Confusing shipping methods and incorrect sizing. The jackets are nice. I bought 2, 1 for my husband, 1 for my Dad. The jackets and the chargers came separate, like, totally different packages, totally different days. And like everything else Chinese clothing, they are never a correct fit, even when utilizing the size charts. Thankfully, I purchased enough of the jackets 2 from Shuntuo and one from Joy something. We were able to play musical jackets, but now need to purchase more chargers…

I ordered a size 3XL and it wouldn’t even fit my wife who wears a Men’s size small!
What a waste of time to get a Chinese made product that is five sizes too small.

Don’t order. I cancelled the order as it was still a couple weeks out. The day AFTER I cancelled the order I got the vest ONLY. No idea where the battery and USB cord is. What a waste of time and money.

Sizes are a joke. Bad product. Not even close to the item listed and ordered. I am very disappointed. I ordered 2XL and received what looks to be a small. I went to Wal-Mart site but item sources are not as expected.

Best jacket ever!
This jacket is truly incredible! I am absolutely in love with the fit of this jacket. It fits perfectly and true to size, making it extremely comfortable to wear. Not only that, but it also works great in terms of functionality. The battery life lasts for about eight hours, depending on the setting, which is quite impressive. This jacket has become my best investment so far, as it is not only perfect for outdoor camping or outdoor sporting events but also keeps me warm throughout the winter months. I highly recommend it to others because of its exceptional quality and reasonable price.

A wonderful jacket
This is a wonderful jacket. The materials and construction are all top notch. The outer layer on the shell is a material that will resist snagging. The integrated hood is well thought out with unobtrusive pulls to snug it down around the face or helmet. The garment is quite weather-proof with a water-resistant shell and tight zippers that are certainly wind-proof, but may be waterproof. I’ve seen such tight zippers on specialized kayaking gear, but never on an ordinary jacket — this is great! The jacket has generously-sized main pockets (into which one can actually put mittens or a hat), in addition to two storage pockets inside the jacket, a chest pocket, and sleeve pockets — all with good zippers!The heating system is well thought out, allowing separate heating of the front, back, and neck. Alternatively, one button may be used to control the whole system. The heating system is unobtrusive in that the lights indicating the heat levels in the various areas may be turned off while still keeping the heating system running. In other words, you do not have to be advertising to the world, “I’ve got a heated jacket!” unless you want to. The 10,000mAh battery that is supplied has several ports so that it can be used to recharge a mobile device, as well as to heat the jacket.My only possible criticism relates to the color selection. This is a fantastic jacket and black goes with any other color. However, as a ski jacket in the back country, it would be better to have color options that were more visible. But given the quality of this jacket, it would be worth wearing the jacket along with a vis vest if this was a big issue — the quality of the jacket is that good.In short and to conclude, I’m very impressed with this jacket. It’s wonderful, and I’d highly recommend it.

very nice jacket. Made quite well.
My wife and my mother in law are always cold. Last year I bought my wife a heated jacket and after seeing it Mother In Law wanted one. I picked up this jacket for her.The size is accurate. We ordered a large so that there would be a little extra room under the jacket. The battery pack is nice because it is flat-ish. The older jacket has a round or spherical battery pack and that was sometimes rather uncomfortable. This battery pack is much lower profile so it is much more comfortable.The multiple heat options are great. If you know that you will be out in the cold for a long time just set it on a lower setting and you will have heat the entire time. But, if you’re only going to be out for a little while set the heat as high as you like.The jacket looks really good too. Mom-in-law is going to love this!

Snug and warm
This jacket fits snugly without being overly tight. It warms quickly, and the buttons are easy to use to control the heat settings. The zippers are smooth, and the battery pack isn’t too heavy to wear comfortably. The battery pack can also charge you phone or other devices if needed, and the cord within the coat comes with a cover to protect the plug portion.

Very Impressed
This heated jacket was much better quality than expected. It is very durable and well made. Without using the battery pack to warm the jacket, it is still very warm. It is medium-heavy weight, and still very comfortable to wear. I’m 5ft 8in, 130lbs and got a size medium. It is a bit big on, but it has adjustable bungee straps at the bottom of the jacket, and allows room for extra layers. This jacket is perfect for use during cold outdoor sporting events, and any outdoor activity.

This heated jacked is so nice! From the material to the zippers to how well it heats up! The material is thick, durable and weather resistant. I also like how the battery back sits up higher towards the front of the jacket, Vs on my hip bone like other ones I own. Honestly this jacket exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended!

Love the quality!
Loved the jacket! The hoodie has the draw strings to adjust it and tighten if you want and it had extra pockets on the arms. It’s a lighter fit and feel but the battery packs keep me warm in New Mexico 20 degree weather. A very good quality and deal!

Love Being able to warm this up where I need it
Very easy to get what I need. I can charge the heating unit and place it in the jacket and press the button that heats the jacket exactly where I need it. Perfect. And it looks amazing.

Jacket is made week but does not fit
This jacket is listed as a women’s jacket. I ordered the size that I typically order for a jacket – womens large. The jacket is made well but has a hood that is not removeable. The sleeves are disproportionately long and my hands (with arms fully extended) are covered by the sleeves. I guess I can save on gloves. The coat fabric is stiff so if I push the sleeves up to my wrists, it pushes the shoulders up so I look like a goofball. When I sit down, the jacket pushes out so the heating panels on the front are no where near my body. I had my husband try the coat on and it fit him well. He wears a men’s XL. The good news is that It is nice to have the option to turn on the heat by zones.
