Keeps me going all day.
The taste is not so great but I mix it in with my morning decaf coffee and you can’t tell it’s there. In about 10 minutes you gave this up lifting feeling without the caffeine.

Works very good and the tast isn’t so bad in a tea.
It is a boost of energy and noticing a change in my sleeping it’s been a good sleep not where you wake up tired. It’s just been like a week I’ve been taking but so far it’s definitely making me feel better and excited hoping the other clams are as real I’m sure they will be. I’ve been taking with Asiwaganda and that makes me relaxed but both together I’m feeling a lot better than before. Worth trying will order again. A pea size on one of the sticks and hot water mixes very easy and drink. I keep it in the fridge so it’s kinda stiff, but still easy to use. It doesn’t look great but it works great. So far so good. I did a lot of research before ever finding it to buy.

Insanely impressed
Let me preface this with some info about myself. I started off this as a complete skeptic. The info about Shilajit is interesting to say the least. And I notice that it smells like soy sauce(?), but tastes like .. well like nothing, you can’t taste it, but you can smell it haha. I just take the clump and throw it under my tongue for 10 seconds and then swallow with some orange or peach juice or milk.I got my covid vaccine and felt fine, no boosters just 1 j&j at the end of 2021. Didn’t ever have covid until 6 months later when I traveled outside the country. I had the WORST brain fog ever since. That is, until I tried this product. This Shilajit stuff is incredible.I am on day 7 of my current regiment.1 x 600mg Shilajit dose every morning about 30-45 minutes before I have my light breakfast of oatmeal/chia seeds/hemp seeds/whole milk (20-30g protein total) and 2 x 500mg of vitamin C with 50mg of elderberry juice. No other food until lunch around noontime. I get a bit hungry later but I notice it helps to give me a better energy and focus to have that slight rumble for a few minutes that hits me around 10 or 11, which quickly subsides until I eat around noon.This has brought back my energy and mental clarity. I am 33 now and yet I feel like my 18 year old self to be quite honest.As this is only day 7, I started to feel like this by day 3.So far I am truly impressed. I’m alert, I’m focused, but most of all I feel balanced.

Only dislike is the taste but i knew that going in. The taste is horrible but not due to any fault of this company. It does not matter from what company you purchase it tastes bad but the benefits are tremendous. Does pass temperature consistency test. It is sticky but more fluid like when warm and extremely thick and sticky when cool. Will definitely buy again

Didnt think the cost was worth it
I only tried this once so my review is more based on amount vs price, taste. I cant say after using it that it did anything for me. I never felt energised like it was advertised. I was more disappointed for the amount of material in the jar vs the price I paid for it. Also they give to wooden spoons and it does not tell you how much to really take, it says on the spoon but when you dip the spoon in the goo it comes out so thick that I wasnt sure how much I was really taking. I ran out in 15 days. But it did seem to give me a little tingle of some sorts, just didn’t want to order more to find out much to costly to me.

For those saying it tasted bad. I don’t know why they would say that. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE TASTE! I look forward to a heaping dose every day. I waited a month to write my review to see if there were any effects. Sadly I did not notice any changes & I cancelled my subscription. The reviews were so positive & said it tasted bad but worked. My experience was just the opposite. Great taste & no results. I would have loved to have had horrible taste if it would have worked. I tried doubling my dose & making 1200mg tea & it only tasted even better with no results. *Shrugs* I could drink this every day but I’m not sure I need it. My body craves it but if I am not feeling better (I suffer from dysautonomia) I can’t just be throwing money around for no reason.

This is my first time purchasing this brand of Shilajit. In the past I have bought the Natural Shilajit. The first difference I noticed was the consistency. This one is smoother and a lot easier to get out of the jar. The second thing that noticed is how easy it dissolves; it is almost immediate. When I held it up to my nose it smelled sweeter too. Once I tasted it, I noticed that the taste was in fact very sweet, almost as if there was honey in it. I feel as though I liked the Natural Shilajit brand better because it had more of an earthy, potent taste. However, if that is not what you are wanting try this one first.

Taste is Too Nasty
I have only been taking this for one week so I cannot speak to the effectiveness of it, but it is so gross that I am dreading it badly each morning. It is a thick mess to put it on the wooden stick. I put a small amount of boiling water into a tiny cup (like 1/2″). It leaves strings of the tar like substance on the counter despite how careful I am. It tastes awful so I chug it quickly and it gives me the chills. I just ordered the dry drops which are arriving tomorrow. Those should be easier to take. If you can handle the flavor or mask it with something this may be for you.

First time user
So this is the first time I’ve tried Shilajit so I’m not sure what to expect. I’m only giving 4 stars as I’m only 4 days in.So to start packaging was great! I received extra sticks which was a plus! It was a little hard to open (at first) but that’s because of the resin. Once opened I got an earthy smell which is to be expected. Most will not like but luckily dealing with gross things daily it didn’t bother me.My first dose was taken at night as I couldn’t wait until the morning. I simply scooped a little out and dissolved under my tongue. The taste wasn’t great but again it’s to be expected. After about 30 minutes an entire body calm came over me. Slept about 6-7 hours and it was the best sleep of my life.The second dose I took upon wakening by dissolving in my coffee (much better way) and I may have taken too much (600mg) as I felt fatigued for most of the day. My 3rd dose which was the very next day was the 300mg dose and I felt great. Not sure how to explain it but I’m calmly energized.. I’m not stressed I’m not running at the speed of light but I feel great.Not sure what to expect with this product but hopefully the seller can comment on whether this is normal or not.Overall I like it and I will be purchasing again!

Not sure if I used too much or what but the jar only lasted me two weeks drinking the suggested serving size once a day. I think they need a better serving item not a tiny popsicle stick with “measurements” on it. I do feel like the jar was only like a 1/4 to 1/2 full. Seems to be a good product though.

I will write a review in about a week. But the first thing I noticed was that it was different than other shilajit I have taken. First the consistency seemed too runny. It came with measuring sticks but since it’s so runny it’s just drips off the stick so I really don’t know how much 600 mg is. It also has a completely different taste than the others I’ve had. It has a sweet taste like sugar was added. I did all the tests and everything was perfect. So I’m just waiting to see how it works for me and then I will send a review

Take Daily with WARM water!!
I’m always skeptical of online herbal supplements, but I was pleasantly surprised when trying this particular product. I started off with 600mg (over zealous, I know) but if your looking to seep benefits with the 1st two weeks then that’s the way to go. If its toouch taper down. Take with warm water as cool or cold water makes the resin stuff and slot harder to mix in water. I also made sure to keep it in a dry and cool place around room temperature for the best shelf life. Overall I would buy it again as the product is fairly priced, and provides great results. Would def buy again. Actually…. (*starts to place another order*)

Great focus
First time tying this stuff and I am definitely impressed. Definitely raises my energy level and focus. I work out a lot and would drag ass during the day and drink a energy drink everyday to stay moving during work. Now I only have my coffee in the morning mixed with it, and pre workout before exercise. I am following the directions to take two weeks on and two weeks off as well.
