Clothing shopping online can be so hit or miss, as different makers seem to size so drastically different. (Where are the size charts?)This Amazon Basic quarter zip ‘sweatshirt’ is a nice looking style and is a quality sewn pullover for wearing over a dress shirt for casual work situations if one is needing a bit of warmth but without too thick of layers.Yes it is fleece on the inside, but is more of a nice light- midweight fabric. ( Nothing like a Carhartt -type of fleece in thickness or the traditional college ‘sweatshirt’ heavy fabric)The outside of the fleece is more dressy and smooth than a ‘sweatshirt’ is… casual work setting appropriate.The size ( was a guess) was spot on in fit. (Laying the size XL garment flat, 25″ across the front from under the arm seam to opposite side… it tapers down to about 23.5″ at the bottom band…25.75″ from top of arm to sleeve bottom.) Not too bulky, and not form-fitting like a knit fabric would be, either.The fit is for a ‘normal’ guy’s body (Not the fitted/ athletic /slim kind of ‘second skin’ that shows every extra helping of food one has eaten) … hubby is over 60, about 190 pounds and it fits him great.Washes up and dries wonderfully so far, staying true to size. (Wash turned inside out to protect the 1/4 zipper)I would recommend and would purchase again if more colors were available in the size needed.

This long sleeve quarter zip was better than I expected. I bought 2 of these for my husband for Christmas and I really like him in this with just a white T underneath for a more casual look that’s a little nicer than his typical hoodie, but he’s also worn it over his dress clothes for work during these colder months and it looks great with his dress shirt and tie underneath as well. They are soft and seem to be good quality and they can be dressed up or down so very versatile and a good cost effective way to spice up your wardrobe!

I’ve submitted several reviews on other men’s Amazon Essentials clothing. I’ve liked most of it, but not all. That said, these jeans are my favorite because of the look, style, and fit. And, the fact that they provide a slight stretch makes them very comfortable. No, Amazon did not compensate me in any way for my review—I won’t be bribed!I did indeed order this sweatshirt, but it seems Amazon confused my review of the Amazon Essentials jeans for this sweatshirt. However, I also give the sweatshirt 5 stars, BUT, I suggest ordering a size larger. Also, the color is more white than light gray, but I’m okay with that.

This sweatshirt is unique, most are either fleece or sweater material. This is a soft, lightweight sweatshirt material that lays nicely. I viewed a few other women buying this shirt and gave it a try. I purchased a large it fits well. For defense I am 5’4 145lbs I could have went with a medium for more of a fitted look, but I wanted it loose and to layer. As for men definitely look at length if you are 5’9 or taller this could be right at your waist if looking at a large.I say this because my husband normally wears a large and if I would purchase this for him at 6’1 he would need an XL it’s more of a slim fit large. But great purchase love the material and the loom I would definitely purchase more.

This is a great quality sweater with a short zipper allowing a shirt to be seen underneath or not. The quality and weave looks nice allowing you to look dressy or casual. My husband has worn it both ways just wearing the sweater and other times wearing a shirt underneath. He is very happy with his gift and questioned if it came in other colors. This was a win win for us both. We both recommend this sweater.

I bought 5 of these for Christmas for my entire family. When my husband tried it on, I was in awe. He looked so handsome. Seriously handsome. He loves it. The waist is loose so it’s very comfortable. It goes with any casual attire. It can also be dressed-up with some nice pants.

I would say it is medium weight, rather than light weight.It is becoming my favorite cool weather loungewear.Wonderfully comfortable and adequately warm (I always run cold).I have a small build (130 pounds) and it fits me fine with enough room to wear a lightweight sweatshirt underneath.
