Slicer! I love these type of products. It’s easy to use. It’s easy to clean. It’s easy to store. Easy, Easy, Easy. This is an as seen on tv product. It’s small but not too small. I know, sounds silly but we’ve all seen those things that are almost too small to actually be useful because you have to use it a dozen times to get enough food chopped. It comes with a slicing blade, a grating blade, and a shredding blade. It has a suction base to stay mounted on table or counter. It’s dishwasher safeI love these type of products. It’s easy to use. Perfect. I was actually looking for another slicer. The I was actually looking for another slicer. The slicer that I currently have e is the one that you hold in your hand and start cutting and chop up. Which to me seemed and is very dangerous. I waseemed and is very dangerous to me. I was very happy to have gotten this cutter. I no longer have to hold things in my hand in order to cut it or chop it. This machine cuts and chops amazingly. And I am very glad that I got it. I would definitely recommend you purchasing this. I haven’t had any issues with cutting up my fruits and vegetables. I have been using this every single day.

Disappointed. I was excited when this slicer came and I honestly wanted to like it.
I will start with assembly.
The assembly was very simple and I did not need to read the directions.
There’s one important thing though, you will need to make sure that you lock the handle to the blade when you wish to slice something. If you do not do this, the handle falls off and the blade comes out of the slicer.
The suction on the bottom of the slicer does stick to the counter top if you are not cutting up dry goods. I wanted to crush some nuts and crackers. (Not at the same time)
The powder residue got all over the place and ended up loosening the suction part of the slicer. Therefore, the slicer did not stay in place. Not to mention, the dry crushed items ended up between the blade and plastic part of the slicer.
I chopped an onion. That ended up inside the barrel or inside the bladed area.
Anything wet sticks inside the blades.
I had these issues with all 3 blades.
Cleaning up the blades is not an issue. The blades are not very sharp and come clean under running water.
I don’t see this being something that I’d use on a regular basis. I feel let down after all the excitement that i had before trying it.

NutriSlicer As Seen on TV! NutriSlicer The Super-Fast and Easy Way to Make Nutritious Meals Everyday As Seen on TV! I could only recommend this product for someone who does not have enough money for a cheap food processor, or a camping product when you have no power. Do not get me wrong this product works it is just basic, cheap with no bells or whistles. You get a base with suction, a chute, three blades, a pusher and a handle that locks right into the circular blades. Everything is easily detachable and easy to clean. The base uses suction to stay in place and it works extremely well on my kitchen counter. The chute locks into place and is removed with the down motion of a lever that came right off on the first try. I was able to lock it back into place. The pusher and the turn handle all look nice. Now the three blades. There is no way to adjust the thickness on any of them and the way the metal and plastic blend together looks very cheaply made. First is a slicing blade. I sliced a cucumber with the greatest of ease, the problem is that it is super thin – way to thin and I was not going to waste a tomato like that. I then sliced a potato and thought that they would make good fried potatoes. The onion I tried to slice was a waste just to ununiformed. Now the grating blade had a lot better results. I went through cheese in a breeze, really fast and somewhat fun. I am sure it will go through cabbage or anything like that in a breeze. I did not try the shredding blade and have only used them in the past to get lemon, lime or orange zest. I plan on giving it an attempt with fine garlic, it might work but it might just be a waste because of the chute size. I will only keep this product for a fast easy grating option when it is too much to grate by hand and too small to get out the big food processor.

Kind of fragile. Since this kitchen gadget it’s made out of plastic it’s not heavy duty or sturdy enough for me. The first thing I tried was to slice a cucumber and the slices are extremely thin that almost looks like a puree. It’s not smooth and if you struggled slicing it because I was afraid that the lever was about to break. Maybe making this item in plaid was not a very good idea since it requires to put some pressure into it.

Doesn’t work well. I was hoping that this would become my next favorite kitchen gadget. Instead, I was disappointed. When I put my cucumber in to slice it, it sliced it way too thin. Plus the part of the cucumber that you hold onto becomes a lopsided piece. The slicer doesn’t slice evenly at all. The only thing that I liked about the slicer is that it attaches to your counter easily and you cannot move it until you detach it.

Cool chopper. I received this product as a member of the walmart spark reviewer program. This is a very nice piece of equipment that in my opinion serves as a crucial portion of my salad making or sandwich making endeavors. It is a very simple efficient design and mechanism that gives good results. I like the fact that it comes with three different cutting dongles that can be attached and detach with extreme ease (it is very user friendly). All you have to do is twist the handle and press the piece of vegetable or piece of pliable food. My only caveat is the fact that this is a plastic based product and i have almost broken the device when dealing with tougher foods such as carrots and potatoes (or other legumes). Also, though the size of the insertion area is fairly decent, one still has to reduce the size of the piece of food via prior cutting. Despite that, nothing beats being able o cut in repeatable sized slices or chunks. Softer pieces of food also opuses a problem and they get gummy and interfere with the turning mechanism of the slicer but i will say that is not so bad once you understand or get a fell of the textures that work and dont work and if you have to semi freeze or dry out certain food types. Overall, this is a great product. I recommend.

Flimsy, not a good tool. This is successful because it rides on the coattails of its Uber successful cousin, the blender. This thing, is terrible, to be painfully honest. The nutribullet is in a class all by itself.
It doesn’t stay upright on the counter, the knob falls off mid-churn. I used this for simple, and white soft cucumbers so that I could make tzatziki. Well, it was frankly easier to slice the cucumber by hand.
I had made a total mess by the time I decided to give up on this thing.
Colors are nice, design is pleasing to the eye. But because there is more plastic than metal, it is quite flimsy. Granted, I grew up with restaurant-grade slicers. So, I had high expectations. This device fell far short.

Not for me. The design and look of the nutri slicer isnt bad but from what I’ve seen as far as functionality I’m not impressed. Ofcourse it can slice hard veggies and fruits but when I used it to try and shred lettuce it turned it into mush. I also tried to slice tomatoes with it and that was just as bad…. wouldn’t slice thru the skin and made a big mess of the insides. I’m not used to hand crank slicers and maybe I was doing something wrong while operating it but I can slice my veggies better on my own.

Talking about what went wrong! The last one I bought years ago finally died, when saw this one I was so happy that. I ordered it right away. After. I received it. I fell and was hurt so did not use it right away, I used it a last week and as soon as I started using it , it cracked and the plastic to a big chunk fell into my salad.
I did not keep the invoice and everyone is suppose to stay home during this time do to the virus.
If you buy. It I hope you have better luck.

There is no suction to hold in place while using it. It clearly shows in the photo.
Also I found two dried up tomato seeds in the barrel. Has been used by someone else. As you can see in the one I received there is no lever to suction the item to the bench.
Not happy.
