I adored it yet it was broken. As soon as I opened it, I was in love. outstanding and beautiful. However, closer examination revealed that the glass shade was chipped and shattered. Nice warmer. I LOVE this candle warmer, the set up was really easy but it is important to note that the lamp head may not be fully screwed all the way in. It has to be directly over the metal plate for it to work correctly but other than that, it heats up candles pretty quickly and is the perfect size

There is no smoke or flame. You can also use wax melts but you have to buy the dish separately. I wish the wax dish was included. I am a little upset at the packaging I received. It looked like my warmer had been a return (the cord wasn’t wrapped or twist tied, the lamp was out of the plastic wrap, the box was in rough shape and the lamp wasn’t neatly in the box). Other than that, I really like the warmer lamp and would buy again. I’d recommend it to anyone interested.

Great Lamp. The box was CRUSHED when received through the mail. Unfortunately, I didn’t give as a gift like I wanted. The product itself was not damaged, luckily. But I don’t understand how they would ship something out like that to a customer… besides that, the product works great. Definitely a great purchase!

Dangerous! I was so excited for this. I got it, installed the bulb, plugged in and as soon as I turned it on it made the freakiest zapping noise I’ve heard and started throwing sparks from the power switch. I was terrified I was about to get electrocuted when I pulled the plug out of the wall. It smelled like burning and you can see burn marks on it. The only reason there’s no picture attached is bc it’s dark outside and I won’t even bring it back in my house. Beware!
