Disappointed. My friends got me this for my birthday and I was so excited to see how pretty it was going to look BUTTT the shade is painted glass and had a HUGE black mark on it. With this I don’t have to worry about the smoke or burned chemicals. Once the light is about 4″ from the wax it will start to melt. It does let the scent out as well, but I think it does seem to be at a lesser degree. The shade gets hot, but even after 40 minutes you can still touch it. The design is very simple, but looks cozy and homey.

I harbored such lofty expectations; however, I am beyond disheartened. I had such high expectations for this device; however, it only powered on once and promptly shut off upon release of the cord. After experiencing this behavior on multiple occasions, it has since failed to operate. It is merely a costly paperweight.

Cute, adjustable. This candle warm lamp is very cute. It is exactly the same as picture and what I want. It come with a good package to make sure it is not break. There is a screw, help to adjust the height of the lamp. Also the “remover” can adjust the light, change the bright level. It makes the whole room very nice.

The candle “burns” and gives off scent just like it would when the wick is lit. It looks super nice, doesn’t take up a ton of space, and I’m not worried about my dogs coming up to sniff a lot candle, although the bulb does get hot it is covered by the lamp.

It is also dimmable which makes a handy depending on the time of day you’re using it. Overall, this is a great product and I plan to buy another one to have upstairs.

I thought this would be a bit more … I thought this would be a bit more useful than it turned out to be. It definitely works, though the scent of the candle is dull when compared to a flame Similarly, as the lamp “burns” the candle’s scent at the top of the exposed wax and the smell eventually becomes so minimal that there’s nothing left to enjoy. Think like a frozen popsicle is you suck the juice out of it and leave the ice: eventually the flavor is drained and you’re left with a mushy pack. You can renew the scent by lighting the candle and letting it burn for a few minutes, but then what was the point of the lamp? Now, this is intended for dorms or apartments where younger (or older) folks may forget about the candle and leave it burning. For more responsible folks, I just don’t see this being too useful.
