LOVE this PC. Powerful components – GREAT price! I’ve had this for 2 weeks and LOVE it! Since the Walmart item description is VERY scant I will supply a lot of deets about this PC. Walmart (and even the iBuyPower website) provide very little info. Here are the components in what I got:
Mobo: ASRock B550M-c microATX form factor
Video card: Gigabyte Nvidia Geforce RTX 3060 12GB
Hard Drive: 1TB Western Digital NvMe M.2 (the new type of HD that’s like a RAM chip and rides the PCIe bus.
RAM: 16GB (2x8GB sticks) DDR4 3000 brand Forza
Power supply: 650 watt (not sure of brand)
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5700 3700Mhz
The case is great. Extremely well organized with lots of room for expansion. At least 2 empty 3.5 drive bays. At least 2 empty 2.5 mounts. Plenty of power cables, etc. Top panel has 2 USB ports, power button and headphone and mic jack. Check mobo specs for back panel, but it has everything any good mobo would have. Comes with Windows 11 (which I like much better than Win 10). Also comes with a decent gaming keyboard and mouse.
I tallied the price of all the components and it would’ve cost me slightly more to build this myself.
I have to say I haven’t had a chance to test this with any demanding games yet – but with the very decent specs I expect it to run most any game out there – even using high graphic settings. One little prob I had was getting the sound to work… Win 11 for some reason had it set to play sound through the nVidia card instead of the onboard mobo Realtek sound chip. It just took a few minutes to reconfigure Windows.
But basically I am LOVING this PC. It’s gorgeous and quite a powerhouse for not too much money!!

Warning Before You Buy. This item will be on back order 9/10 when you order it so keep that in mind. It will not be there on the date you expect. However it is worth the wait.

Bang for buck, solid PC ready to go out of box. Great PC, love how it was ready to go out of the box. The packaging was neat, modern, felt like something from 2023, came with some extras too. Came with mouse and keyboard, game pass trial, some rewards stuff. Great system, had over a week now and been playing lots of games with no problems.

Buy it before they ru out. I love my computer. It is super fast, silent and I bought two monitors for it to have an excellent immersion. It is a good product I recommend it

Good PC for value. This was my second iBuyPower PC, and am very happy! No problems, no issues. This rig is worth it if your pockets aren’t too deep.

Great price, great product. Runs everything I throw it’s way like a champ. I like that it has plenty of usb ports. I was able to hook up a camera, sound system and a few other accessories and still have space for more if needed.

Well where do I start? Considering this is my first ever PC, I don’t really have much to compare it to. Overall it’s amazing, the setup was by far a cakewalk and the PC itself is beautiful. It’s surprisingly been very quiet, just wait until I get some very demanding games installed. It does come with a mouse and keyboard and a few surprises. I’m very happy with this purchase and I know you will be too

AWESOME! If you want a great computer this is the one for you! The package was everything i wanted and more. The monitor is 22 inches. They didn’t put that in the description.

Just don’t waste your time. this does not come with the webcam as shown in pictures. also very dented all around the monitor. definitely very used

Great value for a high powered computer. Package arrived promptly and in perfect condition. This computer is really nice. We got it for school, not realizing its gaming capabilities. RGB keyboard aside, the graphics on this are amazing. Playing “The Isle”, it looks more real than real-life! It also does well for school uses. A great value.

I really love this product. This is an amazing gaming computer it does everything i want it too and more have had no trouble playing any of the newer titles and it’s so silent i can’t hear it at all. It’s worth every penny. I’m very happy with what i got and this would make a very nice birthday present.

Do Not Purchase This Product. The product is poor quality. We have only had it for 4 months and it has stopped working. I have contacted Blair Technology as well as HP snd received no help. I would give zero stars if possible.

This machine stopped functioning approximately 2 months after I purchased it for my son. He would only get about 30 minutes of playtime before it started to run hot. This was a total waste of money, i don’t know when and why Wal-mart would start promoting such trashy products. Stay Away! Please Don’t buy this…

Christmas gift. My grandson was so happy when he received this for Christmas. So far no complaints. He set everything up himself and he’s only 13.

Purchased warranty because the reviews weren’t that great. I will update my review in 3 months but so far my grandson is in heaven.

pc quality. i love that it says it has a lower ram then it actually does. it literally has 1 TB. very impressed. no complaints so far. so need to test further and will update if anything changes

Nice keyboard. I brought this to replace my broken one. So far so good, feel great when I type.

Power and More Power. This Gaming PC rocks! We bought it for Christmas for the grandkids. They won’t have to upgrade for quite a while because this machine has incredible power. The price was right too. You can’t touch a PC with this many features for the price we paid. Had enough left over in the budget to buy a 32″ monitor as well. iBUYPOWER comes through once again!

Tech Support. Ryan customer service agent was very helpful, assisted me with all my issues, A Service.

Great Gaming Pc. I play Minecraft (heavily modded) and it had no issues. As well as the sims 4 also heavily modded with not all but a lot of the expansions and it runs just fine. Definitely recommend this pc for anyone looking for a cheap gaming computer.

Look at that style! This really is open box and start gaming. Very easy to get online and get to gaming. I am a new fan of CYBERPOWERPC. It showed on the WALMART app that 100 had this item in their cart, you better buy it because it looks like the prices of desktops are fixing to go up in price. This computer is FAST and handled my game with ease.

The best choice for a medium-high level PC. I am in love with this PC. I’m glad that I took my time to chose the right one. I was a little skeptical to buy it from Walmart, but my overall experience was awesome. They processed my order overnight and the PC was ready to pick up as expected. I love the way the PC itself looks and the performance so far.

Excellent speed at a great price! This machine is very nice. I sent back an Ipason computer that I bought from somewhere else that cheated me on the motherboard that was in it putting in a far lessor quality A520B instead of the B550M was advertised. This is an MSI components computer primarily and is built nicely. I installed a MSI RTX 3050 in this and with all 4 feeds running full HD on my Plex it never broke a sweat. Less than 3% overall CPU usage. It does use a good bit of ram (system wise, not Plex) and I will probably beef that up but it boogies real good. The folks that set this up done a great job and it walks you through getting started which is great to know for the non tech people out there. Magnet screen on the top is very nice to remove to clean. Very nice case to work on the inside also, and along with the pictures here there is a photo of the 2 – 6 2 plugs for a graphics card. These folks were very kind to send much great info on the motherboard, CPU and Power supply which is awesome. Also they included a usb wifi adapter (600mbps) and some handy screws 2 slot fill in strips. It came extremely well packed/protected. For you gamers out there with this GPU 3D DX 10 Average 60.5fps, DX 9 at 73fps, and this motherboard only does PCI Express 3.0. I know this card I have is 4.0 and it’s cutting it’s ability some, but still does pretty well. It is a very nice board %26 I am extremely happy overall for such a nice price! The only con I have is the lack of PCI Express 4.0 on this motherboard. I most certainly highly recommend this machine to all!

Cyberpowerpc Gaming desktop. It’s a great PC so far. It’s quiet and has proved to be very reliable in handling my games and the small things like typing up reports or surfing the web. If you’re looking for a balanced PC for gaming and every day life, I recommend this one.

Unsure of version. I got this pc and I loved it haven’t had any issues with it I loved it so much that I recommended to my mother for her to buy it for my little brother because is his birthday soon and it got here today as soon as we saw the box I saw that it was definitely different from mine once we unboxed it it was definitely different and when we set it up we noticed the pc didn’t had a disk drive mine does I got the optiplex 5050 and we noticed he got the optiplex 7040 and the monitor started blacking out for a second constantly we will be seeing if we can return it I love the pc I have so I would just recommend seeing the version you get I wish there was more information about the versions you can get like I said with mine I haven’t had any issues and I’m super pleased with it

It’s ok. It shipped fairly fast haven’t had time to hook it up but the motherboard does not have built in wifi ,they threw in a WiFi dongle the motherboard looks unbranded or a lower quality one as shown packaging was great though does not have a dedicated graphics card as description does say but besides that the look is top line

Amazing gaming PC. This PC was very easy to set up and runs great! Comes with a keyboard and mouse. Runs my games very well. Would definitely recommend for a starter PC.

3 stars. Great product, and a pretty decent build quality too, aside from issues I had. The fans on my CPU cooler were secured really loosely (by seemingly a single screw), to the point in shipping, it came completely loose. The unit arrived to me with scratched up rail, and a screw rattling around inside the case (also, one of the exterior thumbscrews was loose in the packaging, but I think that’s more forgivable considering that panel is meant to be taken off as one of the first steps of unboxing). I tried to get some customer service/support by calling, and I never ended up hearing back. I called within the appropriate hours, and the only option was to leave a voicemail. I wish I had a perfect build straight out of the box OR some help from customer service to resolve said issues, but overall I can’t be too disappointed.

does what it’s supposed to. the desktop is in working order fully functional but it would have been nice to know that the disk reader DID NOT have a cover and would only have electrcal tape covering it.
over all good purchase

It works good for me. I know nothing about gaming or computers. But I’ve been having a good time so far. I don’t play any hardcore games just basic ones like the sims, or Minecraft, and it’s been running perfectly. I’ve also downloaded a ton of mods for the sims and it still runs smoothly.

Considering I got this at less than $1k and was able to finance it through ONE for payments of $50 a month with no credit check and the option to pay off more if I want to, this was a great buy for dor me. YMMV.

video card has issues. After a couple of months started displaying lines across the screen. changed HDMI cords and no change. swapped out monitors and no change. could only be video card as the cables and monitors work just fine with other computers.

GREAT START PC. Good Beginner gaming pc, it’s run smooth, had no problems with it except the RGB fans which are stuck in rainbow mode for so that’s my only Con about it. Other than that everything is great.

Not recommended. At first, there was a marker “like new” in the product description. But it is not new at all! The monitor holder is dirty and curved. It stands with some angle and wobbles. At second, there was a VGA cable inside, but there is no VGA slot in the PC! And I can’t even check does it work or not.
I sent a n email to seller and they sent me another monitor, but no hdmi cable. I sent second email, and they sent me an adapter HDMI/HDMI. So after 2 weeks I still can’t use this PC. I’m gonna put it back in Walmart

IBuypower gaming pc. Runs great and handles all my games great, although when I got it one of the front case fans lit up but wouldn’t spin, one of the cables just wasn’t plugged in all the way, could have potentially just wiggled out during shipping

Sturdy keyboard, lackluster mouse. Lovely keyboard. Clearly visible for typing. Love the backlights and how the mouse light-up in colour. Very pleased. Great product! Would highly recommend.

The lights were so cool. I love the different lights.

Solid PC from a good brand. Good value for what you’re getting. I haven’t found a game yet it won’t run on max settings, It powers though Elden Ring, D4, Baulder’s Gate. I downloaded a 3rd party app to control the leds there are instructions to follow to find the correct software but I found it confusing.

Bad sales team and customer support. Would give it 5 stars for the laptop but walmart and customer support dont even earn a half a star i bought this laptop and they canceled it my bank said they took the money and never refunded it walmart has lost my hard earn dollar for good ill never shop their again

Affordable for a reason. I purchased this device as my first gaming desktop. My experience is outlined below.

1) I have never built a PC before, which is why I purchased one that was pre-built. However, there was a fan and graphics card that were not connected when I received the computer and absolutely no direction included on how to install them.

2) So, I called Walmart Tech Support for help which is very expensive but was purchased for this EXACT reason and was told that the product was broken and to return it. The product was not broken to my knowledge, but apparently the “setup” part of the technical service title isn’t included. This is Walmart’s fault, not the sellers.
3) After some intense googling, I got the graphics card connected and was able to get the computer setup and updated.

4) THE NEXT DAY I turned the computer on; after displaying the “IPASON” logo, windows would not load and the computer would disconnect from the display.

5) I tried power cycling the computer, starting up in safe mode, and attempted to go into windows recovery mode. None of these attempts were successful as it seemed windows wasn’t responding. Still, after displaying the logo, windows would not boot and the computer would disconnect from the display.

5) I called tech support again and was again advised to return the computer, which I decided to do. It’s not worth the hassle, which is where we are now.

The only positive about this computer is that the price is affordable. However, after my experience, I can understand why. My first recommendation is not to get Walmart tech support as they will NOT help in any productive way. The second is to consider another desktop if you want a reliable, working PC. Good Liquid Cooled PC. This is my first liquid cooled PC. Right out of the box I loved it. It looks great, and even included a keyboard and mouse, both of which are nice. I bought another PC from CyberPowerPC a few years ago. It was time for an upgrade and I’m glad I stuck with this company. They make great pre-built PCs.

Solid for the price`. I’ve had it for around 5 months now and I have had no problems with it so far. It’s quiet, fast and I can play any game smoothly in 1080p. In terms of performance, value and reliability it definitely checks all the boxes for me.

cute but mighty. I’m a crafter and a gamer and can accomplish all of the digital aspects of everything i need on this machine.

Great pc but all fans were intake? 100C cpu temps. It’s a great computer overall. But whoever at cyber power is assembling needs to learn how fans should be placed. Every single fan inside the pc was an intake fan. Zero exhaust fans, this caused some games to have insanely high temps for cpu. (105C) within 30 minutes of research I was able to figure out that the fans were installed incorrectly. Doing this had my cpu sitting at around 80C while under load. Still pretty hot. I then noticed the fans on the aio water cooler were also reversed causing hot air to be pushed onto the gpu. Overall it’s a great pc but if you aren’t comfortable taking it apart I wouldn’t recommend it

great laptop and not the normal read and black. perfect for doing mobile work i use this for unity, substance painter and mild blender work with no issues allows me to do avatar edits and that for customers on the go.

I Love Her ❤️ . I love it. It runs smoothly and plays the Sims 4 flawlessly on ultra settings, with mods, and that’s all I wanted!!!…oh and school, works for that too, lol. The battery life isn’t great, but that’s normal for gaming laptops. It doesn’t get hot at all, even after hours of play, but I will be trying more games, and Im confident it will hold up well. It’s beautiful, and its worth it, get it!

A good value starter pc. It’s a good deal, especially for someone younger or someone that doesn’t play games that are graphically demanding.

You will have to replace the keyboard and mouse the pc comes with because they have a horrible chemical cheap plastic smell that never goes away.

The only reason issue I’ve had is that there is lag with typing and moving my mouse sometimes, like the pc doesn’t register it. I know it’s not from the keyboard and mouse i purchased separately because I tried it on my work computer and there were no similar issues. But I can deal with that.

Blessed. First actual pc I bought for gaming, and goodness.
I’ve tested games like Starfield, NMS, Apex, The First Descendant, and Once Human. All have played amazingly great. No complaints at all here. Setup was super easy just turning it on was great.

Ok for price! This is a decent laptop for the price. I just discovered that I can’t play inzoi on it if I wanted to. But The sims works, and various other steam games. I wanted a small laptop to take to work with me and it fits easily in my bag, is lightweight, the cord is also compact and easy to carry around. I hooked up a wireless mouse to it. The camera is actually ok quality, it makes me look good! I was able to hook up my bluetooth earbuds to it for meetings. It’s user friendly once you figure out how to use the keyboard which is not difficult to do at all. I would recommend if you don’t want to spend a lot of $$ but want something that rather reliable thus far.

I suspect it was damaged in transit. Once I received it there was no camera. Ran pretty good for about a month on then suddenly shut off while I was using it in a scheduling program. Nowhere near what it is designed to handle. Now it only clicks when it is plugged in but does nothing when power button is pressed. Currently trying to get either the manufacturer or the protection plan to replace the CPU, do not waste $400 on this one. Walmart only had a 30 day return policy on it.

Good laptop! Great starter laptop! handles majority of games really well and for me personally handles my modded gameplay experiences amazingly. higher tier games can even be played wit lower specs.

No working. The product arrived without a power cable, I had to buy it after receiving it. But the biggest thing is that once the cable arrived we realized when we turned it on that it didn’t come with a hard drive either, this is incredible for a device that costs almost $400 dollars.

it doesnt work you could probably use it as a regular computer but in no way is it a gaming computer it would consistently freeze with a pixilated green screen then the whole computer crashed customer service is a joke its not 24/7 we were able to return, research and go buy a new computer before they got back to us do yourself a favor and go to best buy

Exceeds my expectations. I purchased this laptop for playing The Sims 3 and 4. I currently have all the packs for Sims 3 and 4 as well as about 130 gigabytes of mods and custom content, and GTA 5 downloaded. And this laptop runs like a dream.

Solid gaming laptop. I got this a few days ago and have enjoyed it a lot so far. It’s performed extremely well in just about every games I lie played (some even maximum graphics settings). One thing I noticed was that the battery was a bit word and sometimes would only charge to like 92 or 98 percent

Great starter computer. While the battery dies rather quickly the computer itself is very powerful. Im capable of running most games Ive downloaded and tried at the best settings pushing 60 fps. (Including a vast majority of Roblox games, GTA V, Skyrim, Project Zomboid, Palia, and The Sims 4 with a large amount of Custom Content) with little to no heat affecting the computer. It runs smooth and fast, with a few hiccups right after updates but otherwise consistent. A great computer for the price and very sleek, with tons of customizable features for any type of user. Would totally recommend!

Blackscreening. On the third day, I got the blackscreen issues, and now am not able to use it. Waste of money and time

Be Careful. had this pc for 2 weeks and had to return it due to constant freezing. we called a third-party pc tech since CyberPower’s technical support wouldn’t answer our ticket, and they recommended returning it since it’s still brand new and already having issues. I don’t recommend buying this brand. if you buy it, make sure you buy an extended warranty, just in case. also, keep the box it comes in!

Great laptop for the price. It’s thin and looks nice. It runs quite well. Only negative is the battery life. You get maybe 4 hours on a full charge with constant use. Otherwise great computer for a low price.

Great Value, Performance and Features. For the included DDR4, the GeForce unit and Intel processor that is in this prebuilt PC, I found it to be a great value. I can game for 8 hours running Baldurs Gate 3 on high settings before I even hear the additional fan units kick on for cooling. This is PC is quiet. Great graphics and performance overall. It looks great too!

Bad. This computer is very slow for the prize and also I was just watching Peacock. I was streaming football game and the computer started freezing and it send me a message that is CPU was already was already use the 95% was already used so it doesn’t work for your games they will design.

Overall not bad for a budget PC. Would recommend upgrading the graphics card when you can so play more games but overall I think it’s worth the money you spend on it.

Durable, Stylish, Long Battery. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Probability is good, but it definitely has weight to it. Is excellent, and I am planning to add more to make it even better. Display quality speaks for itself, especially the image I took. Asus gaming computer. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The laptop is beautiful, its verybattractive to look at. It runs smooth for normal operation. But if you use it as a dedicated gaming laptop well thats a differnt story. It has a Nvidia 3050 GPU but only has 4gb of ram which you need for games. Unfortunately this is very low for gaming. You want at least 16gb of ram on the graphics card. The ram installed on the laptop is 8gb but that is only used for applications and things like that and not for gaming. There is no way to increase the dedicated ram on the GPU. If you play games like war zone. You have to return down the quality of the game. But as a positive if the games you play are not very demanding it works fine. but watching movies , consuming content. Downloading . Anything other than playing high end games that are demanding the 4gb of ram on the 3050 GPU is not enough. There is no way to upgrade the ram on the GPU. You can install more regular ram though and increase the storage. It has open slots so both the regular ram ( not the 4gb Nvidia 3050 ram) can be upgraded with what ever you want.

Used? the pc came thrown in abox not even wrapped in the plastic the cord was thrown on the bottom of the box not even wrapped up. i pulled the pc out and the fans were covered in dust like it had been used before. and dont believe the wifi portion it came with a wifi usb adapter you have to plug in i would recommend to shop elsewhere. its ashame no where does it say this is a used product. contacting the seller now.

Good. For a pc that doesn’t come with a graphics card it does good in everyday tasks at 144hz. games like Minecraft run well as up to 150 fps and Fortnite can run 80-100 frames on low graphics. This pc is good if you want to buy your own graphics card.

Works Very good on low end setting for games. Obviously you get what you pay for. All the plugin ports work great. Came with everything inside the Case and was ready to be used.

I just received my purchase and contacted customer support for an issue. Customer support was very professional and helped me with my issue.

I was a little skeptical because of the other 1 star reviews but it came fully intact and it works really well there is a issue when it first came that it didn’t have any WiFi but an easy fix is that with the pc a little usb stick was taped to the pc just plug that in to the pc and it worked just fine

Don’t recommend cyber pc prebuilt honestly I had some fan issue not turning on sometimes alll of them won’t turn on but I try calling cyber pc support and the agent was really rude and unhelpful like I just spent 1k on the pc I need a solutions to fix or replace just the fans but speaking with him I told him the problem he gave some suggestions and I told them I have unplugged and reconnected to another connection but he kept repeating the same thing after I told I try already unbelievable never again buying a pc from them again I don’t get proper airflow and it’ll crash my oc every once and a while

Just don’t do it. Monitor was cracked, computer only turned on but nothing would work on it. Couldn’t connect to internet, couldn’t open any apps. I restarted it twice and tried different keyboards and everything to trouble shoot. Very poor quality, part of the computer itself was coming off. This was a present for my young son and we hooked it all up and surprised him only for it to not work. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Perfect budget! It’s ddr4 and not the most powerful ram, but that is easily upgraded, no worries there. Nice screen, sturdy top but mostly plastic, but thin and not light, this would be perfect for a casual gamer, someone that wants to game on the go or someone that wont be doing heavy game all day everyday!

It wasn’t plugged up inside. It’s a great PC but 1 thing was wrong with it! My son got it this year with his Christmas money, I gave them their money early so they could at least get some Black Friday Deals. Only 1 thing wrong, inside the PC, I guess they forgot to plug something up but my brother is great at computers, he used to rebuild them so as soon as he unscrewed the back to open it up to the inside, he was like, someone didn’t hook this wire up? So as soon as he hooked the wires together, the PC worked perfect! My son loves it! He’s been playing it more than he plays his XBox. He used to play his Xbox 24/7, but not now! Maybe it was just a simple mistake? I’m just glad I had someone here that was computer savvy and knew what they was doing because if not, I would have been lost! Then Walmart probably wouldn’t have took it back to get another one? I know everyone can make a mistake! But that’s why I gave it 4 stars if not I would of definitely gave 5 stars

Blue screen….. Really wish this would have been at least functional. Also, the front plate of the computer was not even fully in place. Very disappointed. Glad I checked it out before Christmas or it would have been a very sad day for my son.

Also, I can’t seem to reset my pc and it’s stuck on admin mode which is not a big deal but I’m picky about my name being on the startup/password screen. No damage anyways, and all the components come clean and no dust anywhere. The case is kinda different from the picture but honestly I like the case it came with. Good choice for a starter gaming pc and have extra upgrades you wanna use.

Best budget friendly gaming laptop. This laptoo for the money is a insane deal! This can run all the games on my steam and more, some run better on this laptop then my fully built gaming desktop! Crazy!

Great starter pc. This of is one of the best starting pc you can have. It is a plug and play type of computer. i can stream and play games with good temperatures and graphics. The only issue is some games talk about some vc scripts not installed but other than that this computer is really good for price

Came with Windows 10 which updated to 11, it’s super fast, it’s perfect for streaming and playing high quality games. The quality of the customized desktop is beautiful, especially the fans. Most of all it still has all the office capabilities for my son to do anything and everything needed to complete school work. Very affordable and could easily be valued over 1k. Get it while you can! faulty pc. Computer had a faulty graphics card out of the box. didnt come with an antenna or any of the cords it was supposed to come with (i only know this because i returned it and got a new one that had all these things in the box). after further research i found that cyberpowerPC are known for graphics card issues and poor customer support. do not get this computer if you want a working one.

I was nervous to get a prebuilt PC since I normally build my own, but I know iBuyPower has a great rep so i wanted to give it a shot. The PC is incredible and runs perfectly. I upgraded to 32gbs and it runs perfect. I would recommend. Just beware of FedEx. My package came 2 days late because the driver did not show up to my house twice.

Product was nice my son loved it. Hooked all up to make sure it works every time he goes to play a game on it a blue error screen come on and reboots and does not work. To much money invested for it to work 3 mins at a time

We bought this laptop a few years ago and it is still working great. We decided to buy this newer version for our teenager. Walmart had the best price.

couldnt get it to go more than 5 frames every after i updated the drivers it isnt vr ready either even though it supposed to have an amd which is one of the main competitors in the vr community im not sure if it was built worng or ig its a user error but i will not recommend this to for time pc buyers

Y40, Great Purchase. The PC came very quickly and setup was incredibly easy and fast. We had it up and running in under 10 minutes and everything works like a dream. An incredible deal from iBuyPower for a nice desktop with awesome specs! 5 Stars.

This was a Christmas gift for my son and so far he really likes it. It was very easy to set up. Mainly just plug everything in, chose where you live, and let it update. So far for what he likes to play Roadblox, Minecraft, and Slime Rancher are running very well with no lag to them.

Would give less stars if could. One of the fans arrived and was hanging on the inside, I reattached it but the fan lights did not work at all. Do not purchase this item buyer beware the third party seller will give you a run around.

Computer showed up on time. Unfortunately, there were zero screws attaching the motherboard to the tower. Had to contact the manufacturer and send the pictures in order to get replacement screws. Took a week to get them, but they did show up.
The sheer fact that it left the factory with nothing attaching the motherboard to the tower is absolutely shocking. Clearly they have poor quality control, if any at all. What’s more shocking is it actually showed up with no damage actually works correctly.

Poor monitor, headphones and sound system went oht. Today Christmas Day my son opened this computer pc and played with it a half of day. The sounds went out on the monitor and the headphones. This is a technical problem and if this can’t get resolved over the phone I’m returning this entire purchase. This jacked up my son Christmas Day.

Do NOT buy. The PC would turn on then shut off. Had a flashing amber light so something was wrong with it. After scrolling and searching more reviews I found out this happens often. I do not know much about gaming pc but found out real quick this isn’t an actual gaming pc but instead was built off an old dell to try to mimic one. I too was unaware these were refurbished. I was highly disappointed this occurred especially since it was a Christmas gift and I had an upset child. It ended up being a blessing in disguise and I bought him a better gaming PC. Instead of wasting $499 I would do your research and invest in a better one. My lesson was definitely learned and will make sure I check all reviews as well as do more research. It’s not always the best route to try and save money because in the long run it ends up costing you more.
