Have nothing negative to say. The plant was very healthy. Tall exactly like the description said. I purchased the one that had only the Growing pot and transferred into a store-bought 12 inch pot. The roots are very healthy. Looks beautiful. And only had one underdeveloped dropped leave. Everything else was perfectly intact. Very easy to open the box also.As a matter of fact, I like that so much I ended up following the vendor and purchasing a separate fig tree.

Arrived exactly as shown in perfect condition with excellent packaging. The planter is beautiful and well made – it does not have drain holes. The plant is healthy and growing. It is in an inner plastic pot; however its roots extend out of that container so I do not remove it to water it. I water it as is, then hold the base of the plant so it won’t come out and turn it over the sink to pour out excess water. The moss on top seems to keep the air off of the roots and, for now, it is a happy plant. It will need to be repotted in the not-too-distant future.When I need more plants, I will rebuy from this seller.Very giftable!!It has been a number of weeks since this plant/tree arrived. It has new growth and is healthy and seemingly content. It has required little care. In time, I will have to buy a larger planter and transfer it. I have not had a single issue and I would not hesitate to buy from this company again – in fact, I fully intend to do so. Quality plant; quality, lovely planter; incredibly-well and securely packaged. Just lovely.I very briefly lifted the plastic liner as someone had a question regarding the same; I hope this helps. If you have roots beginning to extend beyond the liner, you want to insure the top soil/moss extend completely to the edge of the white planter to keep air away from the roots.I am so thrilled with this addition and notice and enjoy it, truly, every day. My husband ordered this money tree for my birthday. And I got to say I love it! The money tree was well packaged and delivered earlier than expected. Unfortunately we had inclement weather, and the tree leaves had frost bite. I called Costa Farms customer service and they were able to answer and assist me with all my questions and concerns.I love how healthy and beautiful this money tree is compared to the ones at the grocery store. Worth every penny.

Ordered two of these as gifts. They arrived packaged very carefully. They lost some leaves that were damaged when they were shipped across the country but they quickly began showing new growth and looked very healthy within a few weeks

This is the first time I have ordered a live plant from anywhere. I ordered a “Money Tree” and it arrived perfectly packed… It even had an attached heat packet to keep it warm in the cold weather. The plant is very healthy and just beautiful. I definitely will be ordering again… very happy with my purchase!

Wow! Costa Farms not only packaged this plant immaculately (not a leaf broken, all dirt intact, even a heat warmer inside), but the tree was healthy and didn’t need to be immediately watered! The simple attractive planter was undamaged, too. I ordered two other plants from them with the same results! 😄

How exciting (and dangerous for a plant lover like myself) that I can buy live plants on amazon. This beautiful plant arrived 5 days earlier than expected. This is great as it is currently below freezing here and I would hate for it to have been in transit for too long. The plant was packed carefully with heating packs, saran wrap to keep the dirt in the pot, and held in place in the box. Thankfully it was packaged as well bc the box certainly took a beating. A few broken leaves, but I feel confident if that is the only issue, that the plant will make a full recovery. I’m looking forward to getting more!
