I love vases, and pretty much anything else that makes our home beautiful. But when we received these 2 vases, from Modern Chateau and Villa, they are exactly what I imagine to be our own style.It takes a while to develop the things that you love and that take up space. These vases are what we want to represent our style in our home. They are sleek, shiny, perfectly proportional to the area that they are in, and just look awesome.I wanted to point out that I almost always like items that are done in matte black, but when I saw the picture of these vases done in glossy black, I was sold. The vases looked so glamorous and I really wanted them. And when they arrived, they were even more beautiful in person. The tall vase is 7.5” X 7.5”, with the smaller vase being 6.3” X 6.7”. The openings are 1.4”, which are the perfect size to add almost anything to the vase for appearance purposes. Each vase has a generous opening at the top. Pampas grass, olive branches, or fresh flowers would look amazing sitting within the openings of just 1 vase, or in both. Each vase being a different size, and both having an opening to add pretty much anything (that fits) into them, they are very sturdy. They are absolutely solid when you set them down.I love the look of the vases in our home. The glossy black finish on our new vases brings a lot of beauty into our living room. I feel fortunate that I found exactly what I think is a perfect fit with our marble shelves. Especially when I saw how reasonably priced they are. Now I’m going to play around with what I’m going to put into the vases. Because they certainly don’t need anything to make them look any better.

They look so beautiful in my house just as they are, although when I was taking the photos, photo two with the pampas grass was rather striking. I like them just as they are, but absolutely you can use them for live flowers or dried grasses like pampas. Their multipurpose offers endless possibilities. I’d like to start off by saying, there is no disappointment at all with these quality vases! They are just superbly made with a perfect finish and sit flat without wobbling! The glaze on these are masterfully done with not a hint of dirt and crud mixed in it and they are very high gloss…Well Done!My wife already has many ideas for these, if I’d just get those remodeling projects done, lol…Purchase without hesitation folks, these are fantastic!

I like that the two vases are a modern shape that has a smooth finish. The seams are flat and the paint is opaque. They are substantial enough that they will not tip over easily. I find that I am able to move them to multiple areas of my hunger and they add that missing something to my decor. They are nice with flowers or plumes or plain. Great house warming item to bring.
