The belts seem to be of good quality. I was concerned about the buckle mechanism holding under stress, but my concern was unwarranted. The belt adjusts incrementally with 3 or 4 times the accuracy of conventional belt and buckle system. I’ve lost some weight and I can continue to reduce the length of this belt instead of buying replacements. This is an innovative approach to a continuing necessity. The only thing I miss is the availability of additional colors. Taupe would be nice.The service on my original wrong sized order was excellent. Received, returned and refunded on the same day. New size ordered and received in 2 days.You will love these belts.

Unwanted change in design
They have changed the lever mechanism from its original (without prior notice); it used to be opened easily by pulling up the front part as the lever, now it is done through a small and quite hard to reach hidden button placed underneath (in fact first time I put it on and got trapped! It took me a while to firgure out how to get out of it). There was absolutely no need for this change.

I may not buy a belt with holes again after this
The leather looks great, and it does just what I hoped in sizing. Instead of often being between holes, I can set it just right, including whether a shirt is tucked in or not.I also like that it looks better than a belt with a prong and holes, just being all smooth. And the way they set it up so you can cut to a shorter size, and the cut edge just tucks hidden into the buckle is brilliant.

I was shocked at how much I like this belts. Faster, easier, better than typical belts. I love the mechanisms that hold it together. My struggle has been the metal has be powder painted on so when I have banged the belt on something, the powdered paint has chipped. So my metal that is painted black now has silver spots on it.I would like to see the metal be more than powdered-painted. I have had these belts for 6 months and I wear them everyday. But the paint is chipping.

Excellent quality leather belts with nice ratchet action
I love these belts. I got a package of 1 black and 1 light brown and they look great. The craftsmanship is excellent and the leather looks and feels high quality.The ratchet action is great too. Unlike conventional belts with holes spaced an inch apart (give or take) the ratchet action allows adjustment in 1/4″ increments. You get a perfect fit. There’s a little lever that you simply pull on to release the ratchet. Very easy to do.For the money I think these are excellent value. I highly recommend them.

I don’t know how long they are supposed to last
I like the ratchet function of the belt but I had one of the previous CHAOREN belt mechanisms fall apart when I tried tightening the belt.Also I had another one start to split (the belt itself) but I had had it for about two years I believe so maybe the belts only last for a couple of years.One other thing I noticed is that where the belt goes in to the buckle after a while the teeth on the buckle end up cutting off one layer of the belt and won’t work.I noticed this because I was at the grocery store and I couldn’t figure out why my pants kept wanting to fall down!It was because the teeth were no longer gripping the belt.When I first started using CHAOREN belts I rated them five stars but now I have to lower the rating by a star down to four stars.I will still continue to buy them because overall I do like them.It is just that now I realize that like everything in this world they only last a limited time.

Very Innovative Way to Sell Belts
The colors were exactly what I wanted, and the package arrived timely. But let’s talk about the belts. So usually you are concerned about the belt being the appropriate length since can’t try it on. That is a non-issue with this product because you actually get to do the sizing yourself. You cut the belt to your specifications, secure it in the buckle and then voila! I’m curious how much money they save by not having to manufacture specific sizes.The only thing I will warn on is making sure you get comfortable with mastering the disengaging lever on the buckle. Since the belt locks in the buckle, you can’t just pull on it to remove it from the buckle. Other than that, enjoy this wonderful product.

This belt is awesome. Easy assembly belt to buckle and easy to trim to size if necessary. It works flawlessly! If you need it a little bit more tight, just push the belt. If you need a little less after dinner, just lift the lever. Best thing about this belt is you don’t have to push to the next hole like in other belts. You can go one notch at a time. So much flexiblity with this belt. I just ordered two more dress style. Material is quality as well.

I’ve lost some weight and I can continue to reduce the length of this belt instead of buying replacements. This is an innovative approach to a continuing necessity. The only thing I miss is the availability of additional colors. Taupe would be nice.The service on my original wrong sized order was excellent. Received, returned and refunded on the same day. Unwanted change in design
They have changed the lever mechanism from its original (without prior notice); it used to be opened easily by pulling up the front part as the lever, now it is done through a small and quite hard to reach hidden button placed underneath (in fact first time I put it on and got trapped! It took me a while to firgure out how to get out of it). There was absolutely no need for this change.

I may not buy a belt with holes again after this
The leather looks great, and it does just what I hoped in sizing. Instead of often being between holes, I can set it just right, including whether a shirt is tucked in or not.I also like that it looks better than a belt with a prong and holes, just being all smooth. And the way they set it up so you can cut to a shorter size, and the cut edge just tucks hidden into the buckle is brilliant.

Nice
I was shocked at how much I like this belts. Faster, easier, better than typical belts. I love the mechanisms that hold it together. My struggle has been the metal has be powder painted on so when I have banged the belt on something, the powdered paint has chipped. So my metal that is painted black now has silver spots on it.I would like to see the metal be more than powdered-painted. I have had these belts for 6 months and I wear them everyday. But the paint is chipping.

Excellent quality leather belts with nice ratchet action
I love these belts. I got a package of 1 black and 1 light brown and they look great. The craftsmanship is excellent and the leather looks and feels high quality.The ratchet action is great too. Unlike conventional belts with holes spaced an inch apart (give or take) the ratchet action allows adjustment in 1/4″ increments. You get a perfect fit. There’s a little lever that you simply pull on to release the ratchet. Very easy to do.For the money I think these are excellent value. I highly recommend them.

I don’t know how long they are supposed to last
I like the ratchet function of the belt but I had one of the previous CHAOREN belt mechanisms fall apart when I tried tightening the belt.Also I had another one start to split (the belt itself) but I had had it for about two years I believe so maybe the belts only last for a couple of years.One other thing I noticed is that where the belt goes in to the buckle after a while the teeth on the buckle end up cutting off one layer of the belt and won’t work.I noticed this because I was at the grocery store and I couldn’t figure out why my pants kept wanting to fall down!It was because the teeth were no longer gripping the belt.When I first started using CHAOREN belts I rated them five stars but now I have to lower the rating by a star down to four stars.I will still continue to buy them because overall I do like them.It is just that now I realize that like everything in this world they only last a limited time.

Very Innovative Way to Sell Belts
The colors were exactly what I wanted, and the package arrived timely. But let’s talk about the belts. So usually you are concerned about the belt being the appropriate length since can’t try it on. That is a non-issue with this product because you actually get to do the sizing yourself. You cut the belt to your specifications, secure it in the buckle and then voila! I’m curious how much money they save by not having to manufacture specific sizes.The only thing I will warn on is making sure you get comfortable with mastering the disengaging lever on the buckle. Since the belt locks in the buckle, you can’t just pull on it to remove it from the buckle. Other than that, enjoy this wonderful product.

Great Practical Invention
This belt is awesome. Easy assembly belt to buckle and easy to trim to size if necessary. It works flawlessly! If you need it a little bit more tight, just push the belt. If you need a little less after dinner, just lift the lever. Best thing about this belt is you don’t have to push to the next hole like in other belts. You can go one notch at a time. So much flexiblity with this belt. I just ordered two more dress style. Material is quality as well.

Purchased a racket belt for my husband years ago and now he won’t use anything else. There is a learning curve to getting it loosened, so be forewarned during an “emergency”. lol. Easy to adjust, holds tight and looks nice with many styles and colors to choose from.

I love this belt!
These belts are very comfortable and very adjustable. The buckle is different than most other belt buckles. The ratchet design makes them easy to adjust and the way the belt fits into the buckle it can be cut to make the belt smaller (if you lose weight). The only belt I buy and wear!
