I open the cleanser it just spills out. I have bought the cleanser on its own multiple times at Ulta and the consistency is more thick. It is still a balm and comes out easily, but nowhere as easily as what I’ve experienced with this one. I don’t know if I just got a wonky batch, but I will not be repurchasing this set. When I get a proper version of it, this cleanser is my favorite. It is gentle on my skin and leaves it velvety soft but cleanses all makeup when I use it.The hyaluronic acid is great, and exactly like the ones I’ve purchased before.This was my first time trying the moisturizer; and I was underwhelmed. I have pretty dry skin and it leaves my skin feeling a little greasy but still dry. Not what I want from a moisturizer.

First time trying these products and they don’t break me out. Good size for sampling not the full size and perfect for travel too. I recommend this seller!

Feeling a Difference. Even if there’s not a noticeable difference to my skin I feel a difference. I feel so comfortable leaving the house without makeup because I feel clean and refreshed even without it.

Made me break out more. I had really high hopes for these products. My normal routine of Cetaphil daily facial cleanser and a oil free antioxidant facial moisterizer seemed to work better. I have been using this elf kit for a month now and i am breaking out a ton more . Very disappointed and I really hoped this would clear up my skin because I am very incucure about my acne.

It actually works. Only spot treatment I use; works fast and stops acne from getting worse. Cheaper but same quality as other 10% benzoyl peroxide creams. Will buy again and again!

I bought this to shrink pores. I feel it is working after a weeks use I noticed a difference. My skin feels less oily. A bit perky at times but I expected that. There is no scent. For the price it was worth a try and I’m not disappointed. Wish I knew about this years ago

It’s kinda weird? It goes on with a soft lotion feel instead of a greasy one, but then your skin feels really dry after like 15 minutes. But at the same time, when I wake up the next day, my acne isn’t quite as read.
I recommend doing the following steps for the best working method:

1. Try to use it daily. Start with washing your face, preferably with something like CeraVe or whatever the best gentle face soap you can afford is.

2. Gently dry your face.

3. Apply the gel, rubbing it in gently but thoroughly over your acne. It doesn’t take a lot.

4. Wait about 20 minutes or so until your skin feels dry.

5. Apply a gentle face lotion to rehydrate your skin since the acne gel dries it out somewhat.

6. Your skin will feel a lot better than usual after a while!

The only real con is that it’s kinda pricey. 4.5/5!
