LOVE this PC. Powerful components – GREAT price! I’ve had this for 2 weeks and LOVE it! Since the Walmart item description is VERY scant I will supply a lot of deets about this PC. Walmart (and even the iBuyPower website) provide very little info. Here are the components in what I got:
Mobo: ASRock B550M-c microATX form factor
Video card: Gigabyte Nvidia Geforce RTX 3060 12GB
Hard Drive: 1TB Western Digital NvMe M.2 (the new type of HD that’s like a RAM chip and rides the PCIe bus.
RAM: 16GB (2x8GB sticks) DDR4 3000 brand Forza
Power supply: 650 watt (not sure of brand)
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5700 3700Mhz
The case is great. Extremely well organized with lots of room for expansion. At least 2 empty 3.5 drive bays. At least 2 empty 2.5 mounts. Plenty of power cables, etc. Top panel has 2 USB ports, power button and headphone and mic jack. Check mobo specs for back panel, but it has everything any good mobo would have. Comes with Windows 11 (which I like much better than Win 10). Also comes with a decent gaming keyboard and mouse.
I tallied the price of all the components and it would’ve cost me slightly more to build this myself.
I have to say I haven’t had a chance to test this with any demanding games yet – but with the very decent specs I expect it to run most any game out there – even using high graphic settings. One little prob I had was getting the sound to work… Win 11 for some reason had it set to play sound through the nVidia card instead of the onboard mobo Realtek sound chip. It just took a few minutes to reconfigure Windows.
But basically I am LOVING this PC. It’s gorgeous and quite a powerhouse for not too much money!!

The goodish: At first I really liked this computer, I got it for some at home work and gaming (Minecraft & Valorant). It was great for work. Minecraft lagged badly in Java but once I switched to the windows/bedrock version it played smoother. Valorant seemed to play good but I don’t have great internet so it’s hard to tell & the PC would occasionally crash mid game leading to afk offenses. One thing to note is that the monitor it came with was a wall monitor, I knew there was variations to what monitor you could get but there was no info about it possibly being a wall monitor. It was actually kind of nice for me but if you live in a place that can’t have a wall monitor keep in mind it’s possible for it to come with one that only works on the wall.The very bad:As mentioned before it would occasionally crash completely powering down but it would always boot back up and work fine after. About 6 months after I got it the pc crashed mid use, I went to turn it back on and it popped up with a screen saying the PC needed to be recovered with a special disk. I looked up the error code and saw that sometimes that is caused by a usb or power cord not being properly connected and to unplug all cords and check their connection. I did this and In doing this found that the power cord (sent with the computer originally) had melted. For background I only use the computer 4-6 hours at max in a day and had only had the computer on for about an hour when this happened so if I was using this full time for work instead of just occasional projects I don’t know how this pc would have held up. I reached out to the pc seller and after about a week of trying to get in contact (calling and them never picking up or calling me back, them insisting on calling me and then not) they told me to simply pick up a new standard 3 prong power cord. I was obviously worried that there was a bigger issue that would lead to the pc melting a cord but did what they said. They didn’t tell me any other details like what voltage requirements it needed so I looked around and got one that matched the voltage that most on the market are, that didn’t work. I looked at the original cord and it had a different requirement and after scouring the web found one that matched it and tried it however that didn’t work either with the computer only having a flashing orange power light/nothing on screen/and the fan running loud. I then reached out to the seller again and told them this and they said to take it to a local computer repair person because my warranty had ended. Luckily I had gotten the extra asurion protection plan. I called their tech support and they told me that this usually means that the power supply unit has failed and I would need to file a claim to get a refund. I’m glad I got the protection plan but this means packing up a pc, monitor, keyboard, and mouse and shipping it to asurion in order to get an Amazon gift card refund. Bottom line I’m in shock that in only 6 months of owning this pc the power supply unit failed and on top of that the customer support was incredibly lacking once I did experience issues.

Warning Before You Buy. This item will be on back order 9/10 when you order it so keep that in mind. It will not be there on the date you expect. However it is worth the wait.

Great Value. This PC is astounding and plays the games I need with excellent performance. It looks super cool with the RGB lights, runs smooth and was shipped safely and securely, with quick delivery. Excellent value for what you pay for! I highly recommend this computer.

Bang for buck, solid PC ready to go out of box. Great PC, love how it was ready to go out of the box. The packaging was neat, modern, felt like something from 2023, came with some extras too. Came with mouse and keyboard, game pass trial, some rewards stuff. Great system, had over a week now and been playing lots of games with no problems.

Great for my PC. I bought this PC and I could not be any happier with my purchase. An incredibly well-performing computer that meets all of my needs! I can do everything from work to gaming, even at the same time if I want. This computer is definitely a great option for any gamer!

AWESOME! If you want a great computer this is the one for you! The package was everything i wanted and more. The monitor is 22 inches. They didn’t put that in the description.

Excellent product. Received on time. this pc is the best. it is better than the rest of my pcs. handled every game that i own on highest quality.Just as expected and more. We looked at so many others and for the price, it was so well worth it. You can definitely trust you would not be disappointed .

Just don’t waste your time. this does not come with the webcam as shown in pictures. also very dented all around the monitor. definitely very used

Great value for a high powered computer. Package arrived promptly and in perfect condition. This computer is really nice. We got it for school, not realizing its gaming capabilities. RGB keyboard aside, the graphics on this are amazing. Playing “The Isle”, it looks more real than real-life! It also does well for school uses. A great value.

The computer will not remain powered up. It beeps and turns off. Spent a good bit of $$ on this for it to not work.

Had this PC for 3 months, is mostly very nice. The speakers stopped working within a month of the computer being set up. It was not set up for a week after it was purchased. I got ahold of the company to troubleshoot the problem and they gave me a list of things to try but I had already tried everything they said. So they told me that it was out of warranty so they couldn’t do anything about it. So I had to buy new speakers for it. They are $30 for anyone who is wondering. It does NOT come with games already installed, you have to go through a bunch of crap to install the games that it said it comes with. At that, I have not been able to find 3 of them. It doesn’t come with any set up instructions either. However the graphics are amazing, the lights are also amazing. The cooling fans work very well. The game time lags if you are connected wirelessly to the internet but if you buy a cord to plug in from your modem to the computer, the games don’t lag at all. The keyboard, mouse, and headset all work great. And the huge mousepad is great. For the money, this computer is a great gaming computer. My son loves it. I tried to put a picture of it up on here but it won’t let me.

Do Not Purchase This Product. The product is poor quality. We have only had it for 4 months and it has stopped working. I have contacted Blair Technology as well as HP snd received no help. I would give zero stars if possible.

Mini PC for gamers. I use this PC for gaming. It performs perfectly. It never runs hot. The integrated graphics really do a great job. Glad I bought this mini pc.

This machine stopped functioning approximately 2 months after I purchased it for my son. He would only get about 30 minutes of playtime before it started to run hot. This was a total waste of money, i don’t know when and why Wal-mart would start promoting such trashy products. Stay Away! Please Don’t buy this…

Great prebuilt PC! Was a little nervous about the shipment, but once my PC arrived the packaging was really nice, easy to open, and you could tell a lot of thought went into keeping every peace of the PC secure and safe while it was being prepped for shipment. The instructions were pretty straightforward which made setup so easy and overall the Azure 2 runs super smooth and the extra gifs inside were such a nice surprise. No complaints :))

Christmas gift. My grandson was so happy when he received this for Christmas. So far no complaints. He set everything up himself and he’s only 13.

Purchased warranty because the reviews weren’t that great. I will update my review in 3 months but so far my grandson is in heaven.

good computer for the price. Great computer, fast start up . Computer has both Windows 10 %26 11 to choose from originally. No complains from my wife . Happy wife , happy life!

Overall Good. For the most part it was a good deal. They need to check the headsets though. I ordered two of these packages and both headsets the mics did not work on them. Other than that my kids love them and say that they aren’t lagging as much as they were when using tvs to play.

Terrible. The modem doesn’t work and I can’t get in touch with anyone through the manufacturer. Should have a manufacturer warranty. Been waiting too long no one had contact me yet.

So Far It’s Perfect. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far the Azure 2 is an amazing choice for a gaming PC that isn’t cheap but also isn’t too of the line. In my opinion it’s perfect for someone who wants a great quality gaming computer without destroying your wallet. It has amazing reviews from multiple sources and is just an overall great rig of you want to upgrade.

Great Quality! I purchased this keyboard for my son, he is so happy with it. It works perfectly for all his needs. I even tried it out and was very impressed with the ease of use and softness of the keystrokes. Very easy to install and set up. Love the lighted board too. It is definitely is a 5 star in quality and performance and no issues at all.

the inside of the case was stabilized to prevent transit damage.
The desktop computer was all new, as listed.
The extras %26 soundbar were quite nice.
1 con = the case was FOREST GREEN, not black, like I expected.
I did order it on my cell (hence, small pixs).
But, there was no “Green” mentioned in listing, what so ever.
I like the computer well enough to keep it, specs %26 preformance wise.
I just really wish the case was black, so it all matched.
It might be just me, but I think the RGB looks a bit weird with a Forest Green case.
Instead of showcasing it, I’ll probably hide it under my desk.

Good pc for beginners. This is my first pc and it’s good and can run games good. But for some others you’ll have to turn down the quality for it to run better. But like I said it’s a good pc for a beginner and it’s small so you don’t need a lot of space.

Great Gaming Pc. I play Minecraft (heavily modded) and it had no issues. As well as the sims 4 also heavily modded with not all but a lot of the expansions and it runs just fine. Definitely recommend this pc for anyone looking for a cheap gaming computer.

Look at that style! This really is open box and start gaming. Very easy to get online and get to gaming. I am a new fan of CYBERPOWERPC. It showed on the WALMART app that 100 had this item in their cart, you better buy it because it looks like the prices of desktops are fixing to go up in price. The best choice for a medium-high level PC. I am in love with this PC. I’m glad that I took my time to chose the right one. I was a little skeptical to buy it from Walmart, but my overall experience was awesome. They processed my order overnight and the PC was ready to pick up as expected. I love the way the PC itself looks and the performance so far.

Excellent speed at a great price! This machine is very nice. I sent back an Ipason computer that I bought from somewhere else that cheated me on the motherboard that was in it putting in a far lessor quality A520B instead of the B550M was advertised. This is an MSI components computer primarily and is built nicely. I installed a MSI RTX 3050 in this and with all 4 feeds running full HD on my Plex it never broke a sweat. Less than 3% overall CPU usage. It does use a good bit of ram (system wise, not Plex) and I will probably beef that up but it boogies real good. The folks that set this up done a great job and it walks you through getting started which is great to know for the non tech people out there. Magnet screen on the top is very nice to remove to clean. Very nice case to work on the inside also, and along with the pictures here there is a photo of the 2 – 6 2 plugs for a graphics card. These folks were very kind to send much great info on the motherboard, CPU and Power supply which is awesome. Also they included a usb wifi adapter (600mbps) and some handy screws 2 slot fill in strips. It came extremely well packed/protected. For you gamers out there with this GPU 3D DX 10 Average 60.5fps, DX 9 at 73fps, and this motherboard only does PCI Express 3.0. I know this card I have is 4.0 and it’s cutting it’s ability some, but still does pretty well. It is a very nice board %26 I am extremely happy overall for such a nice price! The only con I have is the lack of PCI Express 4.0 on this motherboard. I most certainly highly recommend this machine to all!

Cyberpowerpc Gaming desktop. It’s a great PC so far. It’s quiet and has proved to be very reliable in handling my games and the small things like typing up reports or surfing the web. If you’re looking for a balanced PC for gaming and every day life, I recommend this one.

Christmas surprise for Teen Boy. My son needed an upgrade to his gaming rig. The great thing is that this didn’t break the budget. I knew he’d have grandparent money to buy a proper GPU. He was fully up and running before the new year. The specs gave him a solid foundation on which to build and once inside, to install the GPU, we could see the work quality by NSX. Very solid build quality, good cable routing, etc.

Would be five stars but the fulfillment company that Walmart was using wasn’t providing status, tracking nor good replies to requests for same when I emailed them. I ordered a full month before Christmas and started getting a little nervous about the delivery making it here on time. But it did and my son is one happy gamer.

Unsure of version. I got this pc and I loved it haven’t had any issues with it I loved it so much that I recommended to my mother for her to buy it for my little brother because is his birthday soon and it got here today as soon as we saw the box I saw that it was definitely different from mine once we unboxed it it was definitely different and when we set it up we noticed the pc didn’t had a disk drive mine does I got the optiplex 5050 and we noticed he got the optiplex 7040 and the monitor started blacking out for a second constantly we will be seeing if we can return it I love the pc I have so I would just recommend seeing the version you get I wish there was more information about the versions you can get like I said with mine I haven’t had any issues and I’m super pleased with it

It shipped fairly fast haven’t had time to hook it up but the motherboard does not have built in wifi ,they threw in a WiFi dongle the motherboard looks unbranded or a lower quality one as shown packaging was great though does not have a dedicated graphics card as description does say but besides that the look is top line

Best performance for the value. The white case is modern feeling and inside is tight and tidy. Port access along the top is super convenient. The AIO cooler keeps it silent, despite playing demanding games. The all AMD architecture (Ryzen, Radeon) really shines and you can take advantage of AMD’s SmartAccess memory. Games are all hitting great FPS (most of the time close to 120 or higher, never less than 90, depending on the game). You will not regret purchasing this pre-built.

It’s ok. It worked perfectly for 4months and the motherboard died 100$ for replacement had too get a gpu 200$ but all in all it’s not the best I would get something else or just build your own

The unit arrived to me with scratched up rail, and a screw rattling around inside the case (also, one of the exterior thumbscrews was loose in the packaging, but I think that’s more forgivable considering that panel is meant to be taken off as one of the first steps of unboxing). I tried to get some customer service/support by calling, and I never ended up hearing back. I called within the appropriate hours, and the only option was to leave a voicemail. I wish I had a perfect build straight out of the box OR some help from customer service to resolve said issues, but overall I can’t be too disappointed.

This is a old ah computer. These guys are lying and selling you old parts in a clean case with RGB. It comes with 16 GB of ram so I wanted to upgrade my ram to 32 GB now I had ordered some DDR five ram as it’s listed on the listing you can see in the screenshots below my friend said you need to check your DDR check your ram make sure you’re getting the right the right one. He said download CPUZ I downloaded it I check my ram and this pc is running DDR3 ram. I have been able to stream off of this and play cloud game and emulate PS2 games somehow maybe the motherboard is good. but that’s a scam though that’s wrong. This is not a ddr4 pc. Trying to upgrade it but there’s no point in upgrading a DDR three PC. This is foul

First Gaming PC. This interface was the right one for a first PC user for streaming.
The Recording/Streaming is smooth with the WiFi it doesn’t need any extra features but the dislikes are not bad the only thing it needs is a better.

Faulty unit. The computer worked well enough at first but developed a problem with the lighting on the second day after being set up It took a couple of weeks of email tag, and shipping a new controller for me to install to get what was supposed to be a new computer fully functional. With no offer of any discount for going through this nonsense. One other annoying item I discovered about this computer is that the reset switch for the computer doesn’t reset the computer. It has been repurposed as a control for the fan lights, and in order to reset the computer you have to go behind the computer to switch off the power supply to do a restart manually. What a pain.

This is a beautiful PC, made with quality and packaged with care. It boasts the capacity to run a game such as Cyberpunk 2077 on ultra with DLSS to balanced and ray tracing on medium at roughly 60 fps. Which is good in its own right, but also absurdly phenomenal for the price, which at the time was around 1000$ rounded up after tax.

does what it’s supposed to. the desktop is in working order fully functional but it would have been nice to know that the disk reader DID NOT have a cover and would only have electrcal tape covering it.

video card has issues. After a couple of months started displaying lines across the screen. changed HDMI cords and no change. swapped out monitors and no change. could only be video card as the cables and monitors work just fine with other computers.

GREAT START PC. Good Beginner gaming pc, it’s run smooth, had no problems with it except the RGB fans which are stuck in rainbow mode for so that’s my only Con about it. Other than that everything is great.

Not recommended. At first, there was a marker “like new” in the product description. But it is not new at all! The monitor holder is dirty and curved. It stands with some angle and wobbles. At second, there was a VGA cable inside, but there is no VGA slot in the PC! And I can’t even check does it work or not.
I sent a n email to seller and they sent me another monitor, but no hdmi cable. I sent second email, and they sent me an adapter HDMI/HDMI. So after 2 weeks I still can’t use this PC. I’m gonna put it back in Walmart

Oh my God, it’s so fast!!! I love it! I play The Sims 4 and a few other games and it moves so fast no matter how many mods and cc I have for The Sims, the game opens quickly and there is no lag. This was a great choice!

Sturdy keyboard, lackluster mouse. Lovely keyboard. Clearly visible for typing. Love the backlights and how the mouse light-up in colour. Very pleased. Great product! Would highly recommend.

INTERIOR OF COMPUTER WAS FUSED TOGETHER WITH FOAM. They insert a foam bag which expands to cushion the components. Is this case the bag had a hole in it and the GPU and several other components are encased in a hard foam.
Can’t exchange it at Walmart as it’s no longer on sale and the price has increased $300.
IBUYPOWER will issue an RMA. Who knows how long that process will take?
I would have hoped for an immediate replacement as it’s essentially DOA, but noooo..

I downloaded a 3rd party app to control the leds there are instructions to follow to find the correct software but I found it confusing.

good value. everything came in a beautifully packaged box and there was no damage. it was easy to set up and get running and it’s been running great since we got it a month ago

Affordable for a reason. I purchased this device as my first gaming desktop. My experience is outlined below.

1) I have never built a PC before, which is why I purchased one that was pre-built. However, there was a fan and graphics card that were not connected when I received the computer and absolutely no direction included on how to install them.

2) So, I called Walmart Tech Support for help which is very expensive but was purchased for this EXACT reason and was told that the product was broken and to return it. The product was not broken to my knowledge, but apparently the “setup” part of the technical service title isn’t included. This is Walmart’s fault, not the sellers.
3) After some intense googling, I got the graphics card connected and was able to get the computer setup and updated.

4) THE NEXT DAY I turned the computer on; after displaying the “IPASON” logo, windows would not load and the computer would disconnect from the display.

5) I tried power cycling the computer, starting up in safe mode, and attempted to go into windows recovery mode. None of these attempts were successful as it seemed windows wasn’t responding. Still, after displaying the logo, windows would not boot and the computer would disconnect from the display.

5) I called tech support again and was again advised to return the computer, which I decided to do. It’s not worth the hassle, which is where we are now.

The only positive about this computer is that the price is affordable. However, after my experience, I can understand why. My first recommendation is not to get Walmart tech support as they will NOT help in any productive way. The second is to consider another desktop if you want a reliable, working PC. I would have preferred not to have purchased this PC.

I would not have even given 1 star if not forced to do so. this is a totally scam ripoff false advertisement, and after about 1 week of waiting for the delivery, it comes incomplete okay thats fixable, right nope call the company they give you the run around and say they will replace fix the issue but dose nothing then sends you the same bot emails over and over I told them i want a complete refund asap still i get the same email about how sorry they are and please send them pictures of what i received wich i did already from the beginning every single thing about the order was wrong down to even the dell computer its self its not updated to the lates version of anything and you cant play pc games because the graphics card is so old also the box was missing webcam headphones do not work and it says it has bluetooth it dont sent the wrong size monitor a Bto brand not the brand advertised at all wrong speakers mouse keyboard it says it comes with a updated graphics card that was missing as well i will never ever buy from this place again beware shoppers beware scam and now i will have to fight to get my money back probably

Amazing starting PC. If you want a PC that is extremely easy to set up and has great specs, this is the one for you. The worker did throw the PC over my gate, but luckily the packaging was enough to soften the blow. There were no issues starting up.

Good Liquid Cooled PC. This is my first liquid cooled PC. Right out of the box I loved it. It looks great, and even included a keyboard and mouse, both of which are nice. I bought another PC from CyberPowerPC a few years ago. It was time for an upgrade and I’m glad I stuck with this company. They make great pre-built PCs.

Solid for the price`. I’ve had it for around 5 months now and I have had no problems with it so far. It’s quiet, fast and I can play any game smoothly in 1080p. In terms of performance, value and reliability it definitely checks all the boxes for me.

cute but mighty. I’m a crafter and a gamer and can accomplish all of the digital aspects of everything i need on this machine.

Great pc but all fans were intake? 100C cpu temps. It’s a great computer overall. But whoever at cyber power is assembling needs to learn how fans should be placed. Every single fan inside the pc was an intake fan. Zero exhaust fans, this caused some games to have insanely high temps for cpu. (105C) within 30 minutes of research I was able to figure out that the fans were installed incorrectly. Doing this had my cpu sitting at around 80C while under load. Still pretty hot. I then noticed the fans on the aio water cooler were also reversed causing hot air to be pushed onto the gpu. Overall it’s a great pc but if you aren’t comfortable taking it apart I wouldn’t recommend it

MSI Katana 15.6. What’s not to love. A great price for a loaded laptop. If you want to spend more money just because there is a newer GPU out there. No need, this 8gb RTX4060 does everything!! The other bells %26 whistles dont hurt… 1 Tb SSD, 16gb ram, i7-13620 yowza!

ASUS TUF A15 review. The ASUS TUF A15 laptop is incredibly well built and a great performer – gamers will probably find few things to complain about – for creators of content [ like video editing ] – this machine is great – the only minor complaint I have is that it has McAfee preloaded – why have archaic bloatware on such a screaming machine is beyond me – I have been using this computer for a week – it has been a real pleasure

A good value starter pc. It’s a good deal, especially for someone younger or someone that doesn’t play games that are graphically demanding.

You will have to replace the keyboard and mouse the pc comes with because they have a horrible chemical cheap plastic smell that never goes away.

The only reason issue I’ve had is that there is lag with typing and moving my mouse sometimes, like the pc doesn’t register it. I know it’s not from the keyboard and mouse i purchased separately because I tried it on my work computer and there were no similar issues. But I can deal with that.

Great deal, fast shipping, good build quality. A. There is a lot I could type… but I will just sum it up. The newest chips (4nm) with all current GPU driver support and good overclocking possibilities. The built-in fan/heatsink kept my CPU under 80C while dishing out 65W. I have enough headroom to drive this 7840HS much harder.

Greatest budget laptop. %23BudgetBeast. Very good laptop if you’re on a budget. If you’re on a budget looking for a laptop buy this one right now. I don’t care if you’re not a gamer it can do everything. This laptop won’t let you down.

Blessed. First actual pc I bought for gaming, and goodness.
I’ve tested games like Starfield, NMS, Apex, The First Descendant, and Once Human. All have played amazingly great. No complaints at all here. Setup was super easy just turning it on was great.

Dodged future issues. Gets hot even web browsing. Optimus must not be a thing for this model or it wasn’t working. 2 gpu’s are in this model so something wasn’t right. I ultimately returned it because the laptops lifespan wasn’t going to be long. Maybe 6 months or so and this thing would flatline.

Customer Service Not working. Been trying to contact customer service but is unable to! They say contact them via Phone or email but didn’t provide a Phone number, they also have a website that doesn’t work.

Ok for price! This is a decent laptop for the price. I just discovered that I can’t play inzoi on it if I wanted to. But The sims works, and various other steam games. I wanted a small laptop to take to work with me and it fits easily in my bag, is lightweight, the cord is also compact and easy to carry around. I hooked up a wireless mouse to it. The camera is actually ok quality, it makes me look good! I was able to hook up my bluetooth earbuds to it for meetings. It’s user friendly once you figure out how to use the keyboard which is not difficult to do at all. I would recommend if you don’t want to spend a lot of $$ but want something that rather reliable thus far.

Powered by an Intel Core i7-13700F and equipped with a NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 8GB, this machine handles any modern game or creative application I throw at it effortlessly. The 32GB of DDR5 RAM ensures smooth multitasking, while the 1TB SSD provides ample storage space and lightning-fast load times.

One of the standout features is its liquid cooling system, which keeps the temperature low even during intense gaming or heavy rendering sessions. The TraceMesh’s airflow is optimized, and I haven’t noticed any thermal throttling. This is a huge plus for both gaming and professional use.

Good all-around laptop with basic gaming ability. This laptop is an entry level gaming laptop. It looks like a normal laptop except for the shelf behind the hinge of the screen. It is solidly made and is on the heavy side for a laptop of this size and thickness. It is a 1080p screen with 144 hertz. This is an all-intel laptop with an intel processor and an intel ARC dGPU graphics. Boots up extremely fast, gets to the login screen in just a few seconds. You can disable fast boot if you want an easier time of getting to the BIOS. The back comes off fairly normally, there is room to put in a second NVME SSD for more onboard storage. The RAM it comes with is 12GB which is unusual, and a bit low for any gaming laptop. The included SSD is a 512GB model, The dedicated Intel ARC graphics card also only has 4 GB of RAM, which is low for any gaming laptop. The difference between this and most gaming laptops is that this laptop will NOT use the dGPU unless you specifically tell it to for each and every game. You have to go into Settings, Graphics and choose Desktop App or Windows Store App selection, then find your game/application on the list and tell it which to use, built in graphics or the dedicated graphics. This works but would be confusing for basic computer users, who would need to rely on the prompts to do so by the Intel software. I could not get the Intel Arc Control software to find my games with a scan, so adding by Windows 11 menu Graphics was the only way to force the use of the graphics card. I would recommend this for an all around laptop, battery is good for unplugged general computer use. Gaming on battery will be around an hour or so depending on the intensity of the resources used by the game. As an entry level gaming laptop, it works, runs older AAA games fine, like Fallout 4, etc. Will not be able to meet the minimum requirements of many of the newer 2023/2024 release big games.

I suspect it was damaged in transit. Once I received it there was no camera. Ran pretty good for about a month on then suddenly shut off while I was using it in a scheduling program. Nowhere near what it is designed to handle. Now it only clicks when it is plugged in but does nothing when power button is pressed. Currently trying to get either the manufacturer or the protection plan to replace the CPU, do not waste $400 on this one. Walmart only had a 30 day return policy on it.
