    Awesome sound and bass

mostly listen to books and other similar content. Occasionally to music. The audio is great for both. The case is small and solid. I generally listen for hours at a time and the case battery will last for 1-2 weeks, depending how long I listen to it. It’s small enough to comfortably fit in my pocket. The earbuds are comfortable and it comes with different sizes, as one would expect.Customer service is great. They are responsive and helpful. The earbuds also work with an app, so one can configure the buttons for different functions, allowing some customization.I’ve been using these for 7 months with no problems. Battery still works great and sounds just as good as when I got them. The price point is such that I don’t worry about damage to or loss of $200-300 earbuds – that don’t seem to sound any better or work any more reliably than these. I doubt the $200 earbuds will last 10 times as long as these, making them a bargain! These will be my ‘go to’ earbuds for the next purchase. The only downside is that it uses USB micro instead of USB C. I don’t consider this a problem as it comes with a charging cord and this connector is still widely used. If USB C substantially increases the cost, then it’s not worth it anyway, in this case.

    Cat water dish approved!

I bought these 2 years & 2 days ago. I’ve used them off and on for all 2 years but during that time I bought newer earbuds that are more aesthetically pleasing, as these stick far out of my ears…. reminding me of those bluetooth headsets that middle-aged men sported around back in the day 😭 I ended up losing 2 sets of earbuds (how does one lose FOUR earbuds in the span of like not even 6 months!? And in 2 years I still have both of these??) so I’m back to wearing these. Which, I’m totally fine with, but I listen to ASMR videos to fall asleep, so I use 1 earbud every night for whatever side I’m not sleeping on. These earbuds give a little feedback or fuzz sound on almost every video I play. It’s only really noticable when the video gets really quiet. So I’ve just been living with that for about a month now. Since starting to use these daily again, I had adopted a very playful kitty….who loves to put things in his water dish. My past earbuds usually stayed in my ear till I woke up if I didn’t move/switch ears in my sleep. These are too big so I have to look around every morning to find it. SO!! Here is the reason you’re reading this right now..I think I’ve only reviewed like 3 things in all my years using Amazon, but I would be doing a disservice if I kept this information to myself… I woke up one morning, and this little effer put my earbud in his water dish!!! I snatched it out, took the rubber end off and just left it on the counter for maybe 2 days since I didn’t have a bag of rice lol. Didn’t put it back in the case or try to turn it on. I didn’t have any hope with it and had already accepted my fate but thought I’d put it back in the case and try. The light on the earbud turned on and I was like nah I’m sure the speaker doesn’t work though. Nope! It still works! After sitting in a dish of water for hours lolTLDR; my cat put one bud in his water dish for an unknown exact amount of time in the middle of the night & it ended up still working just as good as new!Oh, and they are VERY noise cancelling..even listening to music at a very low volume, or no sound playing at all, with only 1 of them in, I still can’t hear much when someone starts talking to/around me. I have to completely take it out in order to know what people are saying. I borrowed them to someone and they said the same thing without me even saying anything to them about not bring able to hear anything.

Overall excellent value for money. Solid earbuds at very cheap price.

Pros: Battery life is excellent. Sound quality is very good for the 20$ i paid. Hands free calling works great. Very comfortable even when worn for long periods and with properly sized tips they stay in the ear well even when jogging or moving around. You can use the “touch” controls with gloves on if you live in a cold area. This is also a con as activating the buttons doesn’t require skin contact and you would be surprised how often you can bump your earbuds on just about anything. I pause my media all the time without meaning to.Cons: it’s hard to tell left from right and the only identifier is a tiny R and L on each earbud. Most earbuds are ergonomically designed so it’s obvious which ear they go in, these are not and I really wish they were. I often try to turn the volume up only to end up turning it down because the earbuds are backwards. Also, the buds will fit in the case and charge while reversed. The touch buttons are a bit sensitive and don’t require skin contact to activate.

This audiophile is impressed by these buds!

The media could not be loaded.

I would like to start by saying, I have used headphones ranging from dollar store to a 400$ pair of Klipsch, so I know a thing or two about quality headphones. VERY IMPORTANT: Earbuds will take about 80+ hours of use before they sound their best (burn in period). At first, they will sound very low and staticky at max volume, compared to after 80+ hours. For those first 80 hours, keep the volume set between 75-100% (whatever your general listening volume will be).I always let them play for 80 hours, while I am not using them, before I write a review. Overall listening experience can change THAT DRASTICALLY from the first time you put them in, to after that 80+ hour burn in period. They will sound louder and clearer after this point. Now, TL;DR+ For the price, they sound great!+ Small, lightweight and very comfortable!+ Charges fast (both buds and case)!+ Touch controls are very responsive!+ Noise cancellation is some of the best in its class!+ No annoyingly bright LED lights!+ Ability to use one earbud at a time!+ Excellent range, even through walls, in a house full of wireless!NOTE: Device dependent – Sometimes cuts out until placed in case, unpaired, then re-paired- Removing buds from case is a bit complicated- Case: charge port cover is a pain to remove, and does not get better with time- Case: remaining charge indicator is not very accurate- There is no way to check the charge level of the buds while using a computer- While adjusting earbuds, it is easy to hit the touch controlsTHE DETAILED REVIEWCLARITY: (the ability to provide strings, bass and vocals clearly without distortion). These are considerably better than that of the brands priced around 100$. They do not offer the crisp clarity of my 250$ Sennheiser studio headphones, but at this price I would not expect them to.BASS: Nowhere near as good as something like say, beats earbuds, but they are sufficient (on par with the clarity). Comparing them to the higher priced offerings, they are about equal, if not a bit better. But I have had cheaper wired headphones with better bass. If you’re looking for some ear booming earbuds, these may not be right for you.NOISE CANCELLATION: Even though the max volume on the T6 earbuds are not that loud, the seal they provide blocks out about 95% of your surroundings. I have to deal with blasting TV’s, kids and various other noises throughout the day. Through all of that – playing music, movies and podcasts – I can BARELY hear anything else (and that is when I am trying to listen for outside sounds). This may be a problem for some, who need to hear their surroundings. I suggest using a smaller bud size to help alleviate this, but keep in mind it will also affect overall audio quality. There are 4 sizes of buds; S, M, L, and XL. S fits my 6 year old, all the way up to XL for me (I have huge ear holes! LoL). So make sure to try them all! It is important to find the right size, again, because it affects the overall audio quality and noise cancellation. They are extremely light and VERY comfortable, and compared to others, are far less awkward feeling. So much so, you could sleep with these, as long as you are not on your side. Laying your head down on a pillow with these can causes a tin can effect (sounds like music coming for a tin can) at certain angles. Still, they are comfortable with some pressure put on them. The charging case is exceptionally small, smaller than most of its kind. It is also compatible with wireless charging docks! Charge time, when the buds are completely drained, is about 30 minutes, and the case is about 60 minutes to completely charge. I will say, the charging port cover for the case is a real pain to open! The touch controls are simple and responsive! Touch either the left or right earbud to pause music and video (does not work with VLC media player for some reason). Hold your finger on the PRIMARY earbud to turn volume down, the secondary to turn it up. Double tap the Primary earbud to go to previous track, and double tap the Secondary earbud to advance to the next track. Unfortunately for some (who accidentally pause tracks or video, when adjusting their earbuds), there is no way to turn off the touch controls. As a side note, there are no annoyingly bright LED’s in the earbuds that bug some (like me).Something I found curious is that many reviewers complain about difficulty in removing the earbuds from the charging case. I have found placing my pointer finger inside the back of the case to push in and pry the earbud up, and then pulling it out the rest of the way by pinching my pointer finger and thumb on the earbud and pulling out, works quite well. I have huge fingers, so I can only assume someone with smaller fingers will have less of a problem using this method. I will attach a video showing this.Another issue that a lot of people seem to be having is that they cannot use just one earbud, while the other is in the case, charging. I do not know if the newer ones being sent out are updated? But mine have no problem doing this. The first pairing to a device requires you to have both out, but after that you are good to go. So as of this writing, you DO NOT have to have both earbuds out of the case for them to work properly. Also, I don’t know if it is just my pair, but the life indicator on the case is off. I have charged my headphones 1.5 times and the battery level is down to one, even though I can fully charge them 2 more times at this point. So, if it seems like the case battery is draining faster than it should, test this out before you contact them for replacements. Now, there is a slightly annoying effect that seems to be dependent on the quality of the Bluetooth in the device you connect to. Sound will start skipping or go out for a second and come back. If this happens to you, simply unpair the earbuds from the device (first) and place the earbuds in the case for a moment. Remove them and re-pair, and you should be good.I have noticed that my laptops Bluetooth does this quite often, where as my desktop (with a better BT dongle) does not do this. It also never happens on my iPhone or kindle fire. So, like I’ve said, it varies depending on the device Bluetooth quality (it is not the earbuds themselves). The Bluetooth on the earbuds are quite nice. So nice in fact, that I have gone more than 30 meters (their rated distance) line of sight, and still had a good connection (at 60 meters). However, if you are experiencing this with all of your devices, try turning Bluetooth off on any devices near the earbuds that you are not using (they may be causing interference. Otherwise, you may have a defective unit.In closing, these are the best pair of completely wireless earbuds I have used to date (when taking quality, price and design into consideration). They are impressive, to say the least! I have done so much research and tried so many different brands, that I can say with confidence, that if you’re in the market for this type of earbud? Do not hesitate in buying them!

    Decent truly wireless earbuds

Skip down ~2 paragraphs to get to the review. The first two paragraphs are information about how I conduct my torture tests to determine quality. To ensure fairness and that it isn’t the equipment I’m connected to I’m comparing these to the first pair I received to the second as well as a couple of other earbuds and my Sennheiser headphones. I do not expect these to sound as fabulous as my $130 headphones and neither should you.I’ll start this review by providing information. This is an updated review after having written my original review. I was contacted after my initial review by the company stating that I may have received a defective model and was offered a replacement model at no cost. I have received them and have gone through several rounds of headphone torture tests. While I do not have the equipment to conduct serious tortures nor access to such equipment, namely graphing features and an oscilloscope in order to find out exactly what wave shapes are being produced, I’d like to think that my tests are at least semi valid.I’m conducting my torture with straight rips from CD as well as streaming services. I also use audiocheck.net tests to determine everything that I can’t with just straight listening to music. I use both live and studio versions where available. Here are the songs that I have tortured with. I’ll include notes as well. Keep in mind that I am cross dominant (left handed, left eye, right ear, right foot) so sounds tend to be a little different for me and sounds that I hear that are supposed to be directly in the middle of my head tend to sound stronger on the right channel.REVIEW!!!!!!Outside of quality, which actually did improve with this set,The bass on these earphones is great. The ability to switch at low frequencies and to be able to determine the moment of the switch is well done. Here’s where I get an issue with the bass. On higher quality headphones, you should never hear a whine (unless they’ve been poorly built, just beat to death, or used for quite some time completely unlike what I do here). These headphones produce a buzz when you use the audiocheck “Quality test” which is designed to beat your drivers enough that they shake quite a lot. I don’t fault the makers of these for the buzzing because they are bluetooth earbuds, but I still shouldn’t hear the whining of the drivers begging me to stop the bass test. The mids still aren’t top notch even with the replacement set, but they are certainly better than the previous pair. The highs are fairly well defined, but can muddle at the very top of the range that humans can hear (I have excellent hearing and it’s been determined that I can hear up to 18,000 hz down to 22 hz). When sounds reach that level, that’s pretty rough on headphones and these do pretty well. Do not discount these headphones because of the fact that they muddle at the very top of the human hearing range or right at the bottom, that’s tough to deal with.Overall the replacement pair is far better than the defective model that I originally received. Excellent quality for the price point. They still do not compare to some of the higher quality headsets that I own, but for earbuds they are top notch.—————————————————————————————————————————————This section is all about what I use to test headphones. Before I start the list here is my grading scale for bassFail = Poor quality, extreme difficulty switching between frequencies.Fail+ = Poor quality or difficulty switching between frequencies with the other being good or greatPass = Great quality at single tone, difficulty with switching between frequencies. IF single tone, great quality.Pass+ = Great quality, great switching between higher and lower pitch bass soundsBass quality determinationPaper Trails – Darkside (Pass)Magma – Yello (Pass+)Pure 30 hz Sine Wave – Binaural Beats Isochronic Tones Lab (should shake loose any earwax buildup. Pass)It’s a Long Way to the Top – AC/DC (Pass+ They are fully capable of handling the droning bagpipe with the bass guitar. Absolutely passes with this).Falling – Olive (Pass+ The song is awful, but the bass at the beginning does not disappear like it would on low quality headsets)In this section I’m going on how much trouble I have picking out separate instruments. I should be able to pick out the majority of instruments. If I have trouble then it is a fail. If not, pass.Instrument clarity across all levels (this is unfortunately full of “Your call is very important” hold music)Giant steps – John Coltrane (Pass)Milestones – Miles Davis (Pass)Stella By Starlight – Miles Davis (Pass)Rotation – Herb Alpert (Pass)Flight of the Cosmic Hippo – Bela Fleck and the Flecktones (Pass)King of Swing (live and studio version) – Big Bad Voodoo Daddy (Pass)If there’s muddled sounds and it sounds like things blend together too much then it’s a fail. I’m not trying to pick out first and second chair on an instrument but I should be able to pick out separate instruments.Mid range test (Clarity is extremely important here).King of Swing (live and studio version) – Big Bad Voodoo Daddy (This is a pass, but it’s not an orchestra. 7 piece band though)The Imitation Game – London Symphony Orchestra (Mostly passes. Some trouble picking out strings.)Violin Concerto No. 5 in A Major….. – London Philharmonic Orchestra (LPO) (Pass)Flute Concerto No. 2 in D Major – LPO (Pass)I used a single album for determining whether or not things sound like they are too close together and boxed in. I used Pink Floyd’s Pompeii concert. This single bit has determined both through the remix and the original (which you can stream or if you’re electronically inclined can probably hook up a bluetooth module to a TV with a built in VHS player) that the ability to not sound boxed in is a Pass+. Excellent job on managing to do this at this price point, this isn’t something that is exactly easy to do especially over bluetooth or again at this price.

    Almost too comfortable??

This is my 5th purchase of these. I have bought them for my family, friends & I’ve even recommended them to people across the web & youtube. I make/edit youtube videos & these sound and work perfectly for that. I loved these earbuds after first purchasing them a few years ago. I am able to run my dog on his leash & jog around without worrying they’ll fall out. I prefer these over the airpods, higher priced ones & just other headphones in general. I’ve tried a different model of Tozos ( the T9 model) & they were perfectly fine, but I prefer these T6 ones. I’ll tell you why. 😆 I am guilty of watching Youtube in bed & yes, I do fall asleep with these in my ears/ear. I don’t necessarily recommend this “technique” but these are comfortable enough to sleep in, or sleep ON in my case. 😆 I lay down with one earbud in my right ear & I leave the other side out of my ear in the charging case. That way if someone in my family needs me throughout the night I can still hear out of the ear that doesn’t have the earbud in cause they do cancel outer noise very well. Yes, I do lay with my head & ear down on the pillow with the earbud in that ear & can still watch youtube or a movie comfortably. I frequently fall asleep with the earbud in and sleep through the night fine, or if I wake up a little later I just take it out & go back to sleep. That’s how comfortable these T6 Tozos are. The only reason I didn’t care as much for the other model was that I couldn’t lay comfortably with one in my ear like I do with these. But I just wanted to try the others as they were on sale at the time. Other than the laying down with them in/one in, the others were perfect too. The battery life is long. I can use them sometimes up to 8 hours before a charge is needed. The charging case also holds a charge long & charges the earbuds quickly. Charging the case itself with a micro USB from zero takes about 45 minutes, but after the case is charged I’ve had it power my earbuds up continuously from 4 to 5 days. The earbuds themselves take a small amount of time to charge in the case. Sometimes if one of my buds is almost out of battery, like when I fall asleep using one through the night & the other has more charge left, I will charge one at a time in the case & just use the full one for the time being. The only thing I would change is the type of charger the case takes to charge up. I prefer the C chargers, but it’s not really a big deal. Micro USB is what it uses, but they also can be charged with a wireless charger. The earbuds are easy to operate & setup. The case is small & easy to take anywhere. The buds arr magnetic & easy to put in the case. There’s even cute silicone & hard protective charging case covers for these like airpods have too. Touch controls make it easy to pause videos with a tap to the outer earbud. To resume & play the video just tap again. There’s some other cool touch features too, but you can read about those & try them out when you buy these! 😉 Yeah, just buy them already. 😆

Heavy user’s caveat: 2 warranty claims; unstable with iOS 13+, battery pack dead in 3-6 months

Update 7/28/20: I use these approximately 8 hrs per day, between two pair, to provide telehealth. I’d give 4 stars if I hadn’t had to file two warranty claims within 6 months.BATTERY LIFE: The buds last at most 4 hrs per charge.SOUND QUALITY: The sound quality is great for EDM, a little heavy on the lows for conversation–my hearing accommodated it after a few weeks.BLUETOOTH CONNECTIVITY: The firs buds were replaced under warranty after update from iOS 12.6 to 13.1 due to instability. Unfortunately, the second pair was only half as inconsistent, but for the price, I wasn’t too surprised. They seem more stable with iOS 13.5+, but still drop signal. Fortunately, they reconnect pretty quickly.BATTERY PACK: I’ve used both pairs each day, M-Th, for the previous three months (since COVID started in US). Both battery packs died within days of one another (one battery pack lasted 6 months the other 3 months). I contacted Support for a warranty repair. They agreed to send a replacement battery pack (which will make for some interesting swapping, but a small price to pay).STYLE: I really like the low profile.FIT: I’ve tried a few other brands, these fit the most comfortable–my ears are picky, one side is slightly larger than the other.FUTURE PURCHASE: If I were shopping for a new pair, I’d definitely consider the bluetooth 5.0 version with the battery pack that indicates charge level; or for a voice to come on to say the charge level after the buds are connected to my phone. If I were a standard user who only used these for occasional use for walks and casual use, then these would probably have lasted a lot longer.WARRANTY: The ease of a warranty claim is a huge plus, though I would rather have a pair that lasted the full warranty.PAST UPDATES:Update: 7/16/20. The battery life is unfortunate. After using two pair for the past three months (at approx. 4 hours of use they need recharge) Monday thru Thursday both units battery packs are dead. Luckily one still flashes a single white LED, the other is at best a storage case. I was fortunate enough to obtain a second pair through warranty after the first randomly lost connection with my iPhone X after update to iOS 13.1. Sadly, the second pair had issues as well. Though, with 13.5+ it seems to be much better–less intermittent, but still drops a few times during each charge.Update 6/25/20. After a few months of operation and tolerating the intermittent “link loss” I learned that the batteries last about 5 hours after charging all night long. They are a bit bass heavy, which can make calls a little challenging sometimes. But, for the price they are reasonable.Update 4/27/20. I received the replacement buds on 4/24/20; the rep said it would take 2-3 weeks, but significantly less, and during the COVID crisis. I have worn them enough to drain the battery pack and have not had a single occurrence of a dropped signal (I really like that I can wander through my house without the sound cracking–my Bose can’t even do that). I’d rate these at 4 stars, only leaving it at 3 for others who are prudent.Update: 4/14/20. I received word from TOZO that they will send a new pair of earbuds because, as odd as it may sound, I do not know anyone with an Android (thus unable to update the T6 to work with iOS 13+). The email stated that the buds will arrive in 2-3 weeks, which will be wonderful, but seemingly after writing an honest review (which I had done before contacting them and after initial purchase, below). I have not check to see if they made the manual available on the Support page of their website, an issue noted on 4/9/20. Once the new pair arrive, I’d give the review 4 stars, if the next generation of T6 or others are updated through the case and the power versus volume were improved (tends toward volume, not power), and the customer service is 3-4 stars (replacement shouldn’t be based upon review, that is unethical in professional fields); in responsiveness and understanding, I’d give a 5, but would need to give a reduction for the website lacking information and review requirement. The product itself is a good 4.5-5 depending on whether you like heavier bass or not. The cost for what you get, all aside, still makes these a good investment.Update 4/9/20. These guys literally posted on their website that they have proven an issue with iOS 13+ and to fix it you need an Android to flash the buds; are you for effing real? Apparently they failed to engineer a device that can be updated while in the case and plugged into a computer or via usb to a phone or tablet. (So, if Android updates, guess what you’re going to need!) I feel sorry for all those who tried to problem solve the issue since the only means to contact Support is via email. (That means a day or two lag minimum for each email exchange.) The known problem is that the headset intermittently drops signal, sometimes to recover, other times not. Also, when they updated their website with the information to fix the issue with iOS, they somehow seemed to either take down or didn’t have the user manual posted, and none of the product pictures capture all of the tap sequences to control the buds. So, if you can’t find the user manual that came with it, you’re totally SOL.The greatest challenge I have is turning them off. The buds tend to become confused between turning them off or increasing or decreasing volume. It’s almost better to either turn off bluetooth on my phone or put them in the case.Original post, Dec 2019: A bit heavy on lower frequencies, the crossover a little too much. It’s taken a little bit of time to get used to the difference between the voices known in life and on the phone versus earbuds. They are a great pair to have for those who like more bass–great for EDM! Overall, great bang for the buck since this is an EDM household.

Great value for the price, and alot better than I was expecting

August 30, 2022 – things are still great and I just want to say despite getting other earbuds that do sound good such as the Soundpeats TrueAir 2’s (semi in-ear buds) and two different pair of Lavabean earbuds that while bulky (they both have GREAT battery life, hence why they are big … for the battery) that have a GREAT sound stage, but not as much “umph” to the overall sound as these T6’s (I love both … the Lavabeans and these T6’s .. dont get me wrong) with the same V-shaped EQ I always apply … overall these maybe my favorites … Sure I have a pair of higher end Earfun buds that sound great, but there is something about the overall package (sound quality, battery, price … esp on lightning deals that are far cheaper then those Earfuns) that I love about the T6’s … i go back and forth listening to different buds and when coming back to these T6’s I am blown away by the sound … there is even a good thump to the bass WHEN APPROPRIATE but it’s clean and not “over the top” to my ears.I’d love to try (I DO have two pairs of TOZO NC2s which i love too) other TOZO models but i’d be questioning “should i just get a backup pair of T6s?” when considering the others.Do I even have to say that I still totally recommend these at this point?May 2, 2022 Update: things are still great … no issues that, cleaning smunges and dirt/dust off the pin/where the pins connect, doesn’t fix.I have been using my new Jlab Go Air Pop nightly instead of these and OVERALL I think the default tips make those feel better then the T6’s … doing an “A-vs-B’ comparision wondering if the T6’s really do sound better than the Go Air Pops … YEAH… .The NC2’s sound better than the T6’s but the T6’s definitly have a more “rich” sound than the Jlab Go Air Pop’s (Jlab SIgnature EQ) I bought this past month. I already bought a pair of the T6’s when they hit a super low ($4 lower than normal) lightning sale for a gift for someoneApril 1 2022 Update: after seeing the T6’s $2.50 or so cheaper than the TYPICAL lightning deal, and in no time at all “80% claimed” i bought a second pair (still not sure if a gift for someone or a backup pair for myself) but despite liking the NC2’s i STILL like the T6’s as well … I’d be interested in trying some of TOZO’s other offerings. My only issue (and i admit i am waiting to hear back from TOZO support as i type this) is the warranty and how to register … i feel “Process a Warranty” on the site is trying to USE it not simply registering it. I am a techie guy and i have registered warranties for products such as Tribits … TOZO could just make it a little more clear on this front. Also something i found by accident … and it makes sense that it’s work in a way … I usually use these when sleeping (they are good for sleeping though noting whatever side of my head faces the pillow DOESN’T have an earbud in it) … I had’d been swapping them when i wake up and roll over … however just using the same one in the OTHER ear works fine too.One thing I also noticed (not sure if it’s the shape of my ears) is that the right earbud sometimes sound muffled if i use anything other than the shallow tips provided (they are more comfortable but you do lose a bit of base) … the solution is to “pinch” the right earbud to not trigger the touchpad and just pull out “a hair” .. just bairly and that clears that up .. .it doesn’t happen with default NC2 tips … just specifically the T6’s and only in my right ear with non-shallow tips when i first put them in———————————————Another update: The only issue i have is for a gift for someone i am trying to decide if these or say a pair of TOZO’s NC2’s would be better for them. (BOTH GREAT OPTIONS) … I have still used these mainly for my side-sleep, and only using which bud/ear is not facing the pillow to help me sleep and these have great passive NC and they are comfortable for this use too. Heck … I am not (I already picked up a second pair of the NC2’s i was so impressed, to have for myself) against picking up another pair of the T6’s (though i’d like to try some of the other models too) to have a “backup” pair of these too.I do admit sometimes just to get the perfect fit i swap eartips (nothing that causes me pain with one pair or the other, just trying to dial things in) from time to time … but I am HIGHLY impressed with these. I do admit on Amazon and elsewhere on the internet I think I have seen the NC2s and the T6’s getting the “highest reviews’ vs some of the other TOZO models.Update: using these regularly, including some times sleeping (where they are on for hours, just swapped in single use mode when i wake up and roll over) and to be honest …. I have only charged them twice and the last time I did, I couldn’t even remember how long it was since the first time i charge them was. it had to be almost 2 weeks and possibly a few hours (and topped off as I swap them using them for sleep music)I still think the NC2’s sound better (maybe my favorite buds or tied with the Earfun Free Pro 2’s) .. but that is just how good the NC2’s sound …. these T6’s still sound GREAT to me and … I’d not be against picking up a backup pair of these in case the price goes up, just like I got a backup pair of NC2’s … I am IMPRESSED by TOZO … I JUST HOPE These buds last (not saying they are haviing issues …to be clear)I am totally happy with my purchase—————————These Tozo T6’s are ones I picked up after seeing how highly they were rated. I have to admit I am not sure what I expected … I mean some “OMG they are the best” reviews on any products sort of make me think they are over-exaggerating, but having said that, these really have impressed me.I am new to BT earbuds but so far I have a number of pairs of buds, includingBluetooth Earbuds I have are TOZO NC2’s, Earfun’s Free Pro 2’s and the Earfun Free Mini’s, Fiil’s T1XS with app support, and Edifier’s TWS1 Pros. It’s going to be too hard right now to compare the sound but I can roughly do it … the fact that I haven’t played with the TWS1 Pro’s a lot (I do love them, for the record) and say the Fiil’s I can judge the sound on, but they have an app with custom EQ settings. I also have to note I do not have any of these for calls … I just cant judge them on that front … listening to music, and watching videos (Youtube, TV shows and movies) on various devices is my main use case.——————————————-Thing to remember:Remember the sound and comfort part is based on a number of things and getting the right ear tip for you, is key … too small and they (ANY earbud) may feel like they fall out easy and in some cases the base of an earbud isn’t as strong “as it should be “ .. too big and not only will you have discomfort, but in my experience the base may seem to be “too much”. The sound insulation (aka passive noise canceling) is really dependent on you getting a good seal in your ear and that means the proper tips … some of this IS trial and error to see which ones are the best for you/——————————————————–Presentation/Unboxing – The presentation and unboxing is not something that blows me away in most cases … if it’s one of those “small brown box with not a lot of printing on it” type boxes .. that’s cool with me. Having said that … I am IMPRESSED. The unboxing of these (AND the NC2s for that matter) shows that “the company cares” … I expected a “meh” experience at worst … but there is something about the unboxing and how everything is together that makes me feel “oh … they went above and beyond here… nice”.——————————————–Sound – This may not be the TOP priority (I mean if they don’t feel good, it doesn’t matter how they sound) but it’s UP THERE for me, near #1. I expected a reasonably good sound but nothing “over the top”. My expectations were more of what I have heard from the Earfun Free Mini’s … good enough and great at times… but just missing a richness (the best way I can describe it). While I have heard better, these T6’s sound a lot better than that description. Before I go further about the sound I totally admit no matter the wired/wireless earbud/headphone I use , I usually have an EQ on … a mix between a U and a V type setting … Bass raised and Treble raised a bit but not a “sharp V” shaped EQ profile … just have to be clear on this. The sound on these may not please a true audiophile but I AM IMPRESSED. Everything lows, mids and highs, are “right where they need to be” and even the punchy base in some rap tracks is clean sounding … the base in my testing does NOT bleed into the mids, making the things sound “muddy” as some people may have seen it described. These have a punchy base at times but it’s not over the top by any means and that is how I like it.Another thing is that things do not sound as wide as some other headphones/earbuds I have heard but still things are not “crammed together” … things in my tests of Jazz, Classic, Rock (typically hard rock, but regular rock too) and Rap … there is room for everything to “breath” sound wise, if that makes sense. I HATE TO over-blow how great the sound is … I mean there are better more expensive options, but these T6 sound a lot better than I was expecting. I have only one other TOZO (though I’d love to try more) product in the NC2’s and I can see why so many LOVE the T6’s. I am not trying to say these are the most “wide” sounding when it comes to sound-stage but they are by no means the most “narrow” either. I like them the way they are.—————————Comparison/Comments about two TOZO products – These T6’s vs The NC2’s -Before I go further since I just mentioned the TOZO NC2’s … THEY ARE an improvement to the T6s .. I love the T6’s do not get me wrong but the sound is just that much crisper and cleaner .. the base IS better on the NC2’s vs the T6’s and … I have “no issue” with the T6 sound. It’s what I love about the T6 … made better, sound wise.If you like this form factor better over the NC2’s stem style design … may be the NC9s or NC7s would be right for you.—————————————————————————–PASSIVE Noise Canceling – I have to say I am IMPRESSED with the passive NC these provide with the “right earbud tips”. I mean I do have to say the NC2’s ACTIVE NC is great and I love it but, these provide far more NC passively than I was expecting .. I ALSO know what ANC in this price range is… I do not expect ANC to “cancel everything out” … even when it say comes to higher end Sony Earbuds. The Tozo T6’s provide GREAT passive noise cancellation with no audio on, however once there is say music playing … things are just drowned out. I have a black Honeywell fan near me, that is on most of the time and when I have the T6’s in and the fan on …. when music is on, I BARELY hear the fan at all. The NC2’s ANC cancels out noise like that VERY WELL, do not get me wrong, but I am just shocked how well the T6’s work blocking noise out when they do not even have ANC.——————————————————————————-Comfort – OF COURSE this is all based on getting the right eartip as I have said before, but after some trials of different sized tips to at least see what the smaller or bigger ones are like …. I have what I like dialed on. I do admit it may be a bit of an issue for some to swap tips (my advise … flip the part of the tip that would be touching your ear around, so you can see the part that goes on the earbud and pull … same thing with putting the new ear tips on… so you can see what you are doing) but once you get the hang of it, it’s easy and … it DOES matter overall …. if the tips are too big they may hurt your ears so it doesn’t matter if they sound good, you will not like your earbuds then. These are also earbuds that I have tried when going to sleep and I have NOT had any discomfort with them. I do “side-sleep” and they are no issue, though I admit in that case I use them one at a time with whatever side of my head faces down, NOT having an earbud in… I wake up and before I turn over I swap the buds… I just know my head on the pillow will trigger the touch controls and doing this method of swapping buds, I have done before with WIRED earbuds … no problem for me.—————————————————————————-Build Quality – I am not going to go overboard and say how TOZO uses premium quality products here, but at the same time note how the build quality is another place where TOZO REALLY impresses me .. with the T6’s they (the buds AND the case) do NOT feel cheap or like corners were cut. I am not saying the case feels “heavy” or anything but there is just a feeling that things are well made … this may be my favorite case among the group of earbuds I mention having. Not saying it’s the smallest but the hinge does not flop shut on it’s own like some others do.—————————————————————————-Controls – These seem decent and I have not had issues when I use them, though I have to be transparent .. I have these paired with an Android TV box, my Firestick 2nd Gen and my laptop. Even when I use them, I am not always using the touch controls.———————————————–Battery Life – I cant say I have had this long enough to really test this vs what is advertised but I am happy with the performance I have experience————————————Con – This is so picky and I don’t care to be honest but there is a voice that tells you they are connected for example .. the issue is when you put the second bud in, there will be say a “connected” over what you are listening to … I have HEARD that is annoying when on a phone call and say swapping buds.. that “connected” from the earbuds over what the other person is saying … I HESITATE to even mention this as a con. BARELY a slight annoyance to me though I admit I do not use these for phone calls… It’s just something I’d like to mentionAnother thing that is picky … the earbuds when taken out of the case have to be flipped around before putting them in your ear … this seems so silly of a thing to mention but the earbud part that has the eartip faces inside of the case and the part that sticks out of your ear is on the outside … that’s all well and good but it does takes muscle memory to always remember to flip them around when taking them out of the case.———————————SummaryI am sure I am forgetting comments I wanted to make but, I DO RECOMMEND the Tozo T6’s, without hesitation .. only having one other TOZO product the NC2’s … I do admit they have the sound I love about the T6’s I love and have improved it. I would not hesitate to recommend either T6s or NC2’s (what many consider the two best TOZO models) to people

So far, so good! Excited to walk in the rain

I got them today, so my experience with these earbuds is pretty limited. I’ve also never had wireless earbuds before – until now, I was using the cheap, wired headphones that came with my iphone. I got really frustrated with the cord always catching on my hands when I was walking, and now that I’m sewing frequently (covid fabric face masks) I had a really hard time tolerating cheap headphones for hours at a time, and I couldn’t play movies or videos loud enough to hear over the sewing machine, especially at night. It also meant I had to take the headphones out if I needed to move to grab things, because the cord isn’t long enough to go around my sewing machine from my laptop and have pretty much any range of motion. The box these come in is surprisingly nice! It’s a sliding box, so it’s easy to open. I think I’m going to keep storing them in that box when I’m not using them for a while, so they’re easier to find and protected. And the case itself is really nice, it’s sturdy and doesn’t feel cheap. I like that it’s magnetized, so the earbuds easily click into place. It’s a little hard to remove the first earbud, but the second comes out easier due to having a little extra space to get your fingers in the case. The earbuds themselves are nice. I’ve had some trouble with the touch controls (especially when I was trying to pick the right size for them, I had one in my ear and I was messing with the other one, and it kept pausing and playing lol) but I think that’ll improve with a little practice. It’s so nice to not have to worry about a cord! The sound seems good, but I think most would after using the ones that came with my phone since 2018.. I am hearing things I never heard in some songs before, which is really cool! Also, my volume is set as low as possible and it’s still decently loud. I’m probably on the other side of the spectrum where I might prefer to be able to have it a little quieter (when I’m just sitting at my desk, without a sewing machine going)The noise cancellation seems decent (but it’s not even a factor in why I purchased these), I’m wearing them now (still at lowest volume) and I can’t really hear my keys clicking on my laptop as I type this. It definitely depends on the music you’re listening to though. I tried classical music and I can hear the click of the keys, though it’s still quieter than normal.Pausing the music, I can hear the clicks more, but it’s still quieter than it would be without them in. I can hear a tiny bit of static with the music paused, but I can also hear electricity in outlets so that might just be me.It takes a little bit of twisting/wiggling to get the earbuds to settle correctly, but they feel pretty secure once they’re in. I like that it comes with multiple sizes, 5 in the box and one already on the earbuds. I tried several, and I’m pretty sure I’m back with the size that was already on them (possibly the size smaller). I haven’t gone running with them yet, so I’m not yet sure just how secure they are, but they don’t feel like they’ll fall out easily compared to my cheap headphones, and they’re a little annoying because obviously I can feel them in my ears, but they definitely don’t hurt to wear.I’m using a wireless charger right now. It didn’t say what the light indicators on the case mean (in the manual), but it seems like the four white dots will all be solid when it’s fully charged? Right now I have two solid, and one blinking. I’m a little concerned as the case is getting a bit hot from the wireless charger, but I’ve never used a wireless charger so maybe that’s not abnormal.I’m very excited to be able to take walks in the rain! I absolutely love the rain, but with my old headphones, I was cautious with water because I don’t think they’re waterproof… It’s really nice that the case is also waterproof, so I don’t have to worry about damaging it if I bring it with me in the rain.I registered for the warranty, which says it’s 18 months on the sticker that came in the box. I think I saw somewhere else that it was a 12 month warranty, so I’m hoping it’s actually the 18 months it says in the box.I will say, the little robot voice that plays with these is so strange. I don’t know if that’s with all bluetooth headphones or just these, so I won’t say it’s a flaw in this product, but it does say things like ‘headset is connected’ and ‘forward’ when you skip a track.Something just happened – my cat came up to me and nuzzled my ear and paused my music with her nose! So these are definitely not cat-proof.I can’t yet comment on battery life or how secure they really are during exercise yet, but I’ll try to come back after I’ve had them for a few days/weeks.I’ll update if anythng happens or changes, but right now everything seems good!!7.22.20 updateYou can use each individually, absolutely no problems! You don’t have to worry about pairing each one. I took one out of the case and it immediately paired with my phone. Then, I took the other one and it also paired, and I put the first one back in the case to charge. Totally seamless and so easy to do! Helps me a ton for when I want to just use one, when I need to hear things around me but still want to listen to music/audiobooks. The only weird thing is when you grab the second one (like if you wanted to use both) it says primary or secondary in each one, which is annoying. I still don’t appreciate that these talk to me (except saying on/off, but even that isn’t necessary to me). But it’s quick, so I guess it’s not a big deal. If I’m listening to an audiobook or something, it’s probably best to pause it for a few seconds though so you don’t miss something.11.27.22They’re still going strong! I still use them every time I go for a long walk, and they’re holding up well. The frustrating thing is if I happen to take a few weeks without using them, I do have to charge them again, even if they were completely charged. When the case runs out of charge, they automatically pair with my phone/laptop, because they can’t tell they’re in the case, and that can be annoying. I still love them, though!!

Not perfect, but they sound good

Updated Additional Information for 12/4/2023:It has an app?One thing I wasn’t aware of when I wrote my original review (below) is that TOZO offers an app for such features like updating the firmware, changing EQ settings and changing the touch programming. If you don’t like the rather heavy bass that these buds offer, you can tune it down with the app’s EQ settings. In fact, the EQ settings area allows you to craft your own preferred EQ sound settings and save it your own favorite, named preset.Admittedly, it didn’t even dawn on me that there was an app for these buds (it also seems many buyers are unaware), but I also didn’t read through the user guide with close inspection either. If you have an Android or Apple phone, you can download the TOZO app to perform such tasks as updating the firmware, change the touch features and to craft custom EQ settings. Some of the reviews stating the bass is too high and that link loss may be a problem seem to be unaware that an app is available to update the firmware and craft EQ settings. Updating the firmware may solve a lot of the disconnect problems and improve the bud performance. I also recommend turning off such settings as “Hey Siri” or “Ok Google” on your phone, which can run down ear bud batteries more rapidly by making them listen for these phrases constantly.I did update firmware on these T6 buds, but I haven’t yet been able to determine if the touch sensor is any better as a result. Also, I have gotten used to the “plugged” feeling when using these ear buds, even though I didn’t initially like it as stated below. I still prefer buds and phones which are open air and don’t need to plug the canal, but these buds are actually great a blocking out sound other what’s produced by the bud itself. This sound blocking feature is great when using noisy electric tools, such as leaf blowers. One feature these buds desperately need is to announce not only “Power On”, but to announce “Power On — Left” or “Power On — Right”. Because both buds are identical in shape, it’s easy to mix up the left and right buds and store them in the case in the wrong order. This means you continually keep putting them in the wrong ear. There is an L and R printed microscopically on each bud, but you’ll need a magnifying glass to see it, especially on the black model. When pulling the bud from the case, each bud needs to announce whether it is Left or Right so you can insert them into the correct ear and back into the case correctly. Alternatively, the case needs to identify which bud is which either through an LED light or by not charging unless they inserted as Left in Left and Right in Right. One other thing is that the buds need a small amount of a silicone grip placed onto the big part of the bud. This allows for gripping the bud more easily either with fingers or when wearing cold weather gloves. These buds can be quite slippery at times, making it difficult to pull it from the case.Previous Review:These TOZO wireless earbuds are nearly as easy to use as Apple’s Airpods. Unfortunately, they’re not quite as convenient. Because these are earbuds, they require being stuck into the ear canal with a good solid seal. The rubbery ear pieces given are a little too slick for my liking. Instead of wanting to stick to the ear canal and stay in place, they’re slippery and like to fall out. If you jam them into the ear, they’ll typically stay in… at least for a time. Eventually, as you move around or talk, they’ll work their way loose and need to be jammed back in. You’ll know this when the bass response goes away. Expect to readjust these often. As for the touch sensor, that’s really the weakest feature of these headphones. It works when it wants to work. You can tap the touch sensor and get no response. You can do this multiple times in a row and still get no response. Sometimes you can tap it and get an instant response. The erratic nature of the touch sensor makes it frustrating to use for activating Siri or for changing the volume. As for the audio quality, once you can get the earbuds situated properly into the ear canal, they sound great (bass and treble). The problem is, you have to plug up your ears entirely to get that sound quality. I’m not really a fan of that plugged up feeling after jamming earbuds into my ears. I prefer when headphones remain more open air, like the AirPods, and are still able to deliver rich bass along with crisp highs. Unfortunately, when the TOZO don’t get a proper ear seal, the bass on these earbuds simply doesn’t deliver.4 stars for the price versus value. 1 star removed for the inconvenience of needing to readjust the buds frequently combined with the erratic touch sensor.

Awesome earbuds – still work great after 1 year and 8 months.

I just happened to see these earbuds in my account, and thought I’d write a quick review. I bought these in April of 2022. At the time I purchased these, I had already bought and tried either two or three other sets, and I had nothing but problems out of each of them. When I bought this set of earbuds, the problems were over. They work great, have a great sound, I never have any connectivity issues, and they have a great battery life. They still have a great battery life, and it’s going on two years that I’ve had these.I usually use these at work, so normally I’m only using one earbud at a time. That way I can still hear everything going on around me if I need to. That makes it even better for using these, because if the battery runs low on the earbud I’m using, I just stick it in the charger and grab the other one and listen through it. If you are using both earbuds, the sound quality is really impressive.I’m not often or easily impressed by many products, but I am still very impressed with these earbuds. Whenever they eventually stop working, I’ll definitely get another set.

    A great set of earbuds.

This is a review of the Tozo T6 Earbuds…I purchased this as a backup for a set of Tozo T10’s that I’ve owned since March of 2021. The T10’s are great and I use them extensively. The T6 is a similar style. The sound of both is exceptional as far as quality compared to earbuds sold at a much higher price. When I first tried them on, I couldn’t hear a good bass response and they sounded somewhat “tinny”. After changing out the rubber ear cups a couple of times to find a better fit, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the problem was that the fit was the problem and not the earbuds. One of the things I love about the T6 is that there is a Tozo app in the app store that you can use to adjust the equalizer to customize the sound specifically to your listening preferences. The only unfortunate thing about the app is that I can’t connect my older devices to it since they apparently aren’t supported.Noise cancellation is good as my wife has to signal me when she’s talking to me if I’m not looking at her since I can’t hear her. She also says the sound from the mics is good when I speak with her on the phone through the buds. Two things I think would be helpful:1. The text on the Quick Guide & Instruction Manual is extremely small and you literally need a magnifying glass to read it so it would be nice to have that bigger.2. Mark the charging case with the brand and model number. There are no markings at all on it so I could confuse it with something else since I have lots of electronic “stuff”. Once again, Whiteout to the rescue. You can extend the warranty to 18 months if you scan the barcode on the wrapper for the case and fill out the info. You don’t have to create an account, just your email and the order number.Overall a good value which I would highly recommend.

    Blocked out Taylor Swift

I ordered and returned multiple types/brands of earbuds from Amazon. The only brand so far that fits me comfortably is Tozo. These are my second pair. The bass quality is excellent. The battery life is absolutely superior to any other Bluetooth devices I’ve used. I use my ear buds for approximately 5hrs a day and then place them on my charging case. Even on days when I’ve used them for 8hrs I did not have to recharge them. As far as charging the actual case they come in, well I may have to do that once a week. That’s a huge benefit for me.As far as blocking out background noise, I’ve NEVER EVER owned any earbuds that blocked out noise as good as these. To put it into perspective here is an example. I took my daughter and friend to see the Taylor Swift Concert Movie….3 hrs of Taylor Swift is 3hrs too long for me. Anywho I figured I would try my earbuds out to see if they blocked out the movie. They COMPLETELY blocked out T Swift! I was listening to white noise, a little music etc. and I couldn’t hear the movie. Of course when my music was switching songs I could hear it. I was a VERY happy camper to say the least! The only concern I have is they tend to cut in and out. I don’t get a message saying they’re disconnected it’s as if a record skipped out something.

Way better than expected! Great for the price.

I bought these earbuds a little over three months ago. The main reason I got them was because I was going on vacation, and I wanted some waterproof earbuds to listen to music and podcasts in the pool. I also didn’t want to take my Airpod Pros with me for international travel, since I was worried about losing them. I figured I’d buy a cheap pair of waterproof earbuds, and if I lost them or they broke from the water or something, no big deal. Now I use them almost every day. Honestly I’d say the sound quality is about as good as normal Airpods (not Pros), and they’re noise canceling which is nice. I still prefer my Airpod Pros when listening to music, but these earbuds are better in two ways: they’re waterproof, and they’re better for talking on the phone.Like I said, I didn’t expect these to last a long time, so I’m okay with risking water damage. But so far, they’ve been truly waterproof and held up great. I wear these almost every day in the shower to listen to podcasts or audiobooks. My only problem is, the water can make the earbuds think you’re touching them, making it pause, or raise/lower the volume. But that’s not a huge problem since it doesn’t happen very often and it’s easy enough to fix. Any earbuds with touch controls would have the same issue in water.Airpod Pros have an issue where the noise canceling can mistake your voice for noise, so when you talk to someone on the phone it mutes your voice and they can’t hear you. If I’m using my Airpods when I get a call, I’ll actually take them out and put these in instead. I’ve asked my family and friends how my voice sounds, and they unanimously can’t tell if I’m speaking through the phone or Bluetooth because it sounds the same.I honestly can’t believe I’m still using these regularly 3 months later. They were supposed to just be a cheap pair of earbuds that I wouldn’t care about damaging or losing, but they turned out to be pretty nice. Now if I broke or lost them, I’d definitely buy a replacement pair, as they fill a niche in my life where they actually perform better than Airpod Pros in certain situations.

Great earbuds while working long shifts.

I bought these back in Jan of 2021 so I have something to listen to while I’m at work. While you might not get more than 4 or 5 hours listening to them with both buds in your ears, I usually keep one in at a time while the other is charging in its case; doing this makes one bud combine stereo sound into mono which is good if you need to be able to hear your surroundings with your other ear while at work. They are very discrete, no lights stay on during use if that is a concern. The touch button makes it easy to pause whatever you’re listening to and resume real fast. Since I’ve bought them almost 3 years ago they still work, though they buds themselves are starting to not last as long so I am going to buy another set since $25 for a good pair of wireless headphones every 3 years seems pretty darn good and can use my old one’s as backup. Oh, and I also love I can just drop them on a wireless charger after a 12 hour shift without even thinking about it. And an extra tip for keeping them working longer, if the buds ever start not charging correctly, the contact points on the buds and in the case itself might need to be cleaned with some isopropyl alcohol and a q-tip.

A pair of solid earbuds with a few small criticisms

TLDR (full review below):Update the firmware if things are oddly bad, it helped a lot for me, raised all scores, 3 star to 4 starGood sounding earbuds, especially at the $40 sale price point. They sometimes miss on details from complex songs and will leave some people hanging in terms of bass level, but shine in vocal performance, especially for refined content like TV shows or podcasts.Epic Music = 4/5Jazz = 4/5Electronic = 4/5Choral (and podcasts) = 4.5/5Rock = 3.5/5YouTube/Twitch = 4/5Netflix/Hulu/etc = 4.5/5Controls = 4/5Comfort = 3.5/5——————————————————————–To start off, the unboxing experience is fine, there is nothing wrong right off the bat. The earbuds are easy to pair and fit nicely in my ears with the default eartips. They are not too heavy at first impression and are adjustable to a pretty comfortable spot. Not having a wire resting on my hair and neck also feels nice. So far so good. When I initially started working with these earbuds, I was pretty disappointed. There were a lot of issues with some mid and high sounds, like violins, as well as problems with the bass. And I thought, ‘if there are problems on all parts of the spectrum, this is pretty disappointing…’ However, after looking into things a bit further, things were oddly inconsistent, so I decided to scour around on the internet a bit. I found on the Tozo website there was a firmware update APK, so I thought I would give it a try. Turns out it helped a massive amount. A lot of the confusing distortion went away and the mid and high sounds are much cleaner. The only comment I would make about this is it would be nice to have this firmware bundled with the earbuds themselves. And if that’s not a possibility, then make the APK more official seeming. Downloading that APK and installing it on my device from local storage does scare me a bit, as that is a much more insecure method. I would much rather see it come from the Play Store if possible.—Anyway, to the actual review. Starting off with film-score/epic music. Featuring albums like The Avengers/Pirates of the Caribbean film score or creators like Two Steps From Hell/Audiomachine. The earbuds handle the complex, layered audio of the genre decently well. I did find myself missing some fairly minor details in songs that I know are there, but nothing major was out of place or missing. A solid 4/5.Moving to jazz music, the earbuds kick it up a bit. Featuring artists like Frank Sinatra, John Coltrane, Snarky Puppy, and Gordon Goodwin. The vocals start to shine more and the brass really pops, while not losing any of the drumline or too much bass. Delivered good quality for earbuds, with the only complaint being sometimes I missed the bass a bit much. Again, 4/5 overall.Heading to electronic, the music is now from artists like The Glitch Mob, Daft Punk, Celldweller, and MitiS. The story is the same as both the above. The bass is sometimes missing from those crucial songs and sometimes details is lost in others. But here, the mid and high focus does more songs justice, so I’ll have to give them another 4/5.Switching gears to choral music, I really had enjoyed the vocal profiles that these earbuds had showed in other genres, and that really shines here. The only complaint is missing my brothers in the basses sometimes. But a 4.5/5 nonetheless.I finish off my music playlists with (classic) rock. Considering the problems in the past, I expect these earbuds to struggle a bit, and they do. Coming from artists like DragonForce, AC/DC, and Led Zeppelin, these are the songs I want to crank and get some punch. But the bass just doesn’t quite deliver like I’d want it to. If you’re more into the R&B, funk, soul, and other genres of “oldies”, you’ll have a better time, but as it is, I give these a 3.5/5Flipping the coin over to YouTube and Twitch, nothing in the earbuds really turned me away from a specific video or stream. Which is more than enough for me, especially if I’m going to be moving around, watching these on my phone. Easily a 4/5.Finally, checking out Netflix, Hulu, and other content streaming services, things went perfectly fine. The more refined audio of these platforms definitely shows up over amateur content creators of YouTube and Twitch, and I never found myself wanting to move to my phone speakers or go through the trouble of moving my headphones. A nice 4.5/5.—Finally, there’s the control and comfort level. I read some people disliked the touch controls as it was very receptive when putting the earbuds in the ears. And this is true. However, its not something that’s too annoying for me, and handling them around the tips isn’t too hard to get adjusted to. The controls themselves are intuitive and only took me around an hour to get used to and take advantage of. I still prefer using my phone for volume level, but its the best that can be done with the limited interface. 4/5As for comfort, I find these are a bit uncomfortable after prolonged usage (2.5+ hours), causing the outside of my eardrums to feel a bit sore. So that is slightly problematic as I am a computer worker, so I deal with a lot of listening time. But they have a redeeming side, which is laying down on my side to watch content in bed or on the couch is not horribly uncomfortable and actually tolerable for comfort and performance for shorter amounts of time, which is great for me, a side-sleeper. This gives them another 4/5.—So overall, I like the buds, and will have to see how I grow into them. A solid 4/5 pair overall, and would likely recommend if they are ever on sale for the $40 I got them at.

Almost Perfect – but Well Worth the Money!!!!

UPDATE: after using the earbuds for a month I wanted to update my original review and add a star. These are fantastic for the money, the bass is actually not bad, but they do lack a little in the mid to highs, but not enough to take away that last star. Oh, they also taught me that my left ear is smaller than my right ear. It kept falling out but I was able to change the ear tip and wala, perfect fit!If your looking for the reason for my 4 Star rating then please go to Sound Quality below. Please don’t allow my rating to discourage you from purchasing a pair of T6 earbuds, I wanted to provide a fair and honest review and the TOZO T6 is a great value!!!PACKAGING / INSTRUCTIONSPackaging of the TOZO T6 is just outstanding. The box is clean and crisp and really adds to the enjoyment when opening for the first time. Everything is tight and well protected. The instructions are easy to understand but include 6 languages in a fairly small booklet. The print type is small but not to the point you can’t read it, but it would be nice if the touch instructions were a little larger. A separate single fold instruction page is provided regarding “Wearing Steps” “Left Ear Bud” “Right Ear Bud” and “How to Pair”. It’s a larger reprint of instructions except for the touch operation. Again it’s a little too small as they attempt to include all 6 languages in a very small space. Make certain to pull the ear bud caps out of the box to access the charging cord located in a smaller box behind.OUT OF THE BOXI was especially impressed that both the earbuds and charging case were fully charged! I hate getting a new toy only to have to wait while I charge it, and being able to have the ear buds working right out of the box was a pleasant surprise.SIZEThe size of the charging case is perfect for a pocket. I travel a lot and have lost a few pair of expensive earbuds, but this is my first pair of true wireless earbuds. The case fits in the palm of your hand and the earbuds fit nicely in the case, held in place by magnets. The lid only opens halfway which does make it a little difficult to remove the earbuds from the case. There small and a little difficult to get a finger on the side where the lid is located and it would help if the lid folded completely out of the way. The earbuds are small and do not stick too far out from my ears. They are noticeable but are not too large. The ear caps do seal nicely and this does provide some noise cancelling capabilities.FIT AND FINISHI’ve always had problems with earbuds staying in my ears and this was a reason I hestitated. I’ve found that only the earbuds that have an additional extension inside the ear works for me and that ear caps alone have always fell out and are uncomfortable. However, the ear caps installed in the T6 fit perfectly and are snug in both ears, right out of the box. I can shake my head and they don’t move, and while I’m no runner I would think these would stay in place while exercising. If they don’t fit out of the box there are 6 other sized ear caps from very small to very large. I would be surprised if you are unable to find a set that does not work for you. This is a quality product and the case and earbuds are well made.CHARGINGI received a charging pad as a Christmas gift but my phone case is not compatible. I threw it in a drawer hoping that a future phone would work, and so I was happy to be able to use a charging pad for the very time. It works perfectly with the T6 charging case and I’ll probably never use a cord.SOUND QUALITYSo this is where I had to deduct a star from my rating. First, unless you are using specialized equipment to measure the audio output, an assessment of the sound quality is subjective. I’m not unhappy with the quality of sound when I remind myself of how much I paid for these earbuds, but I would have been disappointed had I paid $200. The lack of bass is my biggest compliant and the T6 just does not have enough of it. The highs are just not as crisp as they could be, and so the sound is a little lacking, middle of the spectrum sort of speak. They have good volumn and if your not an audio perfectionist these are a great value.CONCLUSION / RECOMMENDATIONI really wanted to give these a 5 Star rating, but the sound quality is a little flat. I could have easily gave a 5 stars rating had I factored in the exceptional value of these earbuds, but I do believe the T6 falls short of the description regarding their audio capabilities. These are however top notch and I am not in the least bit unhappy, I just wanted to provide a fair and honest review. I strongly recommend the T6 unless you’re looking for audio protection or if you don’t have the cash for an expensive pair of earbuds.

Very good value for the money – pretty good sound, too

I was looking for an alternative to airpods because for the price Apple charges, they only sound “okay”, don’t filter external sounds very well, and they just won’t stay in my ears. I poked around Amazon one day until I found these. First of all, the price grabbed my attention. I tend to lose or misplace headphones. Also, I know that the tiny little (non-replaceable) rechargeable batteries inside these types of wireless earbuds have limited lifespans and once you reach their cycle count, you just have to throw them away. So if I somehow managed to never lose or misplace my wireless earbuds, I’d eventually have to throw them away. I don’t really like the idea of throwing away a few hundred bucks because a simple battery expiration, but that’s what will eventually happen with any wireless earbud. So for less than $40 (at the time of this review), how do these compare to standard Airpods? The sound is easily on par, and in my opinion they actually sound better because like common earbuds, these actually have replaceable tips (of various sizes, of course) which make them fit snugly inside your ear, creating more of an airtight seal. But they also seem to actually have a better response curve than standard Airpods, with a cleaner resulting sound. These buds are slightly heavier than airpods – according to my scale they are about 4.5 grams each, compared to around 4 grams for the airpods. This is a 25% difference though normally a half a gram should hardly be noticeable. But in this case you might notice the difference due to the shape of these buds. The Tozo earbuds are more like dense plugs, with most of the mass levered outside of your ear canal. The airpods, by comparison, with their teardrop shape have the majority of their mass located within the portion that fits inside your outer ear, with a low mass stem left hanging outside of the ear. The sensation isn’t uncomfortable with the Tozos, but it is noticeable. The Tozos tend to stay in place in my ears much better than airpods, but if I’m wearing them outside in the heat or during an intense workout they tend to fall out of my ears frequently until I stop and dry up some sweat. Indoors they will stay put as long as I want them to.Ease of Use – From a configuration standpoint, the Airpods have the advantage with their simple (for iPhone) pairing process which is about as automated as it could be. On an iPhone, the Tozos go through a typical pairing sequence just like any other generic bluetooth device. Not a deal breaker but the pairing process for the Airpods stands out due to its user friendliness. You can pair the Tozos to more than one device, but to switch between them you will likely have to go into the device settings and manually disconnect from the first device before having the 2nd device connect. It would be nice if this process could be streamlined.MFB Touch Panel – The Tozos have a “MFB Touch” panel which provides touch controls. A single tap on either bud serves as play/pause. A quick double tap skips forward (right bud) or backwards (left bud). If you tap and hold either bud while sound is playing, the volume will increase (right bud) or decrease (left bud). This is convenient but it would be nice if you could disable this feature as there are times when I’m simply adjusting the bud in one of my ears and end up inadvertently stopping the playback (or worse) skipping the track. To make it a bit more annoying, the MFB Touch panel seems to be inconsistent – sometimes when I intentionally tap it to perform a given action, it responds with an annoying delay or not at all.Sound cancellation – there is no active sound cancellation circuit – it’s all passive sound isolation due to the seal provided by the tips. But these do a pretty good job of passively attenuating outside sounds, so you need to pay attention to your surroundings when you’re wearing them, as you won’t hear a lot of things over your music.I don’t use these very often for phone calls, but they seem to be acceptable if you’re placing the call from a relatively quiet environment. In noisier environments, their background noise rejection doesn’t seem to be as good as Airpods, so people on the other end of the call may have a bit more trouble hearing you.Reliability – so far I’ve only had one issue with my earbuds. I purchased them in March of this year, but by July I had an issue with the charging capsule where it wouldn’t charge my buds unless it remained plugged into USB power. It’s like the battery inside the capsule has already expired. I contacted TOZO support via the provided email address and after a few exchanges they sent me a brand new T6 set.So while the product itself is maybe closer to a 4* when you consider everything I gave it 5* because at the current price of under $40 I think it represents a great value for the money and they sound pretty good, too.

    Good Budget Buds

I’m fairly impressed with the TOZO T6. No active noise cancellation, but because these are plug-in versus open air, it cuts out a lot of outside noise. Sound quality is good, but the bass is okay. I prefer a little bit more bass when listening to my music. Bluetooth distance is great. I can walk 25 feet away from my phone without a problem and no loss of quality assuming no wall is blocking the reception. Battery life is good for these buds. Love that the case can hold a charge so I can use them longer with plugging in the charger. I wish the case charger would have a percentage meter like some of the other TOZO earbuds instead of four lights. Since the earbuds come with different size earbuds, I found a good fit and they wear comfortably in my ears. I use these while biking on my treadmill and they don’t have any problem staying on.

    ❤️LOVE ❤️

Glad I found these earbuds. They are more comfy and work as well as the way more expensive noise canceling wireless head phones I bought beforehand. I only wish I would have found them before the more expensive head phones. I could have saved a lot of $$$. These earbuds work great. I didn’t have any trouble with the set up and I’m using this one pair with two different phs for music & podcasts. I have a samsung and a iPhone and they work great with both phones. I’d also mention the fit. I’ve tried different earbuds over the years and never had any luck at all. I have tiny ears/canals and couldn’t ever find any earbud that would stay in. I’ve not had that problem with these. It’s like once inserted they stay put. I like that. The sound quality is also pretty awesome considering the cost which can’t be beat. I’d definitely recommend this brand of earbud if you’re looking for a pair.

    These are great

I have tried several different types of earbuds but these are the best so far. I tried the tonal dots T12 and I sent them back because they just didn’t sound good. Also, the noise cancellation was terrible, and the mic on phone calls was terrible. Then I tried the skullcandy spoke earbuds. Sound was great but battery life was awful. I tried jlab air pop. These are great with phone calls but the sound was a bit tinny. T6 is the best. Great with phone calls, music sounds great, battery life is great. These are my second pair of t6 and I am still pleased with the quality and the affordability.

    Small but mighty!!

Tozo T6 wireless ear budsThey truly are small but mighty!I’ve been buying and using various versions of Tozo wireless ear buds since I first discovered them on Amazon in Dec. 2020 when I purchased them as a gift for my nephew, per his recommendation. He wrote me back later and raved that he LOVED them!To that point, I’d never heard of Tozo nor owned any of their products myself, but his feedback motivated me to do some extensive research, and this brand came out on top (in my non-technical evaluation) as the best quality product for the price. This particular version is the T6 I’m reviewing is actually an upgraded version from their previous iteration and I bought them as an upgraded pair for that same nephew. He tells me he just loves the improvements:1. Added wireless charging;2. Better battery life3. Faster charging4. Better internals = better sound5. More expansive integration with their downloadable app that allows you a multitude of EQ selections. A few preprogrammed EQs (hip hop, EDM, deep base, etc. or his favorite which is to create a custom EQ suited to his listening preferences). (We tested this set together).I’m certainly no audiophile but I do love music, streaming video and also the ability to use blue tooth ear buds with my iPhone and laptop, as I exclusively work from my remote office. I have personally purchased 6 other Tozo ear buds for gifts and my own personal use.My honest feelings are you cannot go wrong with their products. I trust them so much and have loved (not liked, loved) every one of them that I’ve purchased and continue to use extensively daily!

TOZO T6 are Worth the Unboxing!

I have used my TOZO T6 earbuds for a few days now and I am very impressed! They fit very snugly yet they are still very comfortable and block out outside noise. They have been perfect for exercising at the gym or wearing at work. The music reproduction sounds wonderful. The earbuds have an equalizer app that you can download and use with a phone or a tablet to set the equalizer for jazz, rock, etc. or you can personalize the sound to fit your personal taste for listening. The drivers produce plenty of base yet they are still very balanced! I have used the microphone for work phone calls and personal phone calls. Callers on the other end have confirmed the sound quality from the microphone is excellent! The T6’s are waterproof IXP8, so you are safe if you get stuck in the rain while using them or you want to be near the pool and take a call or listen to music! The buds hold power for hours while listening to music and making calls. I used mine for about 4 hours before placing them back in the charging case and they never died! The charging case can be charged wirelessly or with the included type – c charging cable. Overall you get a lot of bang for the buck with these buds!

    Best earbuds hands down!

I have been using many earbuds for quite some time. However, I decided to purchase Tozo earbuds due to an enticing Thanksgiving deal. Upon its arrival, I was impressed by the earbuds’ sleek packaging, which included a charging cable and various ear tips. The earbuds themselves felt like a premium product, exuding an aura of high quality.Regarding the earbuds’ quality, I must commend their exceptional design. After listening to music for three continuous hours, I experienced no discomfort in my ears, unlike with earbuds from other brands I’ve used in the past. Additionally, the music’s sound was remarkably crisp, and the bass was exceptionally well-balanced. I wholeheartedly recommend these earbuds to anyone seeking a superior audio experience. In fact, I’m considering purchasing another pair for my wife.

    very comfortable

Worth the price, I had a national name brand and paid 4 times the price for them and didn’t even last a year. I use them for listening to books and watching movies and shows. Found on music they are a little heavy on the bass. I was hoping for noise cancelling feature which they don’t have but the tight fit does eliminate the outside noise. TOZO been making quality earbuds for years and are the only ones I own anymore and my kids like them as well. Not sure why people would spend so much money on the nationally marketing ear buds and pay 3, 4 & 5 + times more for them when TOZO have the same sound quality. Probably they want to promote an image they have a national brand but who really cares. Maybe that why TOZO has hundreds of thousands of reviews because people realized they can get the same quality at a much better price.

Surprising Quality for a low price

As a professional sound engineer for 32 years, the sound quality is quite good. If you’re a fan of fat end lows, these ear buds don’t disappoint. However, they can be a little over-bass-ee depending on what you’re listening to when enjoying your music. For phone conversation, sound quality has been excellent. Bluetooth connectivity has been successful around 97% of the time where phone calls are concerned ( this of course may vary due to what phone you may be using) but my Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra seems to have handled pairing these ear buds with little to no issues.Overall, if you’re looking for a reliable set of ear buds with good sound quality and connectivity for an affordable price, these will definitely fit the bill without breaking the bank.

Great product for the value and if you keep losing your earbuds…

I have had 3 pairs of these already. I am notorious for losing my wireless earbuds. I love these because they fit well in my ear (they come with different size coverings as well), the sound quality is really good, and they are a great price. It’s easy to pause and adjust volume while you’re listening as well. To be clear, they don’t work great for cancelling out outside noise, but I’m ok with that. I use that while I’m running or just listening to something around the house. I can hear some noise from the treadmill while I’m running but it’s not enough to affect my listening experience. When I inevitably lose them, I don’t feel bad like I would an expensive pair of airpods or other expensive brand. I definitely recommend. And my wife loves them too when I bought her a pink pair when she lost her others!

Great set of earbuds only lacking in the aesthetic.

I love Tozo’s products! I have had several of their earbuds over the years. This pair provides quality sound and amazing battery life for a great price. The one point I do not like is how the earbuds fit in my ears. This may not be a problem for others, but for me, the end of the earbuds stick out uncomfortably out of my ears. Sometimes they fall out and I frequently have to adjust them. These earbuds do come with several tip options for different size ear holes. Unfortunately for me, none of them fit me quite right. Overall, great earbuds and would recommend to others!

    Great sound and battery life

I have owned a pair of T6 for quite some time and they are definitely my “go to” ear buds. I use them to listen to music and podcasts when exercising, working around the house, or in my studio. The case is compact and, because it charges the ear buds, I can often go weeks without charging anything. I can often listen for several hours per day. I haven’t kept close track of how many hours I can get out of one charge, but it’s perfectly satisfactory for my needs. I judge that based on the fact that I rarely think about charging the case. The case has held up great even though I carry it around in my jacket pocket almost all the time. It’s a good, compact size as well, so it isn’t filling my pocket either. I recommend these.

Good buds at a bargain price!

I have been using a pair of Tozo A1s for the last couple of years. They weren’t to bad, not great audio quality but they fit my ears pretty well and got the job done. Decided move up the earbud ladder so I order a set of Klipsch earbuds. The sound was pretty good but in less than 24 hours the tap buttons on the earbuds started failing. Returned those with great disappointment to Amazon.Searching Amazon earbuds I came across these T6s. The reviews were pretty positive and based on my current Tozo figured for $21 why not. I am very pleased with this purchase. The sound quality and volume is so much better than the A1s. They are actually on par with my wired Klipsch earbuds. One downside is they are a little larger than the A1s and don’t fit my narrow ear canals quite as well. The second issue is rather than having a USB “C” they have USB “B” connections. The B is indexed so you have a little more issue getting the plug in the correct direction to charge the case. Other than that, these earbuds are a bargain!

    Real good

Tozo T6 Ergonomic model, I like these earbuds. Good sound and clarity, I don’t know how they compare to the previous T6 models. Or to more expensive earbuds, I do know how they compare with soundcore life dot 2S. I have been using those for a year now. I would have to say the life dot has better base. The T6 has better sound clarity. The base is good. Just not great, Fortunately on the app you can customize the EQ. I like to put the mids to the max. The base just slightly under the mids. The treble just slightly under the base. That seems to have the best results. I was very surprised by how small the charging case is. It can easily fit in a pocket. The battery life on these seems to be pretty good. They don’t have noise cancelation. However you can get good cancelation with the right ear tips, I prefer the Spinfit CP360

    Comfort & Clarity

Upon receiving my T6 earbuds & fully charging them, I was impressed with how easily they paired & connected to my laptop. They were truly comfortable; I almost forgot I was wearing them. I have very eclectic music tastes, yet I found that regardless of what I was listening to, the reproduction was excellent!I was already familiar with Tozo products through purchasing a set of NC9 buds & connecting them to my cell phone. I found that by downloading/installing the Tozo app, I had remarkable flexibility in shaping the frequency response I desired, depending on what I was listening to at the time. Considering the economical pricing of the Tozo products, along with the free app for defining your music-listening style, you really cannot go wrong with these earbuds! One very happy customer! And, BTW, the tech support via email is fast and responsive!

Great wireless earbuds for the gym! Full Review

Update 07/15/2020:After 9 months, one of my earbuds stopped functioning, however I emailed Tozo support and inquired about the 1 year warranty. After trying a few troubleshooting tips they suggested, my earbud was still not functioning. After replying back to Tozo support, they said they would ship a replacement. Great support from Tozo!Update 07/12/2020:After 9 months, my right earbud has stopped working completely. I don’t use these daily, maybe a a few times per month, and only for 1-2 hours at a time max if I go on a long walk. Although I initially said these were great (they do sound great), since they only lasted 9 months with minimal use, I am not sure how durable/reliable they are, unless I just happened to get a bad pair.Original Review:I just got these earbuds and I am really happy with them so far. My main use for these is to wear while working out at the gym. Since these earbuds are not name brand and less than $100, they are considered “cheap”. However, to me they are a great alternative to more expensive earbuds like AirPods, Echo Buds and Pixel Buds etc. Here is a review:What You Get In the Box:- Earbuds- Case- USB Cable- Instructions- Several different sizes of ear tipsPairing:Pairing these earbuds is really simple. All you have to do it take them out of the case and then you will see them available in your bluetooth settings.Touch Controls:The touch controls work great, but they are a little sensitive. Since the size of these earbuds is so small, it is easy to accidentally touch the controls even if you don’t mean too. However, it’s not a huge deal most of the time.Fit:These earbuds come with several ear tips, so most people should be able to find a size that works for them. Also, when you insert these earbuds, you give them a little twist to make them fit even more secure in your ear. I also like how they are compact and don’t have the long “Stick” piece that AirPods have that protrude outside of your ears. I wear these to the gym and they have yet to fall out.Sound Quality:I can’t compare these to AirPods or any other more expensive brand name earbuds, but these sound really good to me. Admittedly I am not an expert, but these have a nice rich sound to them. If you pick the ear tip that is the right size for you, they do a good job of sealing the audio in your ear, as well as keeping unwanted sound out.Charging:These can charge via USB cable, or if you have a wireless charger that works too. I have a wireless charger iPhone stand and as a test, I placed the earbud case on it. As expected, the case started to charge, so I can verify that it works fine.Battery Life:I haven’t used these more than an hour or two at a time, so for me battery life is not an issue, however I believe these are supposed to last at least 4-5 hours per charge.Case:The case is about 1 inch thick and 2 inches tall. One of the reasons I picked these earbuds over some of the other options is that I wanted a fairly compact carrying case to keep in my pocket while I am at the gym. This case to me is the perfect size. It seems pretty sturdy and makes a satisfying “click” when you close the lid. The earbuds are also held in the case magnetically. It can however be a little difficult to remove the earbuds from the case since they sit very snug in the case and the earbuds themselves are very smooth, so there isn’t much to grab onto. There are also 4 tiny lights on the case that give you a visual indicator of how much charge is left in the case. Finally, at the button of the case is a small rubber cap that you can remove to access the mini USB charging port.Overall Build Quality:The earbuds and case are both made out of plastic, but they both feel sturdy enough. These earbuds are also supposed to be water proof, which I have yet try. I’ll try to provide an update once I’ve had these a little longer.Price:I purchased these for $69, and that is considered a “Cheap” earbud. You can actually find some cheaper options, but these happen to have all the features I wanted in a good price range. They don’t have all the features that other earbuds like AirPods, Echo Buds and PixelBuds may have, but I also really didn’t care for any of those extra features and these cost much less.Warranty:If you register your earbuds on the Tozo site, they offer a 1 year warranty.Final Review:If you want a solid set of wireless earbuds that sound good and are relatively inexpensive, give these consideration.Pros:Nice small caseGood priceGood sound qualityThey stay in your earsCons:Touch controls are easy to accidentally “touch” since they earbuds are so smallCan be difficult to remove from the case since the case is compact and the earbuds are very smooth (nothing to grip on)

    Good earbuds

I’ve bought 4 pairs of these earbuds and only one had an issue with the actual product that made me get a new pair (I lose things easy). They’re good quality, especially for the price. But, because I’ve ordered so many I’ve learned that the voice is different in every single new pair I buy, which isn’t necessarily a bad thing, just strange. The only issues I’ve had with these was the case on my first pair stopped charging on the right side, but the earbuds still worked great. The other issue was with my last pair where the sensor on one earbud broke or was really finicky so it was annoying for the commands. Genuinely a good earbud, I wouldn’t say it’s so awesome and whatever but the earbuds are quality. They are really good at noise canceling, I often annoy my friends because I can’t hear them calling my name, so bonus points for that.Update: I literally dropped an earbud into water for a good 15 seconds and it just works as it did before. I now shower with them in and haven’t had an issue, but the sensors on the earbuds get a little annoying when the water touches it, which isn’t really an issue. I love these earbuds.

Worked great for about a year and a half

I bought this in April 2022. I’ve had no problems at all with them until the last month or so when the internal battery in the case seems to have lost its capacity. I charge it overnight and its down to 2 lights (~30% battery) almost immediately. The earbuds themselves still have a great battery life and easily get me through the work day without needing to charge.I thought about trying to replace the internal battery, but it appears as part of the waterproofing, the case is glued shut.I will be buying a new set. Might go for a newer model. We’ll see. :)Overall well worth the money spent and I’m very happy with the product.

    Good for price

I was looking for a simple waterproof earbud to use in gym or yard when I maybe sweating. They sound good IF I can get it set in my ear. If not set tight, they loose the base tones and easily fall out of my ear.So I must have small ear canals since even when using smallest rubber couplers, it is very hard for me to get them set in my ear. And when trying to manipulate into my ear, the touch sensitive controls turn on/off music or volume until I stop to touching them.Like I said, they sound great if they fit your ear but this style of earbud may not work well for all ear canals.

    More responsive than previous model

Pros: Finger tap responsiveness seems better in this newer version of the TOZO earbuds. Buds feel solid and well made when handled. They fit comfortably. Music plays well and the buds pick up on an original soundtrack’s L or R recording (i.e. Space Oddity, by David Bowie).Cons: I did not reduce my 5-star rating due to these cons, as the performance of the earbuds carries more weight than the extraneous features. The redesigned case is more difficult for me to interact with. The buds don’t come out as easily as in the old case. Also, these earbuds feel lighter; sometimes they seem to fly out of my fingers. In short, they’re more difficult to remove from the case and hold on to.The buds are not labeled L or R, which may not be a big deal to most people, but I found them sufficiently different from the previous model that I had to try them this way and that several times before I think I finally landed on which bud goes in which ear. These earbuds come with a variety of rubber tip sizes to afford perfect customization, but instructions as to how to go about replacing them was not included in the (too small) instruction guide. I suppose one could ask a friend or go online to the website, but I have’t done that yet.I have not yet tested them in windy conditions. I live in an area that can get pretty windy and having earbuds that cut wind interference is a big concern for me.

Solid wireless earbuds for a great price

[Note: Sent to me as a promotion]Don’t let the cheap price scare you, nothing about these earbuds feel cheap. This is my first set of true wireless earbuds (I’ve preferred neckbuds that can dangle around my neck when not in use) but I now see the appeal. The sound is great, immediately pair to my iPhone, etc.. Love them for a quick walk or task.My biggest gripe is the capacitive tapping to play/pause, etc.. Sounds great in theory but the first time I wore these, I was working in the yard with gloves and quickly realized I would have to take off my gloves to play/pause due to the lack of physical buttons.Again, since this is my first set of earbuds with capacitive controls, this is likely a universal problem, but even when I’m glove free I find tapping the entire unit in my head distracting and not always accurate. It still works though (eventually) and pausing on your phone or watch works great. [UPDATE: I think I was over thinking it. Since it is capacitive, a simple touch will control the ear buds. Still not as satisfying though as a physical button!]Overall I would recommend these for a nice pair of earbuds when you don’t want to pay a ton of money but still care about quality audio, build, etc.. .

    Best in class

I tried six earbuds at this price point. I paid $21. None of the others came close to the build quality or sound. Tozo has a great app you can download that lets you customize the equalizer or choose between a dozen preset sound profiles. It really makes a difference to get the sound to your liking. You can also program what the touch controls do or turn them off altogether so you can adjust them in the ear or use them in the shower without activating the touch controls accidentally. Wireless charging is very nice also. Something that none of the other earbuds I tried offered. Several different size ear tips are included for a good fit. I was also impressed with the ability to update the software which presumably will keep the performance optimal. I don’t know why anybody would be dissatisfied or find any others better. These impressed me.

    Keep it charged or problems.

Tl;dr connection and charging issues if case battery dies. I agree with everyone else as far as sound quality/battery life/etc. But these buds dont have any low voltage monitoring. What this means for you is that if you dont keep them charged the case will drain completely. This will damage the internal battery and cause the ear buds not to respond to the case which means they wont turn on and off properly or equalize the buds (one will be dead and the other won’t.) This also leads me to believe it won’t stop charging when full given the apparent lack of circuit protection. Baseline, keep everything fully charged (and not overcharged) and you’ll be happy.

    Perfect for work

I needed some earbuds for work so I bought these. I needed to wear just one bud so I would be able to hear people talking to me and other alerts. These buds work very well with my iPhone 13 mini.Usage: I get in the car in the morning and the phone pairs to the car’s audio system. When I get to work, I park the car, reach into my bag and take out either the left or the right bud, and put it in my ear. It turns on and connects immediately, with audible notifications, and the music automatically switches from the car to the bud without any button pushes. Then I just turn off the car and go. I wear the right bud on MWF, and the left one on T,Th,Sat. It is easy to pause the music with a single sharp tap to the outside of the bud. Taps work through latex gloves but not through fabric mittens (unless they have conductive material I imagine). The buds have other touch controls, but I never use them because the Apple Watch serves as a remote for the phone’s music app. I am able to make phone calls with either bud, so each one has a mic. The iPhone automatically defaults to use the buds for calls, so I can easily receive calls by answering and hanging up using my watch or the phone itself, although there are controls that will allow one to answer and hang up using taps on the buds (you might need to be wearing both buds for this type of control). I can also use talk to text on the watch or the phone. The music automatically resumes when the mic is no longer being used. I can also summon Siri using “Hey Siri.” The buds are a tiny bit clumsy when handling because they slip out of your fingertips a little, so be careful not to drop them. The case is nice and slim and fits well in a pocket. It’s hard to tell which one is the right bud and which one is the left bud, but there is a small letter on each one. They have to be placed into the case in their appropriate positions for charging.Battery: The battery will not make it through eight hours of continuous play, but the case charges the bud quickly and you can get a few more hours after only a 15-minute charge. I charge the case once a week, which takes several hours. The case also has an indicator that tells you the approximate battery life remaining on the case. Each bud shows a red indicator light when it is taken out of the case if it is not fully charged, and shows a blue indicator light if it is fully charged. There is no indicator that tells you the percentage of charge from what I have experienced. When the battery gets low, a voice comes on to remind you, and it is very persistent, even when you pause the music. So you really have to put the bud back in the case.Fit: I was amazed at how well these fit. I am 5’6″ and I have a small head, so I thought my ears would be too small. The buds come with size adjustment inserts, but I tried them and they didn’t improve the fit. The inserts that came pre-installed worked fine. They stay in place with moderate amounts of motion; however, I would hesitate to use them for exercise or sports because they feel comfortable but rather loose compared to my running buds. My running buds also have a rubber flap that helps keep them in place, and these buds don’t have anything like that. I had to run across the street with these buds and they didn’t fall out, so maybe they would be OK to take jogging. So far they have not fallen out at work. I don’t feel any discomfort after wearing them for a 10-hour shift.Sound: I don’t know much about sound quality relative to the big name brands, and I don’t know much about noise cancellation, but I have used buds with terrible sound so I know that I would have returned these if I didn’t like the quality. I listen to a lot of music and I also write songs on an electronic piano keyboard using a computer workstation and I know what music should sound like, and I feel that these supply a rich, balanced sound and good volume level with very little grain or background noise. I know that if I wear both buds and turn the volume up, I will be in my own little world.Overall these buds are a great value for the price and I am looking forward to enjoying my music library at work for as long as I can.UPDATE: I decided to wear them while exercising because my other pair broke (typical). I went jogging/walking for 3.1 miles at a 10-minute mile pace on a slightly warm day (70 F). I broke a sweat but it was not like dripping sweat that I would get in South Carolina or Florida in the summer. I wore a headband to keep the sweat from dripping down, which was sufficient at this temperature. I think the buds got moist but not wet, and they didn’t fail. I cleaned them gently afterward with a cloth that was damp with isopropanol. I was afraid that they would fall out of my ears but they stayed with little need for adjustment. Pairing to my Apple Watch was no problem. I just told the phone to forget the device, then took the buds out of the case. They turn on automatically and go into pairing mode when there is no device that has previous association. Then I just went to the watch settings and hit the TOZO T6 button. Excellent! I decided to buy the NC9 which is a sport water-resistant model since both of my Jaybird devices are now in the trash.

Solid, well built, comfortable, amazing clarity, amazing product

When receiving any product, I am instantly drawn to the build quality. If it seems cheap or flimsy, I already know how the product will endure over time. Sometimes it is expected, I know when I try to save a buck it can not have a positive outcome. In the case of these earbuds, I opted for them after looking at the Bose buds, after reading reviews where the connection between the left and right buds would drop out all of the time I couldn’t bring myself to spend over three times as much as this pair. So I opted for a cheaper solution to give it a go, as I don’t even know if I will like wearing them all of the time. So needless to say, I was expecting a cheap build quality…That is not the case with these buds. As soon as I removed the charger I could feel the weight. Opening the top to expose where the buds are placed had such a quality feel you would think you were buying a much more expensive pair. The ear buds themselves seem to be built with the same care and quality, and dropping them into the charger you could hear a satisfying snap as they pulled in with the magnets to hold them securely. They instantly lit up red indicating charging so I was already feeling pretty good about this purchase.I always charge anything I receive fully before using it, so I went to plug in the charger. It was a little difficult to get the charging cable out of the packaging, but once I did I was a bit disappointed in the length of the cable. So many products are coming with super short cables these days. Luckily I have a surplus sitting around of longer cables so they can reach my outlet chargers without having to dangle from the outlet itself. At this point this was my only disappointment. Nothing major, no stars to deduct, but it would be nice if they started including longer cables, they aren’t that expensive. For those of you who may have trouble, the charging port is protected by a waterproof cover on the bottom (opposite lid) of the charter.I was very happy to see the lights of the charge indicator light up. There are four little white lights that indicate the status of charging. I was also very happy to see that it quickly jumped from 1 light to two, shortly after to three. This tells me the charger was not fully discharged which is very important – you never want a battery of any kind fully discharged. A big problem with places like Amazon is products may sit on the warehouse shelves for quite some time. Over time batteries discharge, and when you receive a product with a fully discharged battery, that battery will not last nearly as long as it should. I have received several power tool batteries like this which is a major disappointment, but happily these still had a charge. That either means that there are very good batteries in the charger that maintain their charge, or it could be that the product was new and recently given to Amazon. Unfortunately I do not know which, but the fact that it had a charge is a good sign. The next step was to remove the ear buds from the charger. This is something I had some difficulty with. My hands are on the larger side and a bit clunky. I managed to get the ear buds out, but the ease wasn’t quite how I would like. On an overall scale, I think this is only worth a .5 star deduction. I can still get them out, just some sort of perhaps rubber coating on the side to allow my fingers to cling to the bud would help.I fitted the buds as they were without replacing with one of the other five size options they provide. They fit snug and comfortable. The next step was pairing – this was easy. I opened my phone, when to bluetooth, add new device. It found the T6’s and paired quickly and easily. Now for the big test – sound quality is very important to me. It is important to note that any bluetooth connected device will lose some quality. If you plug directly via cable into a car vs connected to bluetooth you can hear the difference if you have a tuned ear. It is also important to have a good overall sound range. Bass, Treble, Mid range, it is all important to have. These ear buds impressed me. I would like a little more bass for certain songs than these ear buds provide, but for most of the music I listen to they are perfect. All the tonal ranges blend perfectly. The stereo quality is perfect too. These are true stereo, so music that is to just come out of one ear does the way it should. The clarity is superb.Distance is great. I walked thirty feet away from my phone and not a hiccup, no loss to quality. I didn’t walk further as I won’t leave my phone at a greater distance so this is great. The touch controls work great, though I did not test phone calls yet and will hopefully get a chance to update my review once I have a chance to thoroughly test that, but I did get these primarily for phone calling. After listening for a little while I noticed my ears getting sore so opted to size down on the fitment pieces. The next size down fit wonderfully and was even more comfortable. Removing the fitment piece is easy with a twist. Putting the new one on was a bit difficult, but I managed to wiggle it into place. Time will tell how long the ear pieces hold up, but they seem to be made pretty well.Exterior sound is pretty obscure if not impossible to hear while music is playing, but if you pause it is like wearing those disposable expand to fit ear plugs.Overall I am very satisfied with this purchase. The price is amazing for what you get, and assuming everything keeps working as it should and lasts it will be worth every penny. So glad I didn’t get the Bose buds.If I have time I will update in the future on how battery life is. Remember, there are two aspects to battery life. How long it lasts out of the box, and how long it lasts after a few months, a year, etc.So far very impressed. Great product guys!

Very durable and great sound – a long term review…

I bought these over 2 1/2 years ago to block out the engine sound and wind noise of the old delivery truck that I was driving because the decibel meter on my watch was indicating that it was a potentially damaging sound environment for my hearing. The rubber sleeve design fits snugly in the ear canal and blocks out loud external noise while allowing you to listen to music, news, etc at whatever level you’d like. I’ve taken many phone calls over the years while using these and the sound quality is fantastic on both ends of the call.I’ve also used these buds while chainsawing and mowing under ear muff style protectors (they easily fit due to their low profile) and also while welding/grinding in my shop. The case has been in my various jackets/shorts/coverall pockets and has gotten debris inside of it and been banged about. It’s durable, easy to clean and still works great.I’d had an issue with one of the sides not charging, so I reached out to Tozo customer service and they were very quick to reply. I’d simply not properly cleaned the case charging contacts. Bear in mind these earbuds and case were frequently used on an almost daily basis for 6-8 hours per day, so they’ve seen a LOT of use.As an aside, I recently compared them to the new, 3rd gen Apple AirPods and the Tozo’s sounded much better (probably due to the snug seal) at a fraction of the cost. While I’m a fan of Apple their AirPods are going back – these Tozo earbuds beat them hands down IMO. Plus the Tozos can charge wirelessly as well. All in all, I highly recommend these durable, wee earbuds.

I didn’t know my old headphones were so lacking until I heard these!

(Update below)I LOVE these headphones. The sound is crisp, bass is amazing. Further than that I love how convenient these are.Pairing was so easy and I never had to do it again. When I’m ready to listen to music they automatically connect with my phone when they come out of the case! That still blows my mind. The hassle of reconnecting Bluetooth every time I turn on headphones is actually why I eventually stopped using my other pairs. It sounds lazy, but why would I go through the hassle when I could just plug in my wired ones?I love how they automatically charge when I put them in the case. I’ve had no issues with low batteries. When they arrived the case was fully charged but the headphones weren’t. The case seems to hold a charge for a long time… 3 times longer than I would ever be away from a charger. The headphones themselves haven’t reached low batteries, and I listened to them at most almost 2 hours at a time. I’m very impressed with the battery life. The case feels quality and has weight to it. The outside is smooth, and flipping the lid open and closed is very snappy and satisfying. The earbuds stay in the ear and don’t need to be adjusted after long periods of time, even with movement. Be sure try on the other silicone nubs. Find the right fitting ones and you’ll have better sound quality! I found that out. Some of them are difficult to put on but that’s a positive because they won’t be falling off and you won’t lose one.A few small cons when it comes to preferences. The biggest one to me is charging. You can only use a micro USB to charge it. I really really wish it was type-C! Not that big of a deal but it is a con for me.I’m not a big fan of the touch interface. For one, it’s a big more laggy when changing the song. It’s not too bad, unless you need to skip a lot of songs.Another thing is you have to be careful when removing them or putting them in. Holding your finger down on the flat surface will raise or lower the volume depending on which earbud it is. Which means you can accidentally raise the volume to max and blast your ears. I’ve done that once. Been much more careful when handling them since then. I really don’t use the touch function other than touching to pause and play occasionally. I wish there was a way to turn the touching function off through the settings in my phone that would be nice.Last con, I wish there was clear color coding or something distinguishable to tell which one is left and right. There is a tiny, gray little L & R on each bud, but they are on the inner side and very hard to see unless it’s bright out. The logo “TOZO” is in bright bold letters right above the L & R. That’s very visible. I try to keep the left one on the left when I put them into the case, but it’s usually dark when I listen to music so I don’t always get it right. Each earbud fits on either side of the case so they can be very easily mixed up.I’m prolly going to put a dot of nail polish on one of the buds so I can tell which is which. All in all pretty small cons when you consider all the positives. The sound quality exceeded my expectations. I put these to the test with my favorite dubstep playlist and wow 😳 I didn’t know my old headphones were so lacking. Whole new experience. I didn’t expect so much for the price.Very happy I chose these! 😊You should try them! If they aren’t what you wanted you can always send them back.**UPDATE**So I would like to talk about the touch interface a little more… I’ve been noticing things with time that have become a bit annoying. Annoying enough to remove a star from my review 🙁 First, the lag is pretty bad at times. Most of the time it’s not that bad. But sometimes it’s taken over a second to respond. Long enough that you try to press it again, which ends up doing something different than intended. It’s possible that it’s more of my phone’s problem than the buds though so keep that in mind. Also I’ve been using the touch interface more often to skip songs. (tap twice) About half of the time it doesn’t pick up the first or second tap. Instead, it pauses (tap once) and I end up waiting like an idiot, thinking the next song will start playing… It gets old. So I’ve stopped using touch to skip songs unless my phone is out of reach.Last thing, if you ever share one of your buds with someone else they will either skip, pause, and blast or mute the volume… It has happened with mine 100% of the time. It’s difficult to put the bud in your ear without pressing something! My friend wanted to listen to my song so I gave him one bud and he skipped tracks a few times. Tried again and it muted the volume. I tried explaining what was happening but he didn’t understand which part was the “button” so to speak. It created a mildly awkward situation lolHope this was helpful

pretty good sound and call quality for the price – great service!

I spent a lot of time trying other wireless earbuds. I bought this, returned it, then bought again.I haven’t tried true high end ones – the most expensive being the Jabra 75 something. My old Samsung wired buds worked great for years and still do, but I wanted something I could use at work and travel without having to carry so many things. Before I blab on, I’ll give a quick overall summary. The best feature is that these work independently. You can use one, and when it is dying, switch it to the other one. The drained one can recharge quickly and be used in under an hour. I haven’t paid attention to how long it takes to charge because I never need the other one urgently. Case has wireless charging uncommon at this price. I love this set. Depending on your phone and audio setup you may or may not like the touch features – I would prefer a button. From time to time when I just touch the bud, it will turn on an audio app or advance a video on Netflix. Small annoyance. These were the first ones I bought. For years, I used Plantronics M180 and M165 bluetooth headsets because of work and travel. That mostly had good call quality, but I hated that people around me could hear music and calls. I also never got the right fit in my ear for something I have to wear for hours at a time. I also noticed one of my ears getting irritated from the Plantronics headsets. I still have them and keep one at home and at the office for very important calls. Once in awhile, someone has trouble hearing me on the Tozo T6, so I switch to that for legal calls and top client calls or if someone complains about hearing me (maybe 1 in 50 complain).I had an older phone when I bought these and was frustrated that every time I touched one of the buds that it would start my default music player (on my Android phone). So I returned them for the Tozo T10 that had buttons. Problem with the T10 was that it didn’t work independently. Then I spent time trying a bunch of other items – Jabra and other random Asian named ones. After doing all this, even $100+ didn’t have the independent operation. After all the research and talking with people who the Galaxy Buds, Bose, and Airpods, I settled on these. Those brands have great sound quality, but their call quality for business level isn’t great according to multiple users and reviews. So with the chance of losing them, I would rather have something for $30-$40. I have bought these for gifts, and I even have a new set on standby for backup. Because the audio quality for music is close enough to the other main brands, I decided these would serve my purpose. Really only if you are a true audiophile should you consider anything higher end than these.Back to usage with a phone. Now that I have a recent, new phone, I haven’t had the problem with the T6 turning on music. I still had this issue over the past year on my old andriod until I upgraded my phone a few weeks ago. That annoyance was worth the quality for the earbuds otherwise. They do have an app you can download for customization. I don’t know if that would fix that or not. The terms and conditions plus who the actual manufacturer of these made me choose not to use the app. I have a lot of business and personal stuff on my phone – this is my choice. Each bud will give a few warning and shutdown when at 20%. So when I see 50-60%, I know that it will die within 2 hours of using it for calls/music/audio. Usually, I can make it through an 8 hour work day off an on with calls. If I am using it constantly, I have seen one bud die in 5-6 hours. Lastly, there are times when these disconnect from the phone. Sometimes this is at a bad time. It happens more using non phone call apps. Out of 1000 calls, I think it happened just a few times. It probably happens once a week with a video game, video, music, etc.Fit in the ear has been great – no discomfort or irritation. They seal pretty well and sometimes I have to remove one that’s in my ear to have a conversation if they are on the that side of me.Finally, service was great. About 10 months after I got these, one of the buds stopped charging. The good thing is because they are independent, I could survive on one bud for a week. It seemed like as it was dying, I could charge it for 15-30 minutes and it would be close to full if not fully charged. I contacted the manufacturer for warranty replacement. They asked me to give a review prior to sending a replacement and I refused. They still sent me a replacement without requiring I send anything back. I promised I would write a review after receipt. I’m a few months late.Overall, I would rate these 4.5 for the few issues I had with automatic music starting when I touched it, for good (not great) call quality, and disconnecting randomly. With their service and after comparing to numerous budget and higher end headphones, these really are the best. I even tried another $75 set one a year later while waiting for the replacements, and ended up returning those. After 16 months with these, I would keep using them and would try a new generation if they released them.

Love the new model of the Tozo T6 wifi headsets

Absolutely love the new version of the Tozo T6 wireless headsets. I have my original T6 pair, which I still use as I really like the sound quality and fit. I wanted a second pair and decided to try the new version of the Tozo T6’s. I am very pleased that I did. The USB-C charging port is a huge plus; NO longer have to deal with the charging port rubber cover (which was a bit of a challenge to open in the dark and try to plug the micro-usb plug in the proper direction). The new model has fixed this with USB-C. Plus the battery life has been extended by a couple of hours! The audio quality is even better than the old model, which for the price is excellent in my opinion. I have compared the new model to a couple of other (name) brands, and these perform extremely well in comparison. The new version has more thump to the bass as well as more volume, these are plenty loud enough. The volume increase is a huge benefit to me for audio listening. Also the new T6’s integrate with Tozo app (awesome) which allows for a several customizations, like pre-set Sound Effects/custom sound effect profiles that can be saved, re-programming of the touch controls on the headset, OTA firmware updates and shows the battery status of each headset. The app certainly helps make the experience even better and worth the try. I wasn’t sure about the ergonomic design change, however I don’t have any issues, they still fit well (nice and tight) once you learn how to fit them properly. I have had no issues where they come loose or fall out. When fitted correctly they reduce much of the outside noise as well. I am able to mow the lawn and listen to music at half volume and here very little to none of the external noise. If you are looking for an awesome set of wireless headsets that are extremely budget friendly, I highly recommend these. They sound great and for the price you cannot go wrong. Also I have worked with their tech support (once via email) and they really take good care of their customers needs.

    Way too loud no more.

The earbuds were easy to connect. I have them connected to the audio output of a smart tv because another household member is sleeping when I watch. I can’t turn the audio down to a comfortable level for listening. I have read the directions (tap then hold left earbud surface) until the left earbud turns completely off. The sound is still too loud for me to listen comfortably to a program. I end up dangling one half way out of my ear, and that makes it easy for it to fall out. EDIT: Actually directions are incorrect, don’t tap, just lightly touch the surface for a second or so until the volume is at the level that makes your listening comfortable. If someone can help me to adjust the earbuds to a comfortable listening level. I’d be happy for the information.EDIT: I learned how to adjust the volume. They are perfect – exactly what I wanted. They connect easily to the bluetooth from the TV. They stay securely in my ear. They make it easy for me to watch TV in the evening without disturbing anyone who is on a different schedule. I adjusted the number of stars to reflect my addition to the review.

Small issue but love it regardless since it doesn’t bother me much 🙂

Feb 20Right off the bat, the packaging is already everything, it’s simple and clean and easy to open. It’s comes with the smile easy to read instructions, a charger and the earbud soft gels in various sizes. Besides that I’ll rate it on these:Comfort: 10/10 it feels really soft and fits the ear great, no issues with it and I love how it feels in my ears :)Sound quality: 10/10 no difference from speakers, everything is very clear.Ease of use: 8/10 clear instructions, use it like every other smart touch earbud, small issues but not a dealbreaker.I bought this based on everyone else’s reviews, the battery life so far is great, no issues with it or notice much, it promises the hours. It’s been half a day so far and it’s not dead at all. When these came, the case was already charged up to 3 dots(YES, this came pre-charged😭, I thought I had to wait until it’s fully charged to use it so that’s one plus). One thing I HAVE to mention about these earbuds, these can activate on just ONE earbud. Meaning if you activate just ONE, only that ONE earbud will be on and the other will be off. This is perfect for if you want to wear only one earbud at a time. Also idk if these are noise canceling or not, but these block out a lot of noises when I wear these, I can obviously hear the sounds from outside but about 70% of everything that’s outside is blocked out, it’s great. You can wear these with whatever playing on low volume and not worry about the sounds from the outside and not worry about your hearing being damaged as long as it’s on low volume, these are IN your ears so you’ll hear the stuff no matter what unless your ear is already kinda deaf. All in all, I love these, they’re great, I bought it last minute to go to the gym. I’m really satisfied with it 😭 even when music isn’t playing because there’s no wifi, it’ll block out a lot of the noises outside which is so good. The only con is that my left earbud is a bit weird with the touch controls, my right one has absolutely no problems. That problem occurs even when I took the sticker thing off the touch thing of the left ear, my right one has no problem at all even when the clear sticker thing is on.I figured out the issue, you just need to apply just a little more pressure when you ‘hold’ to do something or ‘tap’ to do a certain control. Also when I called my sister, she sent me a recording and I heard me talking my voice was completely crystal clear??? I don’t know if ist the earbuds mic(if this has it) or my phone’s mic. IT JUST SOUNDS SO CLEAR, her voice on the other hand sounded a lot muffled and weird so it’s on her end based on the call recording and it was on discord so maybe that plays a role.Feb 22I went to the gym with it and out with these, a good amount of noise doesn’t disturb at all, these are all the way in your ears and you can hear your music at the lowest volume if your ears aren’t bad. You may have to take off an earbud or so if you want to hear others talk or ask them to speak up since it does block a lot out. The only problem I have is the touch control yet again, because it’s out in my ears a certain way, the thing that detects touch may not have detected my touch therefore struggle with getting the signals and controls and whatever I want it to do(pause, play, next song, volume up, volume down) etc. This time it’s my right earbud as well. I figured it’s cuz it’s in my ear there’s a little flash or dot at the bottom that may or may not detect it using that, im not sure so no say on that. But whenever I try doing certain controls, I make sure I have my finger on the little dot thing and make sure that I apply enough pressure the touch sensor thing senses it. Also it stays in your ear like a suction somethings depending on how you put it in, it doesn’t come off easily. That’s about all the stuff I gotta say. The battery life is definitely the best besides sound quality and comfort.I did most of my stuff on my phone instead of on my earbuds using the touch control, it didn’t render the headphones useless. Would 100% buy again if these die out.Update:October 14So this became a regular use for me whether going out or to work, I use it everyday a no it still works absolutely great. One thing I gotta point out is that this can be charged magnetically which those little wireless things u charge with your phone. I don’t recommend this at all since burned my finger just a bit when I touched the case after charging for a while at work. It was hotter than fresh soup 💀 the charger over heated and the case overheated, I don’t know if the charger or the case was the issues. I just don’t recommend using that as a charging option, just stick to the usual USB cable. Less danger and wearing out your earbuds and case.

    Great ear buds

I found these earbuds, probably 4 years ago, when I was doing a lot of work outside on our house. I have since listened to 200 books or so (checked out through our local library.) In other words, I really like the earbuds and use them a lot. I get about a year or a year and a half out of each set, and am happy with that, given that they cost around 25-30 dollars each time. I just can’t expect too much more than that from a device that gets so much use and abuse. That said, on this last set that I ordered, something wasn’t right with them, as they didn’t immediately start charging and turn off when putting them in the case after use. I tried to live with it, but it just wasn’t sorting itself out. When I had finally had enough, I noticed that I was beyond the one month return widow that Amazon gives you for returning an item. I then contacted Tozo’s customer support email, and very quickly received an email from a gal named Alisa. She sent a trouble-shooting guide and asked that I attempt to solve the problem that way. It basically was to unpair from my phone and re-pair. I tried it again, but the problem has never been with pairing. The problem was with buds not turning off and charging when putting them away. This would mean that the buds were still on, while in the case, and my phone was always hooking up to them and trying to use them for phone calls and playing Pandora in the background, even when in the case. So….. Nothing.Alisa has then said that they will send me another pair. So that is what I was hoping for; some customer service for a device that was only a month old, and never really worked correctly. I totally get that a system of parts such as this, is going to have some small percentage of failures off of an assembly line. I was just hoping that the company would do the right thing. And they did. I continue to be very happy with the product, and think of it as another example of ‘why can’t America build something like this?’ I refuse to pay 130-200 dollars for something that I think of as quasi-disposable, and at the very least, easily lost. These work very well, and I like them. They cost between 25 and 30 dollars a set, with the charging case. I don’t need anything more.

    Good Budget Earbuds

First pair I got was from a friend of mine and the sound quality was amazing, I love bringing these into work and listening to some metal. You can hear a lot of the base and rifts compared to other earbuds I’ve bought in the past that is marketed at this price.Unfortunately, much like the other $20 earbuds I’ve bought from other brands, they don’t last as long as I had hoped. I figured maybe it was because they were a hand-me-down that it was just at its peek so I bought my own set myself. The case is a lot different from the one my friend gave me, same shape and design, when pairing it said T6, but the case texture was different. The one my friend had was glossy and smooth but the one I was given was matted. I decided to give it a try and instantly heard different audio quality. It was horrid, as if they were at the peek of dying out. Its not like the one that was given to me and eventually the right ear bud gave out. I checked with my friend to make sure I got the right one and sure enough he said it was so I decided to give this one more shot.Buying the second pair it was exactly like the one my friend had gave me, case was smooth, the audio quality was much better and the battery was so much better (probably because it was brand new and not a hand-me-down). I can’t hear the loud noise when I’m on the train getting to work and back home, typically can listen to my metal roughly between 40-60% volume without blasting my ear drums. They are a bit touch sensitive when trying to sleep with them. Sadly they only lasted 8 months before the right ear bud just stop working. I can’t charge the thing anymore. I checked to see if maybe it was the case but both sides will charge my left ear bud fine but no matter if I charge the right ear bud on the left or right side it just won’t charge (and yes I did make sure the case was fully charged before trying to charge the ear bud.)Overall, great audio quality, fits well in my ear, last long, battery life for the ear buds are good but the buds only last about 8 months I wish the quality was a little more consistent and lasted more longer then 8 months but considering the price and how often these things go on sale I’d rebuy these until I got an upgrade. It does mention its water proof but I haven’t really tested that theory, but I can say they are sweat proof for sure.

    Bluetooth 5.3

Love them and the price on Amazon black Friday was $17. Unbelievable. These are not the best in class but close. I really like how small the vase is yet some house has incredibile battery life. They fit my ears great. Rubber gel tips seal up tight in my ears. They sound great. Have the ability to connect iPhone and iPad at the same time. Best of all the 5.3 version let’s me leave phone inside the house and still listen to the earbuds from 40-50 feet away and when raining no worries the waterproofinf is great! Very confident purchased and óf course I highly rexoa

Accidentally washed them and still work

I got them in 2021 for $20 something and loved them not just because they were cheap but because they worked as good as any ear buds I have ever purchased, if not better. I used them almost every day either at the gym or while working. At the gym I listened to EDM or pop and it sounded great but would occasionally get loose in my ears while doing cardio, so before they could fall out I would push them in more. At work I would watch shows during breaks, then listen to podcasts during shifts and the sound quality was also great. Plus I could listen to them on the lowest setting so people around me couldn’t hear, but the quality was still good for me to hear.Around a year or so after having them I accidentally had them in my pocket when I threw my pants into the washer. They went in the dryer when more then halfway through the cycle I could hear a loud rattling so I opened the door and saw that my headphones (in the case) were in there. I was super nervous that the water/soap from the washer plus the heat and rattling of the dryer would ruin them. But they worked perfectly after (they still work great now I just use them less).I would give them a 5 out of 5 for the sound quality and the fact they really are waterproof, but for people wanting to purchase this to use during exercising, just know that they don’t always stay in.

    Year Review!

Proud to say I’ve actually had these for over a year and they still work really well and the ear buds have not broken! The only thing that broke recently was the part where you open and close it as I’ve dropped it many times throughout the year. I’ve even accidentally left one in my clothes and it went through the washing machine and it didn’t breaks. However, I would recommend to buy one of the cases they sell specifically for this brand to prolong its life. Overall these are my favorite and will buy another once this ones life lives itself out.

A great value! Great sound and performance!

The short review. The best value for the dollar out there in earbuds! Incredible sound quality! The long review.I bought these to replace a set that I had lost. I didn’t buy those from amazon and they cost half as much as these. However, they had great sound. I didn’t want to spend a fortune either. The first set I ordered had really lousyaudio quality so I sent them back to Amazon.I looked a bit more and saw these Tozos. These cost a little more. Plus they look like the set I lost, so I figured I’d give them a try.PACKAGING:I took them out of the nice packaging they arrived in; placed them in thier charging case. The charging lights came on. They went from 5 to 3 to 1 light. Which was nice as I didnt have to wait to charge them. They come with a quick setup guide along with a booklet that has detailed instructions. The box also included 6 sets of ear buds. 5 in a small case, the other on the ear buds themselves. Under the earbud case was a nicely packed USB flat charging cable.PAIRING:As I waited 15 minutes. I read the easy to follow instructions. I went into my S10+ bluetooth setting and set it to scan. I took the ear buds out and they paired to my S10+ in literally a matter of seconds. I can say in all honesty, I’ve never had any bluetooth device pair/connect as fast as these Tozo’s. Not even my $300 full size noise cancelling headsets that I travel with paired as fast. Also the case has a magnet that “grabs” the earbuds as soon as you set them inside. As you open the case there is no fear of the earbuds flying out and getting lost.SOUND QUALITY:(As a qualifier. I am 10+ year classically trained trumpet player.) I used three songs for the sound quality test.”Time” from the movie Inception – Hans Zimmer. It begins with the piano and a solo bass string marking “Time” (Yes. The tempo is 60 beats a min. I checked) With most headsets the bass is lost or sounds muddled. With the Tozod the bass was not muddled and clearly defined. It had a bit of punch which I liked. At the top of the song the French Horns came through clear and strong without any distortion. Plus the solo guitar part could clearly be heard also. The highs where crisp, clear, didnt sound scratchy either. This is a tough song for any speakers to reproduce acurately, let a lone small ear buds. I had to actually turn down the volume at that point. So far so good. Next…”I wish it would rain down” – Phil Collins.Insert a Mr. Spock raised I brow! The vocals where clear, defined, no distortion, Eric Clapton’s amazing guitar clearly sailed over the top. Bright and clear as ever. Chester Thompson’s drum work was sharp, and each snare hit sounded clean and resonated. Here’s where I expected the Tozo’s to dissapoint me. Leland Sklar’s bass guitar. Most headsets you “hear” the bass line. Heck I dont think I’ve come across a subwoofer (except one) that could really “play it”. The bass guitar part in this song is as good as Eric’s guitar work. Sadly its lost most of the time. The Tozo’s blew me away. I could hear the bass guitars “tonality”!!! There was no thump, thump, bump, bump as what happens most of the time with this song. It was incredible to be able to hear each note of the bass guitar line so clearly, rich and with depth. Finally:”Silent Lucidity” – QueensrycheFigure I’d go full bore now. Progressive rock band, backed up by a full string orchestra (Scored by the late great Michael Kamden) This is a song I have personally have heard live, in person, twice. I know what a full string orchestra sounds like in person. I know very well what a 12 string guitar sounds like in person. My late grandfather used play the guitar. The 12 string was his favorite and would play it all the time. All I can say is this. The Tozo’s sound 98% as good as my $300 Noise cancelling headset and give a good run to my home surround system.Final impressions:5 hours of battery life is plenty long for me. With the carry case its 70 hours. Which is awesome. I have a charging “plate” so I set the case on it and it began to charge. Thats a nice touch when I’m home, No cables to fiddle with. As I’m more interested in sound quality than anything else. After listening to these three songs I have no doubt a call also would sound as good.In the end I’m very happy with the Tozo’s. Now I need to keep a better eye on them and not lose them!

    Shockingly VERY Impressed

Okay, this headset actually really surprised me! Let me explain. For starters this is my first earbud. Up to this point I always got a bluetooth headset with an arm believing the people I’m talking to on the phone would hear me better. So when I ordered this earbud I also bought a 2nd headset with an arm so the mic was closer to my mouth. Shockingly, this earbud sounds way better than any bluetooth headset I’ve ever owned. I hear the people far better and they hear me very clearly also. It’ll work out great for business!!! Needless to say, I was extremely surprised with how well I heard people and how well they heard me.In addition, I can listen to my podcasts at 1/2 of the volume of my old bluetooth. This also really shocked me! Before I had to use an EQ/Volume control app to kick it up to 110%-125% to hear my podcasts. The same podcasts I can now listen to at 50-60% volume on this one. Blew me away!Quality of sound is amazing. Not too much base, not too much treble… VERY natural sounding, just the way I like it. (The other bluetooth headset I bought is heavy in the base taking away from being a natural sound… my return them for this reason alone!)I just love these earbuds. The only negative, which isn’t a huge negative, just not what I expected is it uses a Micro USB for charging, not the Type-C I would’ve expected and hoped for. I still have some of those cables around here and in the truck so it’s not a huge big deal. This earbud also comes with an app you can download for an EQ. I haven’t downloaded because I just love the natural HiFi sound of this earbud so I don’t see a need for it. But if you prefer more base you may want to download it. For the last few years I’ve been using “Bass Boost” app as an EQ and Volume control. Won’t need this any longer with this earbud… so very happy about that!Yup, these earbuds really shocked me, and really impressed me. HIGHLY recommend!

    Sound and comfort

Tried a few TOZO earbuds, the T6 outweighs on size/comfort/sound/battery life/price.Recommended to friends this product and they were pleased also.Previously purchased the more expensive brands, a few had to return because of defects within first few months, one of them that cost upwards of 150.00, had to return every 6 months for 2 years, and gave up on them, still had to pay shipping with that company, even though it was their defective product. Also I have dealt with customer service with TOZO, and was very pleased with the quick response and resolution. The only con I may have and still waiting on is maybe an earbud a little smaller and less revealing.

    TOZO T6 – Family Favorite

I’ve been a fan of TOZO products for a while, and our family uses different models, so I was super excited to get the TOZO T6 Wireless Earbuds for myself. But guess what? As soon as they arrived, my son claimed them! I can’t blame him, though; the earbuds are fantastic. They’re so comfortable, the battery life is impressive, and the fast charging is super convenient.Customer support has been great, responsive, and accommodating whenever I have questions. And if you’re thinking of buying, sign up for their newsletter. They often send out coupons and discounts for which you might snag a great deal.Overall, I can’t recommend these earbuds enough. They’re a solid choice if you’re looking for quality, comfort, and great sound. Just keep them out of sight if you have a music-loving kid around!

    Awesome buds!

Heres the tl:DrFour stars because the first set of t6s that I ordered ended up being defective. However! I promptly contacted customer service and after testing the recommended fixes by cs, they still has the issue. Customer service was quick to send out a replacement set and I could not be happier. The sound is wonderful, punchy bass and great mids. The highs are good but not mint. I’d say these are rhe best ear buds I’ve ever purchased. Enough said.Wait… you know what, I’m changing my rating to five stars because of customer service and the audio quality alone.

Great ear buds- survived the wash!

I got these ear buds for the gym. They kept falling out at first but they send you replacement pads in various sizes. Once I swapped the pads, they stayed in much better. The sound quality is pretty good. The thing I’m most impressed with is that I left them in my pocket by accident when doing the laundry. I pulled them out at the end of the cycle assuming that they had been destroyed but once they were dry I tried them out and they worked perfectly! Not that I recommend doing that!

    Still going strong- Since 2020

Update as of end of 2023- These headphones are now dying out, I will need to order replacements 🥲These headphones have been some of the best ones I’ve owned and are very comparable to name-brand ones that I’ve had in the past. These are the LONGEST LASTING headphones I’ve ever had.So far they’ve lasted me through 2 deployments and countless drops and have yet to fail me. The only time I have had occasional disconnection, I reset them in their case and they were good as new. I’d recommend cleaning the connections now and then for proper charging, I’ve made the mistake of not doing this causing an improper charge/no juice.Eventually I would like to get the newer model, but I am perfectly fine with sticking to these. If I could change anything, I would make the voice (“forward” and “reverse”) when changing songs optional to silence or disable the Siri option.
