I hate to throw things away, but decided it was finally time to retire my 20 year old flexible cutting mats. They were fairly thin, extremely scarred, and had to be anchored with a towel so they wouldn’t slide around like a slab of ice. These new mats solved all of those issues. They’re quite thick, haven’t scarred very much, and are undeniably slip-resistant. Plus, it’s a 10 pack so I have lots of back ups. They’re great for transferring cut up ingredients directly to my pot or pan, and I think they’ll make a good ramp to pour dry ingredients into my Kitchenaid bowl. I’m very happy with this product.

Very nice set of flexible cutting board mats. One side is textured smoother for cutting, the other side has a box-pattern for some grip, but it will still move around if you’ve got slick counters, since it’s still plastic. Overall, super convenient, washes up easily either by hand or toss in the dishwasher. Just know that after a year or so, they’ll eventually start to warp due to dishwasher temps, so if you want to keep them “flat” a long time, hand wash only.

We had silicon mats for years but they finally wore out and we replaced them with these. These are convenient, large enough for typical needs, very lightweight, easy to store, and having 5 means you don’t have to wash the cutting board between meat and veggies. HOWEVER, I cannot rate the durability yet. I truly haven’t had them long enough yet. They seem much thinner than my old ones and I don’t know if that means they will not last as long. But for the price, they were exactly what I was looking for.

I needed a refresher on cutting boards and am very pleased with these. They are very sturdy and wash well. I especially like that I can cut a couple of them in half and have smaller mats for smaller jobs.
