Don’t purchase for glass etching
These glasses were nice quality and great as a set. However, I was etching them for Christmas gifts and the etching cream did not work. First time that has happened to me trying to etch on glass. Ended up having to give them a gifts without personalizing 😔

These are very nice glasses, however, I purchased these to etch designs on. It does NOT work with Armour Etch. I bought them on 11/26 and just saw a review from 11/27 that experienced the same thing. 🙁 All in all, happy with the product. Disappointed the material didn’t work for my product.

Very nice drinking glass sets – very fragile feel
I bought these glasses and supplies to make homemade Thai Milk Tea as I was spending way too much buying tea from the local boba place. The set (glasses, lids, and straws) are all very well made and perform exactly as you would expect. They feel rather fragile as the glass of both the glasses and the straws feels thin – though it looks rather thick so I suspect this is a conceptual issue. The little cleaner wands work well for cleaning the straws. I did purchase a bottle brush to clean them and highly recommend getting one if you buy these. I’m very pleased with this purchase.

Bought these on a whim when I saw a sale and definitely made the right choice. I was worried that a glass straw mixing around in a glass cup would shatter easily but this is extremely durable. It is the perfect size for my daily iced coffee, I love using it even for a cup of iced water. Easy to clean and dishwasher safe. The straw is large so a few sips and my drinks are finished. My only concern is the lid is not sealed tightly so if tipped over or aggressively shaken, the drinks will spill. Other than that, highly recommend. Cute, clean, simple design. Great addition to any minimalist kitchen!

They’re thinner that what I expected, I say this because compared to mason Jars, They fell lighter and more fragile. However, they still get the job done, they’re cute and I’m excited to use them since my mother-in-law gifted me a Coffee maker. The straws are also glass, be on the look out for that. I was hoping the hole on the wood lid came with a rubber or something to hold down the straw so know that there will be plenty of space for the straw to move around so you can easily spill any liquid through that opening

Easy to clean, and aesthetically pleasing. I was nervous about the lids changing colors in the wash, but they have maintained their color. A fatalist but positive review….
Packaged VERY well. Push them through–don’t try to pull them out. They are in the styrofoam tight.I use these mostly for when I make iced coffee and I want to see the drink. They are easy to hand-wash & dry quickly, and the silicone gasket on the lid is removable to wash so it doesn’t get moldy. I dry the wooden lids & the gaskets right away so they don’t crack or get moldy also, but I don’t take the gaskets of EVERY time I wash…. They aren’t super-thin glass, but definitely not thick, and do feel like if you accidentally clack them together as you’re putting them in your cupboard they will crack or break, so I am verrrry careful. So far that hasn’t happened. They must be sturdier than I’m imagining….The straw washes fairly easily if you have a thin straw brush, but there’s some resistance at the bend, so you can’t really scrub just from one end–you have to do the top, then go to the bottom & middle. I’m afraid too much pressure at the bend will break it. There is no way to dry them other than to let them sit out. For these reasons I tend not to use them for smoothies where things (like chia seeds) will stick in the straw and require scrubbing.Overall, I like them for “visually interesting” drinks but these are not my everyday/all the time cups. If you don’t mind being careful, they’re nice. If you are klutzy or rough, skip these- in my opinion. We have stone countertops and ceramic plank floors and I’ve convinced myself I’m going to drop or crack one eventually. C’est la vie.One person in my house likes them and uses them constantly, another prefers plastic. I like glass. Do note that current research has apparently found “forever plastics” in glass straws, believe it or not (yeah, I read that AFTER I had purchased and started using them–but decided I liked them enough not to give them away). Something about the coating on the inside to make things slide more easily. I still prefer stainless steel straws, as well as silicone. Glass is kind of weird as a straw, but different, so there it is. We like them, haven’t broken any of the 4 yet, they look good ,are not super expensive.

Like the feel and taste profile on drinks
After silicon straws, this was a refreshing change. It’s glass straw with glass cup really allow flavor of drink to stand alone and I like that. Holds almost perfectly a can of soda with ice as well as others. I really like the aesthetics of it but does come with the condensation issues of glass, but definitely worth it. It just seems to make drinks ‘fresher’ which I know is all in my head but like it. I am also very aware it is glass so take extra care when washing and cleaning or handling so I said 5 stars on sturdiness but not sure of long term but I like them. Seen advertised for a while and glad I got them!

Cute but One Lid Doesn’t Fit…
The media could not be loaded.
I bought the 4 pack set with bamboo lids. 3 out of the 4 lids fit perfectly but one did not. It seems the mouth of one glass is a smidge wider, because that lid fits on all the other 3 glasses. The glass straws seem thick and sturdy as long as you don’t bang them. Glasses seem to be the same thickness. Overall they appear to be a good quality, minus the one glass being a tad larger at the mouth opening. I would have given 5 stars out of the box otherwise.

Some of these negative reviews I don’t really understand. These cups are great! The bamboo lid absolutely stays on and is secure (someone in the reviews said they were loose. I disagree!). Yes the straw is glass. So obviously it’s more fragile than metal straws. But if you’re an able-bodied adult, there’s no reason why it should be breaking. Take care of your things and it should be fine. The same way you’d be gentle maneuvering a glass mirror, I would assume you’d do the same for a glass straw. It’s not difficult. I’m really happy with this purchase.

Glass straws
These are the first glass straws I have ever used. I have used the metal straws which have a smaller diameter for easier suctioning. The glass straws have a wider hole in diameter which requires a bit more effort in suctioning and the liquid travels slower from the glass to the mouth. This is not necessarily a bad thing, but it will take some time getting used to if you’re accustomed to thinner straws. I am not sure if all glass straws are like this as opposed to the metal ones. Additionally, extra care must be taken when handling glass straws as they would probably break if they are dropped on non-carpeted floors, outside cement grounds, or placed in kitchen sinks for washing. I expected the glass cups to be a little thicker for better durability, but for the price they were worth it.

The perfect cup 🥤
As I was watching TV earlier in the day, I noticed the girl drinking from a cup like this with a cute straw. I knew this would be perfect for juicing, and jumped on Amazon to find these! They arrived before the afternoon was over, same day, and I absolutely live them!!!

Attractive! Modern look!
My daughter in law and son have these in their home and I used one. I liked the look and feel immediately. Purchased a dozen for my home. Great to have when guests visit. Have used them for iced tea, lemonade, cold water!

Love these cups!
These cups are now the only ones I reach for when I make my iced coffee at home. They are so cute and sturdy. I enjoy the glass straw too. I will be buying more!
