The most lame watch ever. Do not. I repeat DO NOT BUY THIS. It’s super cheap so therefore super unreliable . You take one step it’ll count as 10 steps. When it’s mailed to you it comes broken. Do not buy.

Crap, don’t buy. Decent watch for the price….if it actually worked. Everytime I tried to connect it to my phone using the QR reader a red screen would pop up on my phone warning me of a virus and tracking software. It would not allow me past that screen. Said it was a danger to my phone.

Returned very unhappy, instructions were too small to read couldn’t do anything unless you purchased a sim card worst purchase ever . And it came in bubble wrap, no box

Want order nothing else. I think if you didnt have the watch you could have place it with some other kind of watch for the same price

The phone needs a sim card to operate but not compatible with any major provider nor the Walmart phone service. Has great features I recommend if you can buy it directly from Walmart. Still waiting for refund after returning it to Walmart .

Battery power and smart apps. I have had this watch for over a week and can honestly say it’s one of the best smart watches I have owned. The battery life is top notch, sleep app functions are great, and exercising apps are pretty spot on.

PRO not needed unless you want to use the maps. Nice watch. Thought the Pro had a gps for tracing routes but it’s proprietary file system. That’s the only difference in the galaxy 5 and galaxy 5 pro. If all the features are enabled (gps, heart monitor, etc.) battery hours take a big hit. You get maybe a day out of it. The magnetic band got replaced immediately. Nice office feature but not meant for outdoors.

Wonderful for the most part. This watch is awesome and has all the features you could wish for. The ONLY issue is that it lags sometimes. It may be because it was in power save mode. Other than that it is a great watch.

No Blood Pressure Monitor. I bought this watch on the pretense that it could monitor blood pressure as stated in the features. Tech and software support said that the feature is only offered outside of the united states. Disappointed

Lasts a few days before I need to think about charging and when I do need to charge, it takes no time at all to fill up the battery! The heath services on this watch are top notch. Awesome watch with a couple of annoyances. The watch is excellent, and a big upgrade from my watch four classic, however I severely question the lack of a rotating bezel. This was one of the best features of the watch four classic, and probably the only thing I miss tremendously. That and the somewhat inaccurate step counter are causing me to deduct a star!

pretty good, but not perfect. i had the ticwatch 4 pro ultra and i loved it, the speaker quit working on it, then when I saw they came out with this one, I got. its nice, its faster i believe, and has some cool features, but one thing i dont like is the speaker is soooo quiet compared to the last watch. ive also had a lot of problems with calling on it, no one can hear me on the other end half the time, and since the speaker is so quiet you can’t really hear them either. the battery might be a tad better, but not a huge difference, I think most of that comes from the feature to go into essential mode between certain times. overall its not a bad watch, I’d wait until the price drops unlike i did.

does not work as advertised. it doesnt connect via blutooth,it doesnt work with a sim,it doesnt work qith an sd card. this is just straight up false advertising

Surprisingly glad to have upgraded. I was nervous to buy a new watch. I have had the galaxy sport 2 for so long. However i had to get a new phone and the watch no longer worked with it so a new watch was bought. The price couldnt be beat and I do love having a newer watch. My watch face changes every couple days so it always looks different. The only downside is i cannot see my current activity and steps on the watch face like I used to. That makes me sad as I am no longer motivated to check my activity. I dont like that you have to open the app on the phone or watch to check. I liked it so much better when I could just glance at the watch and see right away where I was in my goals.

The previous versions or the flagship ticwatch (the Pro 3 GPS, Pro 3 Ultra and even the budget E3) all had a great experiences with google wallet and google assistant. The pro 5 literally makes you uninstall the wear OS app to operate. I couldn’t get the google wallet to work even after talking with customer support with 2 credit cards and “google chat”. The google assistant just no longer exists. The hardware on this phone is top notch but without a smooth wear OS experience it takes away all it’s value. Its like a sports car you can only drive in the school zone. Personally, after using flagship smart watches for years, most functions that I actually use on a daily basis can be found on todays budget smart watches (40-100 dollar range) and end up getting better battery life since the watch isnt trying to do everything your phone is already doing. Do your research and only pay for what youre going to use.

For a few years now the Ticwatch Pro has been the top choice of watches in their arsenal and I will point out some areas where they are extremely attractive to buyers but also some areas where the product fails to meet its high expectations.

The Good:
The Ticwatch Pro 5 does not disappoint when it comes to design. It’s a beautiful, sleek, styled watch that fits nicely on a person’s wrist. It comes packed with lots of capability ranging from sleep monitoring, to exercise, to relaxation and breathing. Apps are available on the Google Play store and watch faces are also there as well so you can customize your look. The TP5’s battery life is outstanding. It will function with all the bells and whistles for 2 days and can work for up to 30 days in Essential Mode without a charge. The TP5’s display is a two layered display that has a LCD screen sandwiched between the glass and the normal monitor. When in Essential Mode, the watch will default to this screen so even though the watch’s charge is low you can still monitor steps, heart rate, and time and date before you have to place it down on it’s charging cable. This is a major selling point and it’s price tag places it below some of it’s competitors. Over all excellent features that would make any user happy.

I’m an iPhone user…..this is a big no no, Mobvoi. In the past the TP1-3 have all been iPhone friendly and will link easily to the popular cellular device….not so, here. The TP5 is fully an Android only watch. There are one or two workarounds that allow an Apple user to access messages through Bluetooth but by and large it is extremely unreliable and often disconnects as soon as a person is out of bluetooth range. Re connection is an annoying task of forgetting bluetooth connections and re connection each time this occurs. That said, the watch can function on it’s own after set up but as an Apple user I had to buy a cheap Android tablet just to set the watch up. This, I find, is a major flaw.

In conclusion, I love the watch for what it is but I feel Mobvoi should do the right thing and create an app that allows for iPhone connection as it severely limits the ease of use of this device.

Not worth the money. A fitness watch that doesn’t support external heartrate monitor is pretty useless IMO. This has been a consistent missing feature from Samsung watches and consistently shows how arrogant Samsung design teams are not recognizing that while ok, wrist base heart rate monitors typically fall short of chest straps.

Fake heart rate data. Same issue as the watch 5, heart rate is a total fabrication most of the time. It’s funny, you can look at the heart rate app, your heart rate fluctuates up… down…. and all around, but take a peek under the watch and the green light isn’t even on, lol. When you choose monitor continuously, it monitors when you’re walking, but not when your at rest or it deems you to not be active enough. Nothing worse than fake data. Aside from that, it’s an ultra in name, certainly not in battery life.
