Works Great So Far! I bought this mainly to combat my husband’s second hand smoke. I have it sitting right by him where he usually sits and turn it on at night when he is home. It seems to help somewhat on the low setting but it really works great on the medium setting. Only problem is that it is a little loud on medium. So the bottom line is it works for what I bought it for. I have not used the UV setting on it yet.

Great. I have breathing issues and rely on all my air cleaners to help me. This one is no exception. Does a great job. Filter is easy to change and it looks nice as well. The price could be a little lower. Also mine had a bit of w smell when it first started but dissipated after a few days.

After 2 weeks with this unit, I went from poor sleep, daily asthma attacks, severe headaches and body numbing fatigue to no asthma attacks, no dust on my furniture and smoke removed from the air before it could be circulated around my apartment. I now sleep through the night and have my energy back! I have a big place so I will be buying another one but this machine is the best out there and the price made it affordable! I’m happy with my purchase. Since I live in Phoenix, AZ I have to deal with some pretty bad air quality. After suffering through a particularly polluted winter last year I decided to purchase some air purifiers for our apartment in hopes it would help with the indoor air quality. I purchased this smaller one for use in our bedroom. It sits on my husbands nightstand and we run it continuously. Every so often I will take out the filter and run the vacuum attachment over the smaller charcoal filter that is attached to the HEPA filter so I can make my filters last as long as possible. I usually change the filter out completely every six months. I haven’t needed to replace the ultraviolet lightbulb yet and hopefully won’t need to for awhile. Besides purifying the air it also acts like a white noise machine, which is a bonus. I’m happy with my purchase even though the filters can be a little pricey.

Sturdy No Nonsense Hepa Filter Fan. Solid fan and seems to work. Has all the features as advertised. So far I am very happy with it. I bought it for the UV light and germ killing feature. It has a washable filter in the back which is a good. Not sure how to tell if the UV Light is effective.

For its compact size it sure does some heavy duty work. It has a highly efficient 3-in-1 filtration system that you just can’t beat. First it has a fine, preliminary filter that’s excellent at trapping larger particles in the air such as pet fur, lint and even hair. The second part of the filtration system is the True Hepa filter which works to capture smaller particles like dust, dander and pollen. The third filter is a high efficiency activated carbon filter which completely neutralizes and removes odors in the air from food, smoke, pets and more. This purifier just makes the air so fresh and clean and has been a real blessing for my allergies. It’s the perfect size for any mid-sized area such as bedrooms, home offices and living rooms. This purifier has 3 fan speeds and a beautiful blue nightlight on top with 2 different brightness settings. It operates in practically complete silence but the 25dB noise level is amazing for sleep too. It’s so soothing and provides me with the deepest, most satisfying sleep ever. Set-up is a real breeze. Just remove from box, remove the plastic from all the parts, plug-in, adjust settings and that’s it. I had mine set-up and running in less than 5 minutes flat. Short lived UV Bulb. I recently purchased the AC-4100 and it really fit the bill for what I needed. However I noticed today the the UV light was no longer working! Since I’ve only had it a few weeks, I am very disappointed. I do own 2 other floor units and have been very satisfied. Hope this is only a blip, but, will
thinkk hard about making future purchases

I’m talking watery, itchy AND dry eyes, sinus pressure, which makes it impossible to breathe and sleep, a cough and sore throat, I could go on. Medicine helps, as well as household cleaning, but I have pets, smokers in the house, old furniture… It’s just a disaster inside and outside with the pollen. Needless to say, this machine was desperately needed. Set up was easy peasy and it comes with everything. I was cautious about the radio wave disruptions, but when I researched it, they say just put it out of range if anything occurs. I didn’t have anything happen at all even when right next to it, though. After setup, it really was just the waiting game. I don’t know why it took me so long to get one, because this purifier is wonderful. It blows out all the cool, fresh air, and sucks up the bad stuff. Part of me can’t wait to see what it looks like when I change my filter, but I know it’ll probably be gross, lol. My hay fever is so bad that it debilitates me and my air quality is not good normally, but I actually feel a difference when this is on and running, which I was sooo skeptical about. Great Air Filtration at a Great Price. Best Air Filtration system we have tried so far. I really like them Uva light feature too! My husband and I would have allergy symptoms every morning and Now we don’t! We both enjoy the gentle white noise it has a well,also a plus!!

Great purchase. Excellent for the bedroom! Very quiet. Even the fan sound at higher speed setting is not intrusive for sleeping. It might be for some, but was just fine for us. We felt after the first day, that the air quality in the bedroom was exceptional – crisp and clean. Also, Walmart had the filters and the delivery was SPEEDY!

So far works great. I received the Homedics Air Purifier at the end of my family having COVID when we were cleaning our sheets, wiping the couches etc to try and remove left over virus. The air Purifier is very quiet, that I had to check if it was on, and has a place for essential oils to circulate the room if desired. The buttons on top are touch and not something you actually have to depress. My dog happened to use the bathroom in our kitchen so I used the air Purifier in the kitchen to help reduce the smell and it helped but it didn’t eliminate the odor.

My home did not smell like a restaurant anymore. Living in South Louisiana is a blessing when it comes to having fresh seafood. It also means that your home will often smell like a Seafood Restaurant. Well I put the HoMedics Air Purifier on the other day when I was cooking our favorite fried seafood dishes and my home did not smell like a restaurant at all. You really could not even tell that I had cooked anything. I put some scented oil on the pads they provide but for me I really can not say that I smell the scent very well but that is ok with me, maybe I just didn’t put enough on the pad. HoMedics 5-in-1 Air Purifier. We have an old farmhouse so some of the closets leave a less than desirable odor on the clothes if they haven’t been worn for a while.
I’ve tried various laundry soaps, softener and dryer sheets but I couldn’t keep that fresh out of the dryer scent so I thought I would try a small air purifier.
I love it! And it’s so quiet at night that I can fall asleep from the humming sound and also that I can put Essential oils in and it gives off a light sent which is not overwhelming but makes our clothes smell fresh and clean every morning regardless of how long they have sat in the closet.
We had originally ordered it just for the closet but after leaving the door open by accident a couple of times we have found it is powerful enough to clean and freshen the air in the bedroom as well
I love the fact that you can add your preference to the scent pad to make it as bold or light as you desire.
Then there is the built-in night light, no more stumbling to the closet in the morning trying not to wake my husband on the weekend.
Definitely two thumbs up!

Really nice HEPA. HEPA filters definitely work and really improve air quality. I can save you some reading and tell you up front that we are highly satisfied with this HoMedics total clean filter. It’s an excellent filter for a smallish room. The filter is whisper quiet on the lower fan settings, but there is much more noise on the highest setting. It’s a bit more like a white noise machine on high. Not intrusive, but not whisper quiet. This machine definitely reduces odors. It’s probably the most effective machine we have had for odors. The buttons or controls are positive and work well and the light controls are a great touch. You can change between a night-light to just the controls buttons lit to a blacked out with no lights on. We didn’t try the essential oils function, but it looks simple to use. I will say that you should heed the room size specifications. If I were to change anything about this filter, I would get a larger one. Not that there’s anything wrong with the filter, just my room is a bit larger than the recommended room size. This is a really nice filter and I do recommend it.

Compact, lightweight and efficient. I simply loved this air purifier. It is compact and lightweight. I have it in my children’s bedroom.
I use the night mode when they are sleeping. The night mode is so silent that I can not even tell if it is on. I can turn the light off so there’s no distracting lights that would keep my children from sleeping.
I will definitely bring it along with us in our next family vacation.

It works well. It works quite well for the size of the room that it cleans. The air is cleared of smoke and food odors in a few minutes. And, i think it helps our many plants to stay and look crisp and healthy. I also like the color display that it offers.

Looks cheap! This air purifier is tiny. No way it can filter 300sqft. More like 50sqft for a closet size. Very disappointed.

Easy to use and quiet. It’s really great size and easy to put wherever. It is not bulky nor heavy. It’s easy to move to different areas of the house if needed. The manual is very clear and easy to understand. I love that this product tells you how your air quality is and doesn’t leave you guessing. Unless you have a ton of animals you won’t have to change the filter for a few months! I would definitely purchase it again and gift it to my mother!

Solid and works perfectly! So excited to get our Air Purifier with H13 True HEPA AIR Filter. First impressions was easy to set up, no complicated instructions. Just remove the plastic from the filter and reinsert it the bottom. Lock it in place then plug it in. The little red light came on as instructed. As I pushed to turn it on I found it super quiet. If I turn the fan up higher to 4 it does sound louder but no more than a regular fan. Now how does it do. It is digital settings so there are no knobs etc to switch. Just touch the touch screen. I put in master bedroom and so far is on blue which mean good air quality. I set the timer for 6 hours and it flashes from F1 to 6 back and forth. It is working, it is slowly counting down each hour. So that works. I moved to kitchen and it did work on eliminating the cooking smells. So that works. The size is 24 1/2 by 8 1/2 square. The hepa filter is a large 7 1/2 by 23 1/2 inches so really good size! This is a very well made machine. It is sturdy and lightweight . Clears dust and allergens up to 1290 sq. ft. I definitely recommend this unit. I love it and love how solid it is. Love how it tells you the air quality. Air purifier will help with allergies for us and our dog.

Attractive High Quality filter with added features. This is a very nice, attractive, filter with a lot of features.
When first powered up the air quality indicator flashes and cycles through the levels while sampling the current air quality of the room and the fans runs at high speed.
Once finished it then settles into Auto mode, as indicated as “A” on the display, and sets the appropriate levels automatically.
If desired you may also manually select fan speeds to low, medium, high or turbo.
There is also a timer which allows you to set the run time from 1 to 12 hours.
The “Sleep Mode” setting sets the unit to low fan speed and turns off all but one very dim display light.
A Filter Replace Indicator light notifies you of when the HEPA H13 Filter needs to be replaced (About 3000 hours under normal conditions).
There is also a pre-filter for catching the larger particles which helps give the HEPA a longer life.
The included manual explains all features and is easy to understand and follow.
The power adapter is shipped inside the filter of the unit which is easily removed.
Read and follow the directions and the manual before first use for the best experience.
The filter is heavy for it’s size and appears to be of high quality. They even added a tiny access door for cleaning the air sampler intake.
I like this filter a lot and have no doubt it will help keep the air in our home more pollution free. I do recommend it.

Quiet. The Dr. J Professional Air Purifier shipped out very quickly. It was packed well. I found the booklet and such in the bottom of the unit. The instructions were easy to follow. It takes up little space compared to the air purifier I had before, which I really like. I was pleased to find that after it ran through its startup cycle it classed the quality of the air in my home as very good with the blue light. What I like best of all is how quiet it is. I can barely hear it when it is running. I do believe if the air quality in my home was not so good, it might run louder as it cleans.

This thing is awesome!!! This thing is awesome for people with allergies! I’ve been sneezing for MONTHS. Finally had enough when I had a sneeze attack at 3am. Went and got this that day and I have not sneezed since. I set it to turn on from 8pm to 8am so it clears the air before I go to bed and while I sleep but you can leave it go all day. App is awesome! Tells you the filter life, and you can control it from the app. Also side note it has a plant tracker and will tell you when to water your plants as well which I found awesome! So glad I bought this. I feel 100% better. ZERO sneezing and coughing now due to allergies.

She also enjoys the sound of this machine when it is on; it doubles as a white noise machine and she sleeps very comfortably. I take comfort in knowing that everyone in my house is breathing in clean air every single night while they sleep. I also like that the filter lasts a long time and finding replacement filters online are easy…they are also super easy to install and the unit light will go from green to red when it is time to replace. I checked the filter after a week and it didn’t have very much dust on it. The one thing I don’t like about it is the UB light is visible. So it’s like having a lamp on at night and you can see it. For that reason I probably wouldn’t recommend the product or at least not using the UV light.

Works very well! I got this to replace an old air purifier that only filters from back to front, and I have to say this one does a lot better job. By pulling in air from all directions, it cleans more volume of air in a shorter amount of time. I can breathe a lot better now and don’t wake up in the middle of the night needing more allergy medication. Aesthetically, it looks much nicer as well. Instead of an ugly black “brick”, now I have a nice looking addition to the room. The quality of the pre-filter looks a lot better too, I can tell that it will filter better and last longer than the old ones. I am very pleased with his air filter, but my allergies hate it! XD
