One would not come on and the other was hard to hear.

Returned very unhappy, instructions were too small to read couldn’t do anything unless you purchased a sim card worst purchase ever . And it came in bubble wrap, no box

The phone needs a sim card to operate but not compatible with any major provider nor the Walmart phone service. Has great features I recommend if you can buy it directly from Walmart. Still waiting for refund after returning it to Walmart .

In fact, I was pleasantly surprised how much I loved this watch. However, my love turned into disappointment when it came to PAI. I am a fitness trainer and workout six days a week. I am always active and, as such, my resting heart rate is very low. Even in very intense exercise, it doesn’t get higher than the 140s. As such, despite double workouts, I never received any PAI. So the gamification in this watch became irrelevant. I am returning it.

Good. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The watch works well. The glass which is advertised as gorilla glass scratches easily with light wear. Screen protector is a must. But Amazfit is currently replacing the unit. Also, the company should consider offering extended warranties. If they are confident in the quality of their products, they should think about offering more than a 1 year warranty.

It has been difficult to get it set up and working correctly. The Zepp app has also been problematic. Customer service has been working with me and we are gradually getting the issues worked out.

Really good watch overall! This watch has the best battery life I have seen so far in all of the watches I have owned in the past. The display is smooth and the “haptics” (vibration effects) are very smooth.
I rarely charge this watch, and have gone for days without needing to recharge it with the “Always on display” turned on. I keep it on all the time and haven’t turned it off yet. If you’re looking for a watch that has really good battery that really could last a couple days while being connected with your phone, then this is the go-to watch. It’s a very durable watch and the glass doesn’t scratch easily. The watch is actually safe to get wet or completely submerge, which i tried. To conclude, you need this watch if you’re looking for a luxury type but cheaper watch. The display is OLED which is cool as well!

Way better selection of faces compared to the apple watch. Battery life is excellent. I’m happy with it. I want to try what I originally intended to buy, the T-rex 2. My wife is an Apple junkie and now she wants an amazfit watch. Great watch!

Loving the Watch! I have owned this for 2 months and it works great. A lot of features that work well.Looks great and feels good on your wrist.

Size. Amazfit did a great job taking my issues. The watch is a great product and did everything and more than I was hoping for. The size was just too large for me. If I could get the same thing but in a smaller size I would definitely order it.

not good at all battery lasted 20 min blood pressure was totally incorrect horrible

So far so good! Still learning about the watch.
-Most medical readings are pretty accurate.
-App/notifications work well.
-Some apps in the watch I don’t need, and can be removed/changed.
-1 or 2 apps in the watch could be better (wallet)
-HIGHLY recommend!

Really good value but room to grow! I really like the fit, the size and very comfortable to wear!
Easy operation of the watch.
Good battery operation time, and fast recharge so very happy with that.
The sync with Zepp is also very easy operate
My down size for me is with 16 ball activities it doesn’t have a pickleball setting, which is my sport of choice.
Blood pressure reading would be big plus.
