I love this! I never have to worry about burnt wick smell again! There are 3 different “heat” or “light” settings. The lowest barely melts it, but I think it is my favorite setting, the candles last longer and I feel like the scent is more potent that way. The high setting melts it too fast, faster than if you were to burn the wick even. I personally believe this setting is too much, I like a slow melt.There are also 3 timer settings – 2h, 4h and 8h. Perfect for those like me, who tend to forget they have something on!The lamp is adjustable, I have fit some pretty tall candles with plenty of room to expand it still. Very lightweight, cam be a plus and a negative. Definately recommend putting somewhere away from kids and pets due to how light it is. I do like that it comes with an extra bulb too.

Installed the light bulb, turned the product on, and it worked for less than a minute. After a minute, the lamp turned off and would no longer turn back on. The on/off switch illuminates when I press the power button, but the lamp does not respond. Tried using a different bulb, and nothing. Tried a different power source, and nothing. Am very disappointed, as this was a gift for my parents. Really hope they can make this right.***UPDATE***: After conferring with customer service, they were able to send me a new one, which works great! This was a gift for my parents, so we are all very thrilled with it’s performance! It fills a room with its scent, and no flames either! Thank you so much

The media could not be loaded.  **UPDATE** The seller has been very accommodating and helpful even though I could not return the defective lamp since I threw away the original packaging it came with. They were so prompt with their replies and did not hesitate to send me a box of replacement bulbs. Unfortunately, the lamp still would not turn on. The seller then asked meto send them photos/videos of the lamp. After a few days, I got a package with my replacement lamp. This candle warmer is a very beautiful product. Aside fromthe comforting warm light and the classy look, it takes only a few seconds for the lamp to melt the wax and for the candle scent to spread. Most importantly, this deserves 5 star rating because of the excellent customer service showed by the seller.—————-This candle warmer was beautiful on those first few days that it was actually working. After a few days, it does not turn on. The only good thing is that the seller was very responsive and helpful. The seller sent me a box of replacement bulbs but sadly lamp is still not working. I have already disposed of the original packaging so I could no longer return the product. I am hoping the seller would send me a replacement lamp after seeing this video.

I love this candle warmer! It’s so cute when lit up. Honestly the candle is more fragrant when it’s lit the regular way, but I definitely can smell it after the candle warmer has been on for awhile. To me this is worth it because of the aesthetic.
